So every Sith Lord for the Empire gets the Darth title. So what? It's no different than every Jedi for the Republic getting the Master title.

I bought HK on a level 1 alt just for the fun of it, so I'm going to test out how it is leveling up with the level 50 gear in place. I've already gotten to level 6 or 7 now and he absolutely rocks. He may be effectively naked, but he's a freaking strong naked companion. We'll see if he stays strong as I level up.

First we get all these posts complaining that we have to do this and have to do that just to get this new companions, and now that we've done it, we get posts complaining that it was too easy? It took longer to get this companion than it did to get the first companion, which can be acquired around level 7 (and only a couple hours as opposed to 4 or 5 hours).

Who are you to tell ANYONE how to play or whether they're playing 'correctly' or not? Just because YOU think 2 bars is enough doesn't mean jack diddly squat to me. I like my 4 bars. They come in handy and I use them.

That's a relief. I bought him for one of my alts (level 42, atm) and found the gear grayed out and thought I'd have to remove it all and put in level appropriate stuff. Instead of doing that, I just went back to using a different companion till i hit 50. Good to know I didn't screw anything up by actually doing what I was afraid I would have to.

I'm not a pvp'er so I was dreading this step. When i got to it, I stopped outside the Den to prepare myself for the worse. I saw someone else go in so I just ran in after him, followed him to the little Jawa npc, and bought my 2 items. I saw a couple enemy players, but for the most part, they were doing the same thing as me. Once done, I just ported out to the homebase cantina, waited 5 mintes for my pvp flag to shut off, and went on my merry way. It really was nothing like I was anticipating.

I don't think it was AVG. I don't have it and could not log on. Went to take a shower and came back and can now log in. Problem fixed.

You have to remember that in the history of Star Wars, the Sith have 'died out' and come back several times. This should be no different. So Palpatine/Sidious and Vader are gone. That doesn't mean there can't be another Sith, or even a fallen Jedi who becomes a Sith, to bring conflict and chaos to Episode VII. And I think that with the next movie being an original story, all the EU stories after RoTJ become irrelevant. (I do hope they bring Mara Jade into it, however, as she was the single greatest thing the EU gave us.)

I don't think they would even need to recast the Big Three to get them on screen from any age directly after ROTJ to their old age. If James Cameron could take regular actors and turn them into completely different looking CGI characters in Avatar, why can't Disney use the same technology to turn (insert X actor here) into Luke Skywalker as he appeared by Mark Hamill during the original trilogy? They could even do that as sort of a prologue and then jump forward 40 years and have Hamill himself take on the roll. Same with any of the others (who want to partake of future films) or they could simply just age the CGI characters to look like old Harrison Ford or old Carrie Fisher. All they'd really need is some signed release form from those actors so the film makers could use their likeness. Maybe even a percent of the profits. Hell, if I were 80 years old and didn't want to act in another movie again, that would entice me to sign on the dotted line.

Exactly. It takes me just as long to do the ONE planet dailies on Belsavis as it takes me to do the TWO different planet dailies on Corellia and Ilum. I stopped doing Belsavis months ago because I just don't have the will to waste my time doing the same boring, repetitive time consuming garbage when I could be using that time to level alts or do something else.

I don't think a third faction is necessary. However, I think it would be nice to have some options. Such as Bounty Hunters and Smugglers being able to choose to work for either the Republic or the Empire, not just one. Of course, whichever side you choose at character creation is the side you work for, but you should be able to have the option to pick one or the other. Also, Light Side Sith and Dark Side Jedi should be able to switch sides once they reach, say, Light/Dark IV or V. Of course, once the switch is made, they won't be able to go back even if they reverse course on L/D points, otherwise people would simply switch back and forth whenever they felt the opposing side had a greater advantage. Now, they would not HAVE to choose to switch sides and could always remain with their original faction, but the option to do so should be made available to them if the right conditions are met. It would make for far more interesting gameplay if you knew that someone you teamed up with last week might show up again as your enemy next week.

What I want to know is, why do all robes have short sleeves? If you look at them, they're cut off just above the elbow with the sleeves of the 'shirt' underneath coming out from under them. Did they run out of money to pay their tailors?

On my Miraluka sorc, she has a full head of hair and just a pair of visor things that cover her eyes. The problem I have is with the /helm on thing and a breathing mask. With the head slot option off, she appears with a hooded robe just like any other Sith...however, when I turn the head slot on to see the breath mask, the hood disappears as well as all her hair and she becomes completely bald. What's with that??

As a Knight, you learn your companion Doc used to date the Imperial Agent's companion, Kaliyo...and, in fact, during one of your conversations aboard your ship, she actually appears for a few minutes in person as a 'guest' (not the actual term they used, but I won't spoil it further).

I think they could do what they did for the JK storyline and going to Dromund Kaas...use the same world map, but instance it away from the enemy faction's normal zoning.

Yeah, I love how these people swear up and down that the game is dead...yet they're still here, we're still here, and the game is still here. So that's their definition of dead, huh?

That list shows around a dozen Jedi who have gone bad (and some redeemed back to the Light)...out of the THOUSANDS of Jedi that have existed over THOUSANDS of years...just because a handful have famously gone bad that means EVERY Jedi should be destroyed?

Can't remember where I got them though :/ Edit: Yeah just checked. Got one recipe for a Schematic Advanced Magenta Resounding Crystal that gives +33 power and one for a Schematic Advanced Magenta Intrepidity Crystal that gives +33 to Endurance. Both require 400 in Artifice. So, they're out there. I'm pretty sure I purchased them off the crystal vendor before the 1.2 patch, iirc...

Both Hoth and Tatooine really gave me the "Star Wars" vibe...loved both planets. The only problem with Hoth is all the white...I have to dim my screen because it's so bright
