  1. I disagree, tank jugg/guardian with our low cost slow we are able to keep our target snared and stay on them, a good amount of stuns, lots of durability, I manage to take down most of my targets, including level 50 ones, without going below 50% hp and in the case of 1v2 or 1v3 I can usually last long enough for help to arrive while making sure they don't capture any objectives. I tend to do the same but we are also able to lockdown a healer pretty well solo, while they are trying to focus a target we can interrupt, force choke when they try to cast again, and by then the interrupt is usually off CD again and they will need to heal themselves rather than the target they were focusing, leaving your team to kill the other people while you're on the healer.
  2. I have gotten voidstar all of twice since I started pvping (quite a bit the last week or so). I never even noticed anyone exploiting.
  3. A melee dot tree, which is the vengeance spec, doesn't seem very useful since applying all of your dots to a target requires staying on them, building up sunder stacks, and not getting peeled at all because if your stacks fall off you have to start all over. Not your fault of course, now the immortal spec actually does manage to hit pretty hard along with several cc's and defensive cd's, I've crit pretty high with my crushing blow and with that and one sunder I have 5 stacks in two gcd's. But if you are insistent it seems like your best bet is to slow and snare targets around you while spreading dots as best you can. Immortal might suit you better with it's variety of damage, defense, and utility, have you tried Rage yet though? I haven't, just wondering if it's any good. As for your targeting, granted tab targeting in this game is a little wonky, but aside from paying better attention I don't know what to say. Edit: Don't discount peeling and snaring. The low cost aoe slow is awesome, sometimes just making the other team miserable is good enough.
  4. It doesn't matter too much, when we realized what the cheater was doing we just killed every teammate around him, one finally managed to sneak past though and they scored. Said cheating tactic was the only reason they managed to catch up to us, shame that they award the win to the team that scored last. Dragging out the clock like that is really obnoxious to say the least.
  5. I opened two tickets for the people using it, bug report and reporting the player. I hope more people use it, more cheaters to get banned.
  6. Started seeing players doing this, standing on the ball platform breaks them out of los completely, inquisitor aoe knockback and BH knockback doesn't break them out of it either and it leaves them completely unattackable. Please fix this and ban the people using this exploit.
  7. Actually I am glad that people blew through the content so fast, when the rest of the community catches up it means that the bugs have already been found and hopefully been fixed by that point.
  8. I raised Jaesa's affection level extremely high about the time I got her and got no conversations for a while, but once I leveled up they all popped up at once. Try leveling more, see what happens.
  9. I am told doing the weeklies also nets you a chance gear, I've yet to confirm it for myself though.
  10. Darth title is bugged for inquisitor, yes it's crap, but it's a known issue. Fix will be in eventually I'm sure.
  11. I'll admit doing the same sidequests for NPC's is a bit repetitive, but the fact that a different character replies to various question and conversations far differently than another helps keep me interested. Particularly playing as a ratataki BH after playing a sith warrior, as a warrior everyone treats you with a lot of respect and courtesy, as an alien BH these NPC's that loved my sith warrior act like I'm a nobody, it's an interesting contrast. But the class specific quests do keep me very intrigued alone, that at the least holds my attention.
  12. Same crap as Draagh in that he leaves an aoe on the ground when he shatters, run out of it, use quinn, interrupt or los voice of the emperor whenever he casts it, you should be able to wear him down before he kills you. Also, kite him when you can but don't bring him near quinn or he will leave the aoe on quinn and kill him
  13. My gear is certainly good enough for hard modes, it's mostly 48-50 oranges and blues. I managed just fine in the black talon hard mode. The problem I had was not my survivability at all, I feel that the group aoe is just far too extreme for your average group. We did spread out but he still lobbed grenades at people, I will certainly make sure to tell the ranged/healer to stand further away, but once he started firing grenades at the melee while the swordsman ran around smacking people our healer ran out of resources and one by one the dps went down. We eventually gave up, but knowing the loot chest is bugged makes me feel slightly better since I wouldn't have gotten anything for my trouble anyway. Edit: I was tanking him, I was not healing, these are my observations from watching the fight while I tank. I have very good awareness in encounters and I saw the above take out our group each time.
  14. Not the overall flashpoint itself, rather the last boss specifically. The incoming damage is far too much as is, the splash damage from the grenades followed by a melee swing from the melee add is an insta-gib no recourse. In addition, because the melee add has no threat table it makes controlling him impossible as taunt has a long cd and said boss can only be anchored for so long. After several attempts using different strats I suggest the following adjustments be made to it: Melee add needs his running speed significantly slowed and the removal of charge so that he can be kited by a competent player, conversely give him a normal aggro table. Main boss add needs his grenade spam toned down significantly or removed entirely, either change is acceptable. Healer add needs his throughput and damage toned down by at least 20-25%, as is the rest of the flashpoint is fine, this single fight however is the outlier and should be adjusted accordingly.
  15. 8/10 Good gameplay, combat is fun and involved, and questing is engaging. Only issues I have: 1. Being knocked off your speeder, this is a bad feature from WoW that they should have taken an example from and removed completely. It's asinine and unnecessary. 2. "Strong" enemies being mixed in with regular groups, not in solo content, solo content should not have elites or strongs. Regular enemies shouldn't be in groups either, 1-2 at most in solo play, groups are fine for solo content. 3. Too many ranged enemies, makes running past them to leash them too difficult. Good game aside from those things.
