Sure if you happen to be lucky and face other people in that gear. If you are facing people in full BM gear the gap disparity makes a big difference and no skill need apply. And again it gets worse. People are not asking to get the same rewards as the winning side and as an objective based player I have always hated the solo acts who went for more damage etc to get more valor etc but they went to the opposite side and now the playing field will just get worse. The rewards for losing should not be 1/4th or 1/5th of the winning side. How you cannot see how that will just lop-side the situation more I just cannot grasp.

I am embarrassed because of posts like yours. You are being willfully ignorant or disingenuous at best. I steamroll people in lesser gear than me with the exact same spec. Skill need not apply. Due to this I got better gear faster than they did already, now its much worse. You cannot spin this no matter how hard you try to be fair. Lying doesn't change facts. All classes have at least two cc's some if you spec get a 3rd and some have a 4th if you count that out of combat cc. It also depends on what you call a cc most meele would call a snare or root from a ranged class a cc. No my point was pretty clear they need to have premades fight other premades. You do not want longer queue times. In what I suggest we would both have longer queue times. I am ok with longer queue times with matches starting with even numbers and premades vs premades and pugs vs pugs. So again who is selfish....

Pug vs premade when you have 3-4 less people is a damn joke. No match should ever start even a single person short then you premade people would have a leg to stand on but you all know as well as I do more often than not matches start undermanned and against a premade it is no better than throwing people to wolves.

OP is spot on, its bad enough the devs are such idiots they think starting matches with one side down 3-4 players is somehow fair because they will throw a couple more on the side with less players eventually like you can come back from starting 5 vs 8 especially when 4 of the 8 are a premade. To bad you want to queue as a group you should be facing other groups not a pug that is not only under geared its also under manned. PVP in this game is severely broken due to population imbalances and if you have to face a longer queue I have zero pity for you after starting the past 6 matches with 5 people and being against premades.

TL,DR There are not two sides, two sides implies somewhat even numbers agree with both sides. The need for companions people are a dozen or so people who post a lot and try to make it seem like there are a lot who agree with them. There are not. Wow another need for companion thread, with go figure the exact same 3-5 people defending this clearly ridiculous action. If your companion helps the group down the content then by all means need for them, if they are no part of the group then they have no need for items dropped. Also always discuss loot rules up front so you can know not to group with people who would do something like this.
