Dudette* and yep I agree. Except for my server hasn't seen standard in a long time. The Republic side is dead and most of the PvP when it does happen is on the Emp vs. Emp when/if it does happen after a long queue. My amount of trolling these forums would go down drastically if I could PvP again! What you quoted is priceless too... I'm tired of excuses and thinking Bioware will do the right thing... after sitting at work refreshing like crazy to see if there's new info for three days I'm a little spent and full out of any understanding for their situation and metrics. If done right they wouldn't need to wait and see how populations shifted over the weekend. They've had how long to fix this and they're still bumbling on through it and not giving information that could aleviate carpul tunnel for the players that care still and somehow haven't jumped ship.

Thing is do we really need a dozen heavy to full servers in the first place? Nope, what we really needed was a few dozen standard to heavy servers. But now we're back at square one and are going to have the same issues we had back in December (It's funny how history repeats itself). Begin the ************ about queue times to get on a server, bad questing mechanics for overpopulated servers all when I still can't get a queue for PvP on my dead server... sweet.

No I would have felt better knowing on 6/12/12 that my server was not going to be transferred this week at all. The fact that they're doing it how they are is insulting and a waste of time for the people waiting in vain for their transfers off of a dead server.

I feel like a homeless beggar asking Bioware to give me a buck so I can buy booze to ease the pain until I get a new server. I'll huddle up all alone on my dead server (I mean cardboard box) for the weekend again and blindly believe that you guys can turn this train wreck around. Maybe I should have re-rolled, and maybe I will this weekend just to help with their "metrics". Give me a break. You've had months in which people have been suffering on your dead servers to figure out your genius plans here... and I'm disappointed and angry once again. I really need to get use to this level of incompetence or say goodbye to my abusive MMO. Go ahead figure your metrics... with the way you're running the show here you're only going to be re-calculating them again in another few months for the next round of merges because you can't quite figure out what you're doing while destroying what could have been an awesome game.

Excited doesn't describe my feelings towards transfers at all.

I'm on Hyperspace Cannon as well, an early access server. The past few months have been awful. D3 put the final *********** nail in the coffin. My free month has been nothing but a game of sit on the fleet. Let everyone know when approximately they will be transferred. A day, you can spin the wording so it's not assumed hopefully. Get it together and start giving us some more details... do something right for a change.

I think this is part of my irritation... We're just being strung along through out the day feinding for information on this until they say ooop we're done. Do what you need to do I guess BW but this whole process for those still stuck on dead servers sucks hard. Waiting to see if you're lucky enough to be transfered to a server where you can play again is just painful at this point for a lot of people. I know it's suppose to be gradual and all but waiting and watching these stupid forums starting at 9:00 am to see what you guys are doing (which doesn't look like a whole lot today) is simply infuriating. Post a single list for the day.... Give us an estimate as to when our servers will be up for it, you don't even need to tell us where to....

Maybe the squeaky wheel will get a freakin transfer... I agree as well.

The wait wouldn't be so bad if everyone who's sitting on a dead server didn't have to read about all the happy people who have gotten them. I also laugh at the people who are whining about queue's... I'd happily wait for a queue to log into my server so I could actually get a PvP queue. I don't know what the hell is going on with these transfers except for the fact that I'm overly frustrated waiting for word on when my DEAD *** SERVER will be available for them. I thought the amount of servers they made available yesterday might be a good sign, but today It sounds as though they're just going to trudge along with the remainder of them at this point. My expectations are so low, I just better start expecting to be disappointed especially after they way they've handled this game in the past six months... and I've been paying for this aggravation on top of it all. I feel like a masochist for playing this game as long as I have and each refresh to see if new servers have been added feels like another lash.

Your game plan is decent, especially the kiting part... sometimes as a healer you're most beneficial as a distraction to the enemy team, which will allow (hopefully) the other people on your team a better chance to complete the objectives. I'd also suggest using line of sight when possible and a few key-binds, the more you're able to actually pay attention to what's going on around you the better. Sometimes I get a little tunnel vision when staring at all the little health boxes and when I do.. I don't perform as well. Make sure to pop consumables, relics, and any abilities that boost your healing as well. Good Luck!

If something like this was implemented and it had any pay to win features, the game better be free to play and if a game has either of those aspects I'm most likely not going to be interested in it anymore. Even if it's only for vanity items I'd wonder why it isn't just available to everyone ( A gift for all the BS)... if they consider micro transactions before supplying us with enough adequate content (trust me you're really behind on that BW... like really really behind) it just wouldn't be pretty.

Compared to yesterday they've opened much more yes which is promising, But can anyone justify the logic behind The Swiftsure getting transfers today when I haven't been able to get a PvP queue for the last half hour?

It's still disappointing to those who reserved names in early access who don't like to use those in their names. Just makes it difficult for others to invite you to a group and even look you up. It's nice there's a sort of option to retain your name but it's just not the same and setting youself up for at least a little headache when your name isn't using normal letters. My sympathies to the last round of The Fatman transfers.. hope it's not my server.

PvP may not be important to you but don't start calling people who enjoy it, the minority. Lets face it @ level 50 there's not a whole lot of option. You PvE You PvP You do dailies You sit on the fleet and wish you had the capability/desire to want to do the above. A lot of people who were upset about ranked warzones not coming in 1.2... will believe it when they see it. The fact that it took over a month for any new information to surface on the issue was a slap in the face. This game could have a large PvP base if they could've had any foresight to prevent all the BS it's had to endure since January.

The vast majority of transfers are being completed successfully, but we have discovered a very rare issue that can occur during the transfer process that will require us to perform a brief maintenance tonight from 2AM CDT (12AM PDT/3AM EDT/8AM BST/9AM CEST/5PM AEST) to 4AM CDT (2AM PDT/5AM EDT/10AM BST/11AM CEST/7PM AEST). The game servers and SWTOR.com will be unavailable during this time. I'm saying given the obvious evidence of a few over populated servers and a large majority of dead ones currently that Bioware would be smart to NOT give us any option until they have dished out these basic controlled transfers. I have no links, just common sense. I may be a bit bitter because I'm still sitting on a dead server, but overall I could care less where my characters end up. I just want to play with people in my MMO again. That's all. If they were to include every transfering option that everyone on these forums desired, I'd be sitting on my dead server for a few more months at the very least. It's an initial phase to correct a glaring problem. You will be able to consolidate your characters... just not as soon as a lot of people had hoped (and I do think it's unreasonable to expect it at the first sign of transfers). Time hasn't been on Biowares side since launch and they're not very forth coming with details usually either so sit tight. Tomorrow, Soon™ they'll throw us a small bone again.
