One of those. (There really isn't any alternative. Either they are part of Malgus's entourage, or they are something else.)

BenKatarn
... so, are they malgus's entourage... or what? You need to look real close, but you can tell from their weapons. It's Kira and Scourge. For real.

Ran around the entire base and the only thing I noticed that I had missed previously was Andronikos is in the cantina (I'm a Sith Inq), the one taking over from Bey'wan is there and there might have been more non-interactive npcs standing around then before (but since I don't go to my Odessan base much this might be nonsense). I saw no "observers". Maybe they're stealthed....

Then use the Microbinoculars where you normally spawn on odessen. I heard you can also use the Microbinoculars from the daily for the nightlife event and it will trigger the quest Edited July 16, 2019 by commanderwar

It would probably be useful if they put the same droid in a prominent place on Odessen.

I picked up the quest from ziost, and the macrobinoculars worked to finish the mysterious observers quest. The macrobinoculars from that one yavin quest should work as well. Sounds like more Tom foolery from Bioware Pretty sure the quest can be aquired in Dromund Kaas and Coruscant if it isn't automatically put on your quest log. If it's level based, it is unlikely a low level will get to Odessen before level 50. AKA that's a non-issue. The Tom foolery coming from you this time. taxidermis
so couple things, the quest wont show up you just need 2 prerequisites. its a hidden teaser/easter egg. 1. you have to have done hearts and minds on the character from 5.10.3 2. you have to have macrobinocs.. for now if you dont have the faseest way is to go to nar shadda star cluster and get the daily mission for casino event (till july 30) and use those.. start scanning where you qt to odessan on the main platform. check out this video, it certainly looks to me like kira/scourge!! They only appear on your Mission items tab if you have an active mission that uses them, such as the Fair Play Enforcer daily mission from the Nightlife event. If you have completed the macrobinocular mission series, and received your set of permanent macrobinoculars, then those are on the General tab of your Abilities window*. * When you complete the capstone mission for the macrobinocular and seeker droid mission series you get an item that goes to your Mission items tab that when right-clicked adds the macrobinoculars or seeker droid to your Abilities ~> General tab. EmperorPallas
I didn't know about the Kira & Scourge hype until yesterday, so I never expected it to be a teaser for those two, but now that I'm aware of all the chatter, I'll say that I hope that everyone's right, because I've been petitioning for Scourge on my Sith Warrior for an eternity now. I'd feed Kira to my Nexu the first chance I got, so unlike for everyone else, she's not a priority to me. She's clashed with my Dark Pureblooded Jedi since Day One. But now that I have a Quinn on every single companion, gonna need a Scourge too. Gotta complete The Traitor Three.

( I always thought that was the case.. but then again my guesses are wrong about such matters ... from time to time ! ) I'll see what quests are available to get the permanent set the go from there ! Ttoilleekul
As one other person said, look real close and there is zero doubt who they are. This is a 100% confirmation from the devs, they just aren't saying it in type, rather leaving it to those that know the characters intimately to spot it. Just one question though : (possible spoiler ... just in case) Ummm ... Remember hearts and minds... Dr. Oggurobb telling everyone that the planetary security had just been updated ?? Sorry ! I just had to ask. No bad feeling intended. Just one of those details I happened to remember (for a change) . Sooo just exactly how did these two get in ??
