  1. Outcasts of Coruscant- Pub (queue as 4 man or x2 4-man premade groups simultaneously; nearly all day every day)
  2. http://www.feedthechildren.org > Cartel Coins Oh, and hilarious poem btw, ty.

  4. EA isn't going to go back on their promise to those of us that did shell out the cash by their deadline, sorry. Its not going to kill anyone to wait another week to grind. Next time be the early bird.
  5. Same problem. Patch tonight will probably fix it. Question: is Bioware unable to admit when they've screwed up? See the corporate response to ME3 earlier this year for an example. No admission of guilt, just an acknowledgement of their angry customers. It would help reassure paying subscribers to let us know that an issue is known and going to be fixed. You know... if you like to keep poking us for cash and all. Just a thought.
  6. I just purchased Mass Effect 3 for PC and spent 5 hours playing through it. I think I'm done with it already. Color me depressed (and out $60, hehe). I am pretty crazy for ME1 and 2; they have great graphics, story and various other elements- good games overall. I hate to say it but even the most boring swtor careers involve a more-interesting plot than ME3. The main story makes little sense, the pace is slow and bland, and nothing besides the graphics really stands out. I have imported my save from ME1 that I took through 2 and on into 3. I've even purchased every single dlc for the first two games, followed the paragon path and made the best possible decisions in every category. Maybe that was my mistake... I don't want to plant any spoilers here so I won't get into any details at this point; the game just came out. Just... please rent it before you buy it guys- you may save yourself some money. Any constructive thoughts to share, all?
  7. The decision that you make at the climax of the operative storyline (possibly sniper too, idk) that I took was sort of depressing and didn't go anywhere. It might help to give players a bit of a hint as to the repercussions of their decision before they choose. I thought that I was making the wisest decision, but instead I ended up working alone with no imperial intelligence support, no rebel affiliation, nothing. Even my load screen says that I just mill about aimlessly, getting into scraps for no reason. It kind of left a bad taste in my mouth after working on this story for so long. Did anyone else make some sort of poor pivotal decision that screwed their storyline over? Just wondering if I was alone on this one.

  9. I may be mistaken here but I believe that swtor is attempting to keep the game from crashing while your computer loads textures. I have a high-end graphics card but swtor is hardwired to put most of the load on your processor(s) so that folks with older graphics cards don't crash. Sometimes in areas with constantly shifting graphics or lots to load, my PC will do the same thing. <-Needs to upgrade her motherboard & RAM
  10. Because the imperial officers (not the tatooine or speeder bike grunts) in the first 3 movies were played by english actors and the plucky heroes were americans hired in the late 70's. Now its Bioware cannon!
  11. Take heart and try to keep Kaliyo's gear upgraded. Granted she does suck more and more, but if you can tough it out your last companion will totally outshine her in her role as a tank. Trying not to post spoilers.
  12. I can see both sides. I am playing a dark V operative healer though so when she's going around murdering people in cut-scenes, its seems a little appropriate. She's a homicidal maniac. Lol.
  13. Ha ha, what a silly question. 1,630 replies to this thread before my post says that someone is still interested in the game...
  14. Sorry to bump yet another whiny thread first of all- won't happen again. SWtOR is a beautiful and complex game that implements a host of new concepts (voice acting cut-scenes, the up-coming Legacy system, interwoven storylines, et al.). It is also worth mentioning that this is the first sci-fi mmo I've played that didn't send me back to console games in order to enjoy the genre. ALL mmo's go through a bumpy infancy and this one started out with less major issues than any I have tried to date. The constant updates do require patience, but they also show that developers are actively patching and constantly improving the game. In summary: kudos to Bioware for making all the money we've thrown at you worth something. Thanks. See you suckas in-game!
