  1. It would be the bounty hunter with their explosives and other weapons, in Kotor HK-47 goes over effective tactics for killing jedi, and presumably the bounty hunter and probably even the agent would have access to these things.
  2. At the very least let me move my love interest characters in to my bedroom after I wed them, would make sense for them to share quarters now.
  3. Had to work on friday and saturday so I lost a lot of playtime, I did manage to get my sage from 24 to 41, finished chapter 2 then decided I needed a break from leveling, I got as far as I wanted to and I'm satisfied with my progress. Will certainly finish it next weekend.
  4. I agree that the leveling process could stand to be increased a little. The double exp is nice but permanence would never happen, I'd rather see this: Give F2P the current exp gain of subs. Give subs +25% above the normal exp gain.
  5. Same issue for me, hope they fix it. If you look at the picture for it on the main page of swtor.com you can see the bugged food tray to in his hand.
  6. I wish it was a black core with a white aura instead. =(
  7. 60 bucks, I couldn't resist the 24 pack of the brand new pack they released, these new items are pretty insane. I was so happy BW finally learned how to design weapons then immediately sad again that I had to drop real money on them. Oh well, that's just how it goes I guess.
  8. If the rest of the group wants to skip you skip, if the rest of the group doesn't want to skip you don't skip. Don't be selfish.
  9. Hey, I like to know my ship droid has repainted my bedroom some 5-6 times in 30 minutes, that's a damn impressive feat imo.
  10. The 8 generals right before Soa where you fight them to the song "duel of fates," I'd love another fight like that where every player is forced to operate independently without any help from the rest of the raid, just make an encounter that is difficult enough so that each player is sufficiently challenged. That fight is a joke on my jugg tank even before I got as well geared as I am now.
  11. This is a response to Murquel's "non-progession" content thread that I felt warrants a thread on it's own, it's a thought that occurred to me lately for something I think BW should include in future content, post may contain some mild spoilers about the various class stories, having done nearly all of them (7/8) I speak with some experience with this. For future story contentf I'd love to see some of the classes do some things they were meant to do that we never really got the chance to do in our story, a chance to actually BE what our class should have been by the description/role we assume once we complete the story as a whole, allow me to elaborate. Imperial Agent: A shadowy enforcer of the empire, meant to strike without being seen to enforce imperial interests, attacking a facility head on then laying waste to everyone inside doesn't seem very "spy" to me. So I'd suggest a mission of a different sort, imagine the agent needs to slay a high value target, the entrance would have two paths, one for sniper and one for operative depending on your AC, the goal for the operative would be to sneak in to a facility without being detected to reach a high value target at the end, assassinate the target (I mean sneak up behind them and knife them in the back, not some long battle with an elite, an instant brutal kill) then escape without being caught, a chance to be the unseen shadowy hand of the empire. The sniper variation would require a bit more combat, sneaking in to the upper areas of the facility in question to reach a vantage point to snipe the same target, then escape within a certain amount of time once setting the place to detonate. Sith Warrior: Why not be given the chance to do that? Be given a list of targets, they shouldn't all be massively important in rank, they could be seemingly insignificant, a scientist there, a simple jedi padawan there, a chance to brutally crush an enemy that would warrant the emperor's very personal attention for reasons that are beyond you, to be revealed in time to set the stage for a later bit of content. Sith Inquisitor: Why not have an upstart or two try and challenge you? Waging a war to put down a rival that attempts to take your position, the assassin could have an option like the above with the operative followed by an epic lightsaber battle while the sorc should have the option to use their force power to devastate the building, bring it crashing down on enemies. Just a few examples I have in mind for content I'd love to see that don't have to be progression but could allow our class to feel more like the class we chose, rather then "greetings oh great lord of the sith, please kill 10 nameless soldiers."
  12. I actually prefer the stripped down simple design of the imperial stuff, no gaudy decorations, everything is there that needs to be there with nothing else.
  13. Quinn. He needs to be punished for being a bad boy. XD
  14. "There's no need for bloodshed." Sith warrior's response: "I feel an overwhelming need for bloodshed!"
  15. Objective based pvp is a good thing, I will agree there is a bit too much about node control but things like deathmatch style won't work because it means whichever team has more healers is at a distinct advantage. What we need is a siege style WZ about blowing up shield generators to capture a ground based fortress, that could be fun.
  16. Immediately thought of this. http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/MixAndMatchWeapon
  17. Having played games with both I can say that I prefer the dual faction pvp system rather then the FFA that is so common. In Tera the PVP is FFA, by level 11 a person can flag themselves and attack anyone whether they are flagged as well or not, it leads to groups of level capped players sitting outside lowbie areas one shotting anyone that dares get close. Since you have no same faction to call on for help, doing so tends to result in being trolled or ignored and while you occasionally find a few players willing to help, the griefers are usually grouped up, overpowering anyone that tries to come and help, it's a terrible system, the ganking is atrocious. Not that it's all bad, being able to kill anyone questing in the same area and taking the questing area for yourself is definitely not a bad thing, I personally can't stand questing in areas with other people in them, being able to kill anyone at any time to take said area for myself was a godsend. For dual faction pvp, it helps bring players together in a way because then you have a clearly defined enemy, it's an "us or them" type of situation and if one faction starts to get out of line there is usually a guild or group on either faction that is more then happy to group up and stomp the offending troublemakers, in addition I enjoy having the whole faction pride thing, I loved playing wow on my pvp server and being all "for the horde" though here on swtor I'm all "for the empire" and such. I can't comment on the gree event situation, due to all of the rewards being garbage (I don't like any of the orange gear or pet they've added to any of the rep vendors nor do I like any of the titles, at all) and the fact that they are unfun (space missions and section X) or can't be soloed (voss heroics), I've made the choice to skip all the reputations entirely, that's a particular bit of content I have no interest whatsoever in doing.
  18. Long as they up the threat it generates for jugg tank as compensation for a damage nerf I'm mostly fine with it. Jugg aoe threat already isn't that good, nerfing smash damage would hurt us in that regard and would make soloing groups a little bit more annoying.
  19. This misconception needs to go away, the people that are fixing bugs are not the same people that would be designing player housing. Flying mounts are not likely to occur anytime soon either, the planets aren't designed for it whereas the ships in game are just begging to have something more added to them. As for the whole ship customization won't work due to cutscenes and such, that argument isn't really valid either, they could just take out the customization for the cutscenes, let us continue on as normal. Not an elegant solution but they already do stuff like that in game, specifically the sith warrior companion lieutenant pierce, no matter what armor I put on him he always appeared in his starting armor for the various companion conversations I had with him with the armor he currently wore never appearing. I'd also like the outside of the ship to change to based on your upgrades, I feel that a ship with no upgrades on it should look different then a ship with all grade 1 upgrades which should look different from all grade 3, 5, or 7, etc.
  20. I would like more rewards on the event and the reputation vendors. Not that I'm asking for items that increase player power, I just can't stand looking at any of the new shells, I think they are all hideous. Granted aesthetics is a very subjective thing but I just don't find the tron armor (which is still a recolor of an existing template) and the other recolors to be even remotely appealing to the eye. I love the stuff in the new cartel pack I just wish the content we didn't have to pay for would have more compelling rewards (wishful thinking I know).
  21. Pick up cybertech, look for cheap rifles on the GTN to give him. That's about all you can do.
  22. Like I said, will have to wait for the patch notes to know for sure since they didn't have this on the PTS.
  23. Have to wait for the patch notes methinks. You could check the datamined stuff but there is always a chance that the stuff they find might not go live yet or at all.
  24. Bioware has already addressed the issue of Togruta fairly recently, please read the following to understand.
  25. They don't need to show us all the new rewards honestly, all you need to do is find the vendor, go over the list and decide whether whatever is there is worth it, it's not that big a deal. Though I will say the rewards better be compelling otherwise I won't bother with any of them outside of the gree one since I want to see the event for myself, of course I won't bother shortly after if those rewards aren't interesting enough.
