  2. I never would have thought that a non force user class would be my favorite in a Star Wars game. Concealment Operative, since closed beta has been my favorite class to play. That is until the 1.9 Nerf from hell. Since then unless you were a healer, you really had no place in raids due to so many reasons I wont go into it here. Fast forward to 3.0, many changes and some good some not so much but here is where the rubber meets the road folks, are NON-healing operatives raid viable now or are we still "fun" but not effective?

I cant speak for all but for me, the fact that I already have 5 lvl 60 toons and simply don't want to go though the hassle of leveling another alt, I think I've already seen all the "leveling experience" has to offer and for me its just a mundane grind of ZERO value. I fell the privilege has been earned. Now, take my money!
  4. I've maxed out my character slots. I have several 60's and several alts ranging from lvl 2 -35. I have rerolled many times over. For those like me who simply don't want to grind up an alt because we've already been there and done that, can we get an "instant lvl 55 pill" as a cash shop item? I would be happy to buy such an item for both factions, please and thanks!
  5. Here is my two cents for what its worth. Its not a group or team type of game play. Your pretty much a lone wolf looking for targets of opportunity. If big numbers and a TON of kills is what your after this is not the class for you. Although you can fluff your numbers like crazy as lethality but that's another discussion. Concealment is very stealth dependent. There is way to much AOE in group battles and its way to difficult to get out of combat when you've already burnt your cd. This in and of itself is a problem due to the fact that the majority of your dmg is from your front loaded burst from stealth. I find this class to be devastating 1v1 as long as you've got your cd's up and ready. Select targets well. Vs. more than 2? its best to vanish and wait for another opportunity IMHO. However, even 1v1 if you go up against someone who knows what to expect from a concealment OP keep in mind its not hard to shut us down. In short, if you solo queue and dont care to heal like me, I find my best way to contribute is to intercept and stop cappers at the begging of a WZ as well as provide continuous pressure at lightly guarded nodes, end goal being to ninja the node itself for your team. Fun factor is a 10 for me but I do feel that my assassin can do anything my OP can do yet do it better.

  7. The reason why you dont see activity is because Op DPS spec's are not a priority for BW. They are content to let it rot. Its so very disappointing. I'd love to play my OP again but fact is, I dont want to heal and that is all they are good for at the moment. I put mine on the shelf months ago after I realized that anything my OP could do my Sin could do not just better but ALOT better. They screwed this class the second they smashed it with the nerf bat back in 1.2.
  8. Well, 2.5 is "suppose" to fix us Sins. They say they are fixing how bad we take spike dmg as tanks to better aline us with Juggs and PTs. As for dps they are buffing maul, thrash and voltaic slash dmg a bit. Wont know if this will help or not until the patch. But for right now, sin tanks are viable, plenty tank end game content. You can find them all over youtube or twitch iif you need evidence. As for PVP dps its fantastic. Arguably one of if not the best 1v1 class. As to PVE dps, well were lowest on the charts. GL EDIT for update: I just saw the Devs 2.5 post and for DPS ONLY Voltaic Slash is getting a "slight dmg increase". Nothing else, no madness love either.   9. Your right, it would be ridiculous had I been implying that I crit ever time I used maul. Thats precisely why I never said that. When I said my best maul all day was 4700ish, it meant that crit or not, the best maul was 4700ish, period. Sorry I'm out of time to be trolled but thanks again for your informative and helpful feedback.
  10. Thanks Epeen! Your very helpful. I'm sure every single player in every single WZ today just happened to have all of their "Def. Cooldown" CD's up and ready at every moment I used Maul.
  11. I was saying the same thing earlier today. I'm in full Conquer gear with augments and the best I got was 4700 ish. On ave I was mauling between 2-3k, and this was on cloth and med. armor classes. I thought it was a fluke until I saw your post and now seems they may have broke us on accident with this last patch..
  12. I've been using this the past few days, the Dark Maul build. I must say when the stars align its pretty awesome! Like a hot knife through butter. But, if you dont burn them down after the opener your pretty much a wet noodle and just got to hope they die from their noobness or you have the chance to stealth, stance dance and re open. I love it, I just wish it had a bit more sustained but then again, I'm still min/maxing my gear so that could be it as well. I havent tried the Dancing Krayt yet though. I'm curious what others have experienced with these.
  13. I've seen this happen twice since 2.0 dropped. I don't think its a bug, there is no running, not walking nor rolling. The sniper or slinger (both I've seen and fought first hand) goes in cover then proceeds to teleport, let me emphasize that "Teleport" forward, back and other various locations. I've seen it on both a Sniper and a Gunslinger so far. Both times have been on the Ancient Hypergate WZ map.
