Unlike you, I did not get an e-mail confirmation either. I *know* the preorder went through because I'm getting 137k+ XP for a lv 38 class mission, but I could have easily made a second preorder, because my debit card statement doesn't show the bill. Thankfully it's only for the class quests, so if I start feeling dizzy from the speed, I can just stop doing class quests and only pvp/do fps for a while.
