  1. You can own up to 50. If I sold any I would probably sell as a stack, although I'm still undecided if I would sell a minimum stack size.
  2. Hi, Need a Interest/Price Check on the following. The Smugglers Gambit Slot Machine is no longer possible to be acquired in game. Additionally, before they were removed from the Binary Star Per vendor they were changed to bind on pickup, so no one can sell them on the GTN. I happen to have some stored away in a guild bank and I would be welling to sell some. This would mean that a buyer would have to temporarily join my guild and withdraw from the guild bank to claim the items, as they are bind on pickup preventing a normal trade in the trade window impossible. 3. I'm very happy about this, and also glad I already maxed out the Voss rep a long time ago. It's great to hear that some stronghold bugs are getting some attention. Thanks!
  4. You don't know software engineering do you? Different technology is different. As much I as I would love for strongholds to be livelier, as a software engineer I know just enough to probably be right in saying that anything they will do will be from scratch. If I'm wrong, it is also better to assume I'm right. Software issues always take longer than what other people think.
  5. Hood toggle isn't really E3 worthy. I seriously doubt it will be features or systems, but PvE/story content coming out around the time of Star Wars Episode 7. It only makes sense to have an expansion at that time and to try to draw in a bigger crowd, as the movie tie in gives the IP so much publicity that people will want to check the game out. Add a new expansion and some more story, what Bioware is known for, and then they get to capitalize on that publicity. Anything but this would not be a smart business move.
  6. While we are on the topic, they should not only release the jedi knight character creation armor, but they should also release a second chest piece that is hood up, and make the robes on both be able to be dyed. Now some of you might think, "But wait! Hood up is the Jedi Battle Lord armor! We have that already!", and you would be correct that we have it, but the robe cannot be dyed, only part of the armor! The cloth never gets dyed, and also only jedi knights can only wear it, my shadow cannot.
  7. I don't have any ideas about any new house decor, but the cargo bays from the security vendor gave me an idea, about having more items that can serve the function of other already existing items. For example, I created a thread in the suggestions forum for the light saber forge decorations to also serve as item mod station. To take that further, why can't we have a medical table that also acts as an appearance mod station?
  8. You do realize we can already do this, right? I believe /chair and /sleep is what you are looking for.
  9. I believe when you kill the boss, it drops a stack of 2. However, you will not be able to solo the boss. You could try starting a pug group and then hope you win the loot roll. Worst case, they will come down in price on the gtn eventually.
  10. I would really like a light saber wielding healer companion (sage/sorcerer advanced class), regardless of the gender or species. I would be OK if it was a generic companion that everyone can get, like Treek and HK.
  11. I recommend that the sith and jedi lightsaber forge decorations be changed to be functional item mod stations. Arguably, they should be mod stations for lightsabers, right? Might as well make them to be an alternative to the existing item mod station.
  12. Depending on what I'm doing, I also don't want to share loot. If the loot system was changed so we are not fighting/needing/greeding over loot and everyone got a seperate "here is your bag of loot" then I for one would group much more. Sometimes I will run an old flashpoint solo because I'm hunting a decoration. I could group, but what is the point if I don't get the deco and I'm in there for that one reason?
  13. That is incorrect, they can be crafted although it is difficult. To craft, a synthweaver or armormech must run the operation that underworld tokens drop in, win the token drop, and go claim the armor from the vendor with the token. At that point, they can RE the armor with a CHANCE to learn the schematic. Due to the low chance and the low amount of people running those ops who are also synthweavers or armormechs, it is rare to come across a crafter who has learned any schematics. Dread Forged can also be crafted by the way. To point out where some of the confusion comes from, these were not originally able to be RE'ed when underworld armor first came out. It was patched in, around patch 2.3 I think. So for those who say you can't craft, there were correct at a certain point of time, but that information is now obsolete.
  14. What you state is correct, and for others reading this that could be very useful. In my particular case, I don't run ops due to frequent interruptions with kids, and all my guildies left the game. For a pvper and more of a solo pve guy, it was possible to get these in the past, but not anymore unless someone is lucky enough to find a crafter.
  15. I have been trying to find a crafter for the same armor, the smuggler/agent chest on the Bastion for over a year without any success. Good luck to you. If someone on the Bastion can craft this, let me know in game via mail or whisper (Jawatrader). In fact, please post here if you can do it on another server. I MIGHT even do a server transfer for it, because it seems impossible to get on my server.
  16. I have seen them, and even own the underworld trooper belt that was crafted on the Bastion. You can't RE verpine from what I have heard, but underworld armor that was bought from a vendor via an ops token can be RE'ed with a CHANCE to learn the schematic. Finding a crafter who has learned the schematic you want and still plays the game is slim to none I have found. If someone on the Bastion can craft the agent/smuggler chest, please contact me.
  17. You can't get Verpine/Underworld without running ops. It is true that crafters can RE underworld shells for a chance to learn the schematic, but i Have been looking from a crafter who can craft the smuggler chest for over a year now with no luck. I love the appearance, but I don't do ops. There used to be a pvp version but that was removed from the game (why?). As a pvp'er and a solo pve daily guy, I have no luck of getting this armor. The fact there are hurdles to get this armor doesn't bother me, it has that the hurdles have changed. A long time ago you could buy the appearance with pvp or pve comms, but not anymore
  18. I have a suggestion regarding the outfit designer, inspired by bug posts about the designer on reddit where users see outfits in tabs that they reportedly never put there. Please give us one dedicated outfit tab that randomly gets armor in it somehow, on purpose. Provide a mechanism to trigger the tab to get populated (perhaps randomly?) or a button on the tab that refreshes and randomizes the armor for every slot. Yes, you might look a clown. However, it could be a fun way to experience some looks that a player would never normally achieve, or you could even have it randomly copy other players look. The key here is random! Make this bug a feature!
  19. They are close, but not only is there the sleeve difference, but I'm not aware of any that are hood down besides relnex's robes. The picture is hood down.
  20. The first and third images are artwork from Bioware themselves, right? Do they have an in game model equivalent? If not, they need to fix that.
  21. Hi Nick, Welcome to the forums. Sorry, this is a long post. I'll start with something positive. First, I think a lot of people, myself included, are happy with more yellow posts today and that you guys took our feedback and are attempting to make the requested change to the outfit designer. Please ensure that communication keeps up. It is important to us, and we appreciate it. Second, there are some topics that have been on the forums forever that other forums posters would like to stop seeing threads created and brought up, and they keep getting brought up because of lack of communication on the Bioware side. We either do not get any replies, or replies have little to no information. Since I take you guys at your word, I know you have read about them, but as a community we need more feedback. I can think of two examples off hand, but of course they are just examples. The first example is regarding forum poster Alec_Fortescue. He has been the champion of "traditional jedi robes" for so long that others are either annoyed by his posts or have sympathy. Maybe you guys think we have traditional jedi robes, maybe we just can't get them for X reason, or something else, but at some point will you respond to the guy and his topic and say something? Anything? You have to give the guy credit for being persistent, so please address that. I think he has more forum posts on that one topic than I have on l of my posts. The second example is hood toggle. I know we are not getting it. We have more or less been told that. We want/need a couple things though. It would be great to be given a technical "why" reason as to why you guys can't do it. Is it just too much work because it involves changing every art asset? Your answer here might not change that we are not getting it, but it would make us feel warm and fuzzy inside and feel like we are listened to. Also, if we can't have hood toggle, how do we get the look that we want if we have a chest piece that either has the hood up or down and we want the opposite? I feel like we have never been given a good answer, so these posts keep coming up over and over again. Thank you and again, welcome!
  22. Ah, that's what I had in mind, sorry for the confusion and I appreciate the correction!
  23. Take a look at a thread I created and provide your thoughts! http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=801278
  24. I didn't really touch on it much, but some of those quests could lend themselves to group play well. This game is good at PvE, and providing PvE quests inside the strongholds that you could do solo or with others (maybe some heroic only quests or other persons stronghold only?) could encourage some new social interaction with the strongholds. Right now, if you visit someone else's stronghold or even your own, there isn't much to actually do.
  25. Fair enough, the feedback is appreciated. My intention was to make them more useful by giving people something to do there, and also allowing some decorations to more things as well. Thanks!
