  1. Well, just as long as we're clear on all that. o_o
  2. But you admit to taking a lightsaber to the face? o.o
  3. Yea, for now. But just wait till you take that lightsaber to the face. Spoilers?
  4. I have failed you, my Dark Lord of the Sith. D:
  5. Here's the flowchart of my sith for everyone http://i102.photobucket.com/albums/m100/Sota_03/lolol.png
  6. This game doesn't need a complete overhaul like FFXIV needed. Trust me, I was there at release, and the game just felt horrible to play. -I- don't feel it's necessary. I play a Sorcerer level 35 just fine without macro's. Same can be said of my level 40 Bounty Hunter tank. Use what you have to your advantage, and you'll be fine. But QQ'ing about not being able to have a 1 button roflstomp is... pathetic. 1: They are working on this, if I recall correctly. 2: Covered above. No thanks. 3: Covered above with Macro's, IMO, no thanks. 4: An obvious one. There's so mcuh I disagree with in your post, but this... this one is a sore red thumb to me. Who the **** wants twinking, other than the twinks that wants to steamroll people in PVP? This has to be THE single-most hated thing to many levelers in PVP. I LOVE the fact that they added EXP to warzones - know why? NO TWINKING! I can actually go into a WZ and have a chance of winning without having a twink on my side! The people who want twinking, tend to be the ones who can't dice it in the 50's bracket, because they NEED the gear to be able to steamroll others. Right now, the PVP I've seen is some of THE MOST FUN pvp I've ever had - when EVERYONE works together, everyone wins! <GASP!> Bioware - don't listen to this tool! I don't want twinks, and brackets... depends on who you ask! Your game is FUN! Don't let people like this ***hole ruin it!
  7. I agree with this. Slept in from a long hard week of work, and popped right on.
  8. Hundred other topics on this, american company, been posted before, etc. etc.
  9. Incorrect, I pug all the time because I find it fun to work in a team.
  10. agree 100% on the note of the nodes. I will never take from someone fighting on top of it - I actually appologised to someone once because they where fighting on it, finished the mob, stood for a few seconds, then ran away. I assumed they were done, so I took the node. They came back a few seconds later after I grabbed it and I saw 'archeology', but it was too late. ): I've also had others try to ninja nodes from me. At which point, we just work together - one engages, one grabs node. Combat is only entered when you're acted upon or act upon an enemy, so it's quite easy to take advantage of this in small, 2-man teams.
  11. Much assumption. xD But true, I've been in both the ignored case, and the ignoring case, and won in both of them. Fun thing about cycling? That same guy that zoomed by him, after about a mile or two, is pulled to the side huffing for air. And I just leisurely stroll by them, because my pace was at my level.
  12. If that's the case, Apax, they have to be ready for the loss of the mob - just as the person who posted that is ready to continue waiting. As I've said, I've invited people to my party and had them decline or ignore my messages outright - and you know what? That just means it's open season. If mutual co-operation isn't in your list of options, then guess what? You're competition. I'll admit, I don't usually do it because I've become jaded, but like I said - I'll make an effort to in the future. But I'm 100% against you if you think that it's impolite to take a mob after the offer of cooperation was refused - especially since the person who suggested that made it sound as though they weren't being confrontational about it.
  13. Personally, I've never cut in line - but even I fail to see the parallel between waiting for a spawn - where everyone has a competitive chance - and waiting in a line. Sorry, it's just not the same to me.
  14. Know what else is good manners? Not trolling.
  15. Has been declined. Across multiple people. Has been stated. Like I said, I'll make that effort - even if I think it's foolish; but if it's refused, then it's open season. xD
  16. There's a good reason why I'm glad I don't have to rely on healers. I suppose I want to go on to say, those who are comparing this to waiting in line - I respect you for that. That's a choice you're willing to make, to sit around waiting for a mob to spawn without any guarantee that people will respect your spot. I do not, in any way, insult your decision. And you're free to insult mine, because I understand viewpoints may be different. We have separate priorities. Mine is to my team and my party, and it's how I play. I'll be more than happy to help or heal you, and I'll be more than happy to assist you. But 50% of the time, people don't offer to party or respond to party invites. Not sure if they're in their own world or not, and I'll be fine being jaded to the fact. I'll offer, as you suggest, but if they say no, or they don't respond - it's open season on the claim. And I know someone already said that's like saying 'group up - or else', but at that point, you've thrown decency out the window, and it's full FFXI-mode for me.
  17. Again, like I said, this isn't about Sharing or not being a jerk. It seems more to me like most of the MMO players are spoiled by WoW/Rift and have become giant carebears about it. XD Like I said, I don't need your approval, and I respect the way you choose to play, so whatever works for you - works for you. But a claim system exists for a reason. If you don't get the claim - you don't get the claim.
  18. Mine tends not to have a line. At least when I go.
  19. I played imperial for a while - There's one conversation Dialogue you can get in Flashpoint: Black Talon. If the Sith win the first roll or two of the first dialogue wheel with the lieutenant, she'll add that 'what an honor it is to have the Sith with us.'... At which point one of your non-force sensitives can say something about it. xD It's very fun to watch the dialogues advance. I'd take the spot to the left that has a shorter line, personally. They can have that one pump, but since my gas station has like... 12 pumps? The anology is kinda lost on me. Trying to cut in front of someone at a gas station is actually dangerous to your health, as you'd probably cause an accident. <_<
  20. Man that sounds fun... Mostly for the story dialogues, having all 4 classes there. XD
  21. Yea, grouping works 50% of the time. I seem to run into people who don't read their chatbox the most. As for 'taking it away from in front of you', it goes both ways, really. I gotta say, I'm surprised that most people post about being understanding about waiting in line, but it IS a good thing. However, my loyalties lie to my team - and my opinion is that if the monster hasn't spawned, then it has open dibs. It may be a cutthroat way of playing, but it is also the most fair. I've had people follow us to boss mobs so they wouldn't have to fight before, and just take it - and you know what? They deserve it in that case. They didn't 'do the work to get there', but that doesn't matter. If it's unclaimed, it's fair game. I respect the way you play, though, and if you offer to group, I'll probably respond. But to the ones who don't offer, it's competition.
  22. How does it not apply? I said boss mobs, and most often, you have boss mobs in heroic areas, not instanced areas. So it's useless for you to try and say otherwise. o_0
