I was in Kinetic combat stance, will full Exhumed Survivor gear except for two DR Stalker MK-X implants. The most I have ever hit for was like 6k. It just simply is not possible. like i just said it's doable. full-debuff, low expertise target with a double-shock with relics running = gg. It's obviously possible if you just did it lol.
