Yeah that doesn't work. The texture is just a poorly compressed low res texture that would take them 5 minutes to fix.

There is an extremely jagged low res texture that stands out and seems like it could be quickly fixed. Especially when compared to the rest of the ship. Purchase a water cooling setup like the nzxt kraken x61, you will see much better gains from a good CPU overclock. Much better gains than a second gpu.

I have an i5-2500k@4.3 w/16gb ram,2ssd (1 os, 1swtor) w/sli 980gtx sc and I play at 1440p. I average around 80-100fps in open world and in 8man operations and pvp my fps is around 18-25 when in combat with other players. I will say SLI had almost zero impact on my fps as the game is hugely CPU dependent. I would honestly recommend you invest in a watercooled setup for your CPU and overclock it. I use the kraken x61. You will see a larger fps increase than just adding another 970.

The subreddit is the only place to get honest opinions w/out fear of the all mighty ban hammer. But then again if operations can be broke for 2 months they probably can't moderate these forums either.

Wait so 2 months to fix something that shouldn't be broken? This game is going down flames with those kind of delays, after you had 2 months of prep to get the 1st 4.0 patch correct, yet it failed. I have no faith in this games developers.

If this change was to entice people like me who have spent a few thousand dollars on packs to buy more, then you were mistaken. These changes have made sure I never buy packs again.

At least Liquor here posted real information while others just pretend the game engine is the most magnificent thing in the world. Yeah the game runs well when you nerf the **** out of settings for a 4 year old game. Everyone who is computer literate knows the game engine has problems and the other people on the thread that are pretending like it doesn't are just ignorant.

Can we please just get alternate sets released without the communication / radio packs and giant backpacks on characters. It would be great to have both and have more choices.

exactly, i still have certs and i will continue to not spend them as the packs still hit the gtn and cartel market it hasn't been over a year, they were just on the market before 4.0

Why don't you just sell 11 month subs and give us 1 month free since we all know no one works at Bioware in December and I'm tired of paying for a broken game that doesn't get fixed at this time of the year, every year.

I thought this is why the created the archive achievement area? Why are they deleting the achievements instead of moving them? They shouldn't think of it as unachievable for future players so much as a badge of honor for elder players. Removing them is a huge mistake.

This would work similar to the Random Pet and Random Mount coming in 4.0. This would just use one of your Random Health Regeneration Items. E.G Kolto Beam, Kolto Chamber, Pushups, The big issue would be reworking the items to make them learned abilities; but this would also reduce item bloat in our bags.

I wish there was just an in game toggle that changed between a the smaller and larger hilts to make everyone happy.

I think it is a good idea in general overall. I think it helps draw new players into the game when they can play with experienced players. They also get to see skills and gear that they can look forward to later in game. It also maximizes grouping by increasing the available players for content.

They can implement dx12 or and not abandon previous support. I recall lotro getting either dx10 or 11 implemented partially at one point
