  1. its nice to see such a comprehensive list but this really makes me not want to play until i can clear some story mode fp without the headaches... my sub hasn't dropped since launch and i've been playing since closed beta... this is the first time i've been this discouraged to play... mostly due to gearing/grind, losing abilities and all the bugs... keep up the work, hope to see the game find its legs by 7.2.
  2. melee dps companion if i rememeber... just want to chime in and say how much of a pain getting stats to be right from 320 to 326... it makes me not want to deal with getting the right stats for dps, heals, tank and pvp until i get 326, but that will likely take a long time. the easiest way to get my stats right seems to be getting implants with crap bonuses but with the right stats. there are no options for chests with certain stats etc.

  4. i just hid behind a pillar and let my companion kill him... really crappy boss fight but easier than trying to find the correct way of doing it after not finding it on here or reddit
  5. this is step one for the mega severs... get enough people to leave that they can finally manage to have eberyone on one server... what was the thing that came out that was better than mega servers? cross faction group finder?
  6. why cant i respec in queue? whats the point of loadouts? why let me queue as dps/heals if i cant respec without 20 min lockout? let me convert some tech frags into medals of commendation okay, so stealth doesnt take you out of combat but the boss hp will still reset? wtheck?\ give me more than a day to do a weekly for conquest please. i saw oricon, so i started oricon, next day i finished it but the conquest changed to black hole... then the next day it was oricon again, but i couldnt repeat the weekly... still got conquest credit, but was lame. lastly... why reset my weekly for mm fp? i had 1/2 and was looking forward to doing one this morning for the weekly, and now i have to run an extra one cuz this lame change. i feel like leveling from level 1 might be more fun now... it was fun on the PTS... but now i have 16 characters i need to get to 80 so unless DvL comes out again i am not goign to level a new lowbie.

  10. i was there and i think this is wishful thiking and getting things mixed up. based on what was said i do not think we will be able to switch from arsenal to scrapper. i would love to be proved wrong from the devs making it painfully clear. but right now we have a bunch of info that can point in different directions base don interpretation, in my opinion. but i guess he says you can switch combat styl;e and disciplne at 17:50 so i will be hopeful.
  11. i dont think we will be able to switch at will. maybe a 1 week cooldown would work... but i am assuming (by choosing to think charles mis-spoke) that you will choose once at creation... and loadouts will be for disciplines and ultitilies.

  13. not gunna try to understand that gibberish but to clarify... all veteran mode and master mode operations should be max level (which is currently 75). When the level cap increases, so should the vet and mm ops. I dont care if i get scaled down for old story mode content (or whatever the proper verb is since there seem to be some picky people in here). During the 6.0 PTS I offered plenty of options for doing scaling in a way that would not make 99% of content and gear useless, but they did not listen, and they asked for feedback too late I think. For example, using the veteran stacks as a scalar and not a cap would be the most simple solution. of course the scalar is capped to some percentage (say 70% of power) but when you pop a power adrenal you still get 70% of that power, not none. But this is a bandaid on the even worse decision to not bring the ops up to level cap. Them scaling the uprising to max level makes me think they will be correcting this wrong in the near future.

  15. what we want is for someone who has yellow and white damage abilities use their white (m/r) ability to get about 50-100 values in the log to get an average (this can be a typical auto attack with no offhand class) for uncapped and capped (two data sets). then use a yellow ability in the same way (two more data sets). if you choose a yellow ability that doesnt have a range (some dots) then you dont need a large data set for averaging. you want to make sure procs that change damage isnt happening, or you remove those from the data sets. then take yellow(75)/yellow(70 and compare to white(75)/white(70) and see if the ratio is similar. I think the white ratio was underperforming like 40% before.

  17. my favorite thing since shadow of revan. really impressed. cant wait to play it on a few more toons edit: for the boss fights makes sure to dps really hard for 2 uses of that simultaneouis attack use... he was healing back to 52% for a while before i figured i would jusr go full dps... no idea baout the essences and balls and circles etc... spent time killing eccences with laser but never sure how to proc laser... cool fight no idea how it works

  19. i have two guiidlies this happened to in the past 3 weeks... this is part of a much larger issue that needs to be addressed at a pace faster than one post at a time
  20. i would suggest stealth and betweent he two stealthers, maybe assassin for defensive cds...
  21. i like the idea of a special type of augment on the tactical item, you only get one so its almost like an extra tactical slot.
  22. didnt the dance floor used to animate until you cancel? now you can only dance 6 seconds at a time
