  1. Heretic!!!!! Dont even dare to insinuate Sorcerors/Sages are op. They are the major part of the population, their word is set in stone as soon as it comes out of their mouths. They are the mesiahs that shows us the path the game should take. And they ordered Bioware to nerfs Operativess because if the Operative crits 3 times in a row they might have a chance at killing them, which of course its wrongly designed since Sorcerors/Sages should not die to anyone. /sarcasm... or not?
  2. It will still be discriminating, because straight characters have straight companions at lvl 3 and SGR not untill 50. And you will probably have to buy the expansion to get it. I still dont see a reason why they cant do it in the current ones (like they should have done it since the begginning, they are already being discriminating with current content, doing SGR imposible untill lvl 50 and buying a new expansion will be ADDING MORE discrimination). I cant belive that in year 2012 still exists discriminating companies.

  5. Not to metion warzones are nto won by the team that have more concealment operatives. Every time i enter in a warzone and i see more than one concealment operative i say "crap, this is gonna be tough to win". Every time i see plenty or sorcerors and BH i feel relieved.
  6. They don't have. If they have those teams, then they wouldn't have amitted that the PVE consequences are not tested yet and that they will see them in the live. Also, if they had those testers, how is it that they didnt notice IA Operative was OverPowered in teh first place? Dont be delusional, they dont have internal testers. They said int he interview they are doing these nerfs based on tables, not internal testing.
  7. I dont see a problem. There are people that haven't even romanced any of their companions, so they wont have offspring. Also, we are in a futuristic game, today in the world gay couples can have offspring by many methods, i'm sure in a futuristic game where there are starships they would figure some way out since its even simpler than a cross species offspring.
  8. The films that make you a fan of the saga had romances. Anyway, romances add a layer of inmersion that a game without romances lack, only that. For some, inmersion is more important than for others. There are people playing with a huge RP perspective, and ther are others that only want to pew pew people with lightsabers, the game is there for all of those. For those that inmersion is important, romances add that layer, but the fact that every single romance available is of heterosexual nature means a big deal. It is a big deal that even more than a year before the game is launched this topic arose and yet all the romance options exclude SG. It means that existed a decision of excluding SG romances, which is a discrimination. If time was a problem, and since this topic was first mentioned in early stages of the game, they could have left one of the romances that are now in the game out, and include some same gener ones. Anyway, i hope they include some before the next expansion, because having to wait till the first expansion for this feature would be lame.
  9. Tweak? You must be trolling, this is not a tweak. A tweak would have been the 20% nerf on HS alone, and even that is in the limit of not being a tweak and being a plain nerf.
  10. Wouldnt be more inneficient to train all 5 of them only to be killed in 2 secodns by a master jedi? Also, one sith lord converted one jedi and killed almost every single one of the rest in the films. Cant be much more efficient than that.
  11. Smart players that actually know the class realize how this nerf damages it, and that's why you can see all the qq in the forum. Less talented people that dont know a thing about the class but got owned by an operative (mostly sorcerors which are the FOTM class, consistent in emperor/yoda wannabes) will suppport it and make fun while Bioware destroys a class in reaction to their previous qq after a better player playing an operative owned them. Good players have been killing operatives with every single class since day 1.
  12. Its not a bug, every mob will get aggro if you debuff him. Its just a fail mechanic to put a talent that debuffs after the sleep even if you are not in combat. Because its a talent that denies one of the utilities of the skill. So, fail mechanic yes, bug, no.
  13. Well, maybe when Bioware starts losing subscriptions for idiotic stuff like this will start to see that it woyuld have been a better idea to actually dont destroy the class to please the sorcerors/sages masses.
  14. Yes it will. Against good players you wont have a chance. You will still own bad players that panic when a stealthy jumps on them ,dont know how to kite, dont use medpacs, etc. Luckily about 80% of the playerbase dont have a clue about how to properly PVP.
  15. Pure crap. They know this change will affect PVE, and they know concealment was not topping PVE damage. They did this because of qq, there is no way they could test the changes in 1.1 prior to releasing the patch notes of 1.1.1. They simply didnt have any time. They are destroying a whole class, and they will pay for that in susbscriptions (not mine, i dont even have a concealment operative).
  16. I'll keep my operative as medic, which is the same i always have it (except for respects to try other specs). That doesnt stops me from saying this nerf is BS and is only done to please the sorcerors/sage masses of bad players.
  17. Sedatives talent. You either have to chooose between debuffing the targets or being able to sleep themw ithout getting aggro by not taking the talent.
  18. snareS? rootS? More like, 1 MELEE RANGE snare/root. Very low survivability. Maybe you should learn about what you are going to say instead of saying whatever crosses your mind first without any backup? We need more sustained dps too if we get our burst drop down. And Imperial Agents/Smugglers are the only ones without any gap closer.

  20. A poll for what? What difference does it make what level is my assasin? If you mean it about which one is more squishy, then you are out of your mind if you think you are more squishy than an operative.
  21. No ops wont be ahead. The opener will crit for around 3k, which is what assasin openers do on crit. And ops and assasins are about the same in the squishy list, but assasins have more defensive skills, making them less squishies (because of the skills).
  22. Your design is bad, because one of the sets s good for both PVE and PVP and the other only to one.
  23. His premise wasn't "a PvP stat is needed to keep Raiders from owning PvPers with better gear", his premise was "expertise is needed to keep Raiders from owning PvPers with better gear". Whether is a PVP stat or a PVE stat, it is necesary for that.
  24. Its exactly the same thing than now except than in PVE instead of PVP, what would be the benefit? It is another solution, the point is that the extra stat is neccesary to aplit PVP gear from PVE gear, in one of those gear an extra stat would be necesary.
  25. You cant equal the stats, because then PVP gear will dominate PVE because its easier to get.
