Monterone Posted January 2, 2012 Share Posted January 2, 2012 I have not seen healers doing this but speaking from experience, as a sorc healer, I can tell you I'd be taking a lot of damage with just sitting there. Yes, I could heal through it, but it's like having two additional dps on you. Any smart opponent would stun me and add an additional 3rd dps for a quick kill -- I don't see how this risk is worth it for anyone when you can complete objectives, heal your team and run the ball. The entire opposite team must be pretty bad if you're gonna let some noob just sit in the acid healing themselves when they can be killed super easily while the acid is assisting you in damage. It takes almost no time once they're in the acid. I regularly knock people into it and use it to my advantage, so I don't see this being anything more than some idiotic scheme to get only slightly more benefits, if any at all.
