So, we shall see the 1st LVL 50 in the next few hours, while this is no big deal for ppl on pve severs, its A VERRY BIG deal for ppl on pvp severs. Cmon BW just send pre-access inv to every1 that pre-ordered and every1 will be happy....problem solved.:D

In order for that to work.. those guilds would have to have the majority of the population on a given server and coordinate queue times (if that's even how the system works).

The reality is this is the side effect to Staggered Entry + No Cross Server Warzones.

No. You, and a bunch of others, aren't getting it.

1) Group of co-ordinated players all queue up for a warzone at the same time and are placed in the same shard.

2) WZ starts and thus is removed from the list so that people still in the queue will be placed in the next available shard.

3) After a brief period of time, a specified number of people drop out, and the rest wait for the shard to close.

4) .....rinse and repeat.

5) Profit.

Server population has nothing do to with it, nor would cross-server WZ have anything to do with taking care of the problem.

As for catching them.....BW trawls the database for anyone over level 20 after, say 12 hours, and then trawls those characters for activity levels. Believe it....if Turbine could catch the skirmish exploiters with all that buggy programming, BW will get these guys.

Been in quite a few matches tonight and have yet to see matches that end early giving more than 2 or 3k xp. Methinks people are just blowing this outta proportion.

yeah...theres already level 50's, level 50 is supposed to take 200 hours to reach.

NO XP FOR PVP!

you are the stupidest person in this thread. It is not bioware's problem and yes there is somthing wrong with what they are doing. They ban all people who went into warzones and got over level 25.

I am not stupid, but you are for allowing BioWare to continue pulling this stunt. They coded the warzones to act like this. BioWare only allowed a anticancer amount of people into each server. BioWare is the one that has created a way for players to level faster than they (BW) expected. It is not the players exploting anything, but players finding the fastest way to 50.

Anyone that thinks this is an exploit has not truly seen what an exploit is.

Whats funny are the people who have reaped the benefits of this exploit trying to shift blame from palyers abusing it to Bioware. No game at launch or expansion at launch is 100 percent safe from an exploit discovery. Why do you think WoW had mass bans for certain exploits people discovered and abused?

Wow what a bad idea, let people play the game their way and you can play the game your way.

Uh, so trying to PVP is a bad thing? It is definitely a bug on Bioware. No one else. They will probably have to take back all PVP XP, which I hope is possible. Otherwise, they really screwed the pooch on this one.

The problem is that they are not exploiting the game. They are using the intended mechanics.

The problem is Bioware did not foresee, or did not care about, people using this mechanic combined with low server populations to level.

I don't see a real solution because they cannot really be banned because they are using game mechanics as they are intended.

Bioware's elitist early access scheme is the cause and the people using it are the result. Since they pre-ordered right off the bat, they get level faster and form little elitist groups who will then deny you noobs any chance at joining their reindeer games in the dungeons.

Will this not be replicated during off hours 3 months from now anyway? The current system is working as intended. It needs to change soon or this kind of thing will continue as long as it exists.

As for those who have been using this system to superlevel, I would simply suggest a rollback and an immediate change to the queue system. Doubling/tripling the next wave would also fix the issue but will Bioware risk server instability or level 1-30 dissatisfaction?

yes, they can be banned, and they will if bioware has any sense.

No Xp for short matches. It's harsh but the alternative is (as we can see) much worse. Also anyone who excessively and intentionally used this exploit should have their characters deleted. Note, excessively as in many times in quick succession. Not a handful of times.
