I was thinking that its two years old and most of us have already made our alts, that those still left may make one or two, but the majority of players are well into alt building. My thought is not that its about time, but that its too late. Use resources elsewhere.

I'm not exactly sure what you are asking either. It seems that you have to use the mouse and a button, Yes? If one were to draw their raid frames into a manageable position, clicking on the player then firing the spell is still two buttons. No? Not sure if that's the issue, but I personally like the way it is on both my healers. If there were another option, I'd try it though.

It would all be alot easier if people were not so emotionally overcharged and ceased worrying about something so piddly as dying on a run, or watching a video that takes about a minute. Not to insult anyone, but I do sometimes wonder how people would survive if they faced a true crisis in their lives. Off switch. consumable, shot of bourbon....If coding says its doable, do it. Add to it an amazingly busy screen flash when logging in with XP in the off position so as to counter the concern that was mentioned....or a box not unlike a guild MOTD that will prompt on or off. Take about two seconds.

I'll see your 2 and add the suggestion to allow after one's third or fourth Character with story completed.....even different stories. I tend to like that because it allows you to level just doing the story line and not having to take a single side quest. One can regulate with in-game mechanics, XP boost to max up, FPs and WZs to catch up. Works pretty well. I don't know about anyone else, but I'm at end-game and I've seen all the stories on my side, I think being able to raid new and different characters will help to maintain interest.....leveling is not doing it anymore. In this case they still maintain the right of appeal. He could forward your reply in his defense. I would suspect, in this case, that he would have to as it is mot something really associated with RP/PVE, at least in the manner exhibited. It is entirely possible however, so right of appeal grants them opportunity to distinguish themselves as acting in that manner.

Exploiting game mechanics is defined to allow consideration of intent......and in this case I think that would be referenced as it was done with the obvious intent of harassing other players via said exploit.

The post you do have up state that you do enjoy it and support it, so I was not understanding this thread until I got to this old post of yours. This seems to indicate that you have never been satisfied with an MMO, but have played this one because of the story line....so, if you do not subscribe to the other aspects of MMOs, which this also has, after the story line you will be bored with this one also. Seems you are not really into this genre and a good rating is not going to change that as WoW had the highest and you left that for this.

Summer happened. Notoriously bad time for MMOs. Our raids, guilds, always declined in the summer, nose dived for a week or so when school started, then began to build back up. Just hitting the build up this week as I returned to my guild. On line participation has gone from (other then raid times), 5 or 6, to 30 or so.

For me its pretty simple. If its alive and I like it, play it, its a success. If I do not, it is not (in my eyes). Don't much pay attention to the ranting of random guy "A" on the internet, random blogg "B", or "we think we can design better" web site "c" has to say about it.

All that has to be said here is that it is an American game, and that is why it is centered on American time zones, and American holidays. No further defense of that is necessary. One would expect that Europeans would be happy that they get a chance to play this American Game, but what we see is that is not the case, but rather complaints that they not only get to play, but have the game bent around their schedules....and they call us entitled and selfish. I mean, when was the last time a European anything bent its schedules or plans for the good of Americans? LOL

LOL Look, I keep hearing about this awful CS, but in almost 20 tickets submitted in 2 years, I've never had a single issue with them and every ticket was responded to in short order. Two were character restorations. The first completed in less then 6 hours, on a Saturday. The second in four hours, at like 2 am in the morning, yet I keep hearing about how they screw this up....only to find that people have failed to follow proper procedure and refuse to accept responsibility for their own mistake but rather blame the company (wow, there's are new concept LOL). Didn't get my cartel coins one month. Heard about the 5 hour waits on the phone (who in their right mind would wait 5 hours to begin with). Nope. Called, took about 5 minutes with a line employee to have my call escalated. About 3 minutes with a very polite customer service supervisor and my cartel coins were in my account. This is the same negativism we've seen from this individual in other cases, same misinformation, same conjecture. This time its just CS rather then PvP. LOL

Exactly. This is classic. He got his information from random strangers instead of checking any official site. He now refuses to call for his refund.....and blames the game for all of the above.....adding further to the misrepresentations and hyperbole surrounding this game.....and yes, he would be facing the same issue with Blizzard or any other game out there. Just another thread from yet another individual spreading more misinformation and blaming everyone else for his lack of responsible action.
