  1. It's just another case of (as someone said) If no ones complained about it, change it so they do.
  2. This is pretty much what the game needed from day one, why it's not been implemented yet is beyond me, with the old Cooldown system it wasn't needed as such, but now? It's bloody mandatory.
  3. CHANGE IT BACK! For the love of god, it's not even tolerable now, abilities should NOT be lit up if they aren't usable, that's a fundamental law of any MMO, Countless times i've come close to dying and started spamming every single keybind bound to a defencive ability because i can never tell what one is off bloody cooldown, even though it looks like they are! The way cooldowns were handled before was NOT a problem, i don't even recall seeing anyone complaining about them, apart from one person i met in-game, who was clearly an idiot, his arguement being "No cos my railshot was greyed out when it wasnt on cd" /derp. Change it back, or give us the option to change it back ourselves, just incase theirs some sick person out there that likes the way it is now.

  6. Grapple should just flat out NOT be affected by resolve.
  7. Tracer missile is grav round, powertechs do not have it.
  8. The OP is a result of being a butthurt baddie wanting everything spoonfed to him. Like i've said in other threads about this, the issue isn't the game, it's the player. The majority of players i encountered while playing my trooper were just plain awful.
  9. I've played both, and all i have to say is you just made a 'slight' exaggeration.. and by Slight, i mean stupidly large.
  10. There's no "balance" issues at all in warzones, be it the direction the turrets are facing or what. The turrets don't start firing until a certain time has passed anyway, regardless of whether the turret was facing towards the empire ship, it wouldn't start firing until a certain amount of time had passed. The same happens when the turrets facing the republic ship, it kicks off about 2-3 seconds later, which is the time it'd also take for it to turn to face the empire ship. All in all, the warzones aren't imbalanced, the players in them are. I've noticed the empire seems heavily favoured towards a PvP populace, where the Republic is played by casuals who don't really understand anything about the games mechanics.

  12. I'd rather just have more "Cities" type areas. Like having chat in dromund kass linked with the Imperial fleet chat and having shuttles to each flashpoint on dromund kass as well That or give multiple instances of the fleets, at the moment they have none and it's just unbearable for some people to step foot onto the top level, i often find myself sitting in my ships story area or in the hangar area to avoid the lag while looking for a group.

  14. This really, i'd love the option to be able to position & resize our hotbars.. that's really all i want, i can more than make the UI work with what's given, i just need to be able to place it where i want it to be.
  15. Maybe you're just bad at playing the class? I'm always hitting 6-7 Medals in each warzone i do, and i'm only level 31, this is also as a shield tech.
  16. Are you seriously comparing Starcraft 2, to a Star Wars MMO? I have to agree, it's a L2P issue. The main bit that stood out to me was this though "Other classes have knockbacks, we don't, ***!" Yeah.. completely ignore the fact that we have a charge and a pull..

The two points in Infrared Sensors (Pyrotech Tier 3) could be replaced into Degauss, it just boils down to personal preference. You also want to use Ion Gas Cylinder all the time. I'd advise against putting Supercharged Ion Gas, because until it gets fixed (That's if it's fixed, we might just have the wrong tooltip), it just hits far too low to be worth a talent point. It's actually hitting for roughly 30% of what it states it does, which is very low. Because of this, i've also tried to avoid putting points into Ion Overload, but you need to place at least one point either on that or Combust to get into the next tier, combust would probably be a better choice though.
  20. I agree, also vanguards should have the ability to equip our blasters also. It makes sense lore wise, because if anyone here has paid (payed? Minds gone blank) to the films and Animated series, you often seen clone commanders using dual pistols, sometimes 1.
  21. That's how it should be. You want the best gear? You have to down the hardest content in the game for it. Stop whining and being a care-bear, this game if anything caters more to you than it does the elitist players. There's loads of things to do, maybe you haven't realised, but each class has it's own story, this is a story driven MMO, maybe start taking in its main feature? I highly doubt you've got all 8 classes to 50 and witnessed everything their story has to offer. Oh and just so you know, people hit 60 in Vanilla 6-7 days after its release, and the leveling curve was crueler in 04.
