Instant? At best it takes 5 mil and level 28 legacy to achieve, trust me when I say legacy 28 isn't instant and if you only have 1 toon running dailies that is about 200+k per day minus repair bills from raids and flash points. 5 days per mill 5 mill is 25 days. nothing instant about getting the gtn on your ship, and that is if that is the first legacy unlock you are going for. mind you there are a TON of legacy unlocks all costing a pretty penny. instant? lol

other than the rakghoul outbreak my level 50 never hits the fleet except to goto raids anyways. i leave them on the planets with the dailies. That being said, anyone under 50 will still use the fleet for rest xp, training, group finding. plenty of reasons to be on the fleet, as for it being a ghost town? on alot of servers it already is. It has been a few weeks since the neutral GTN went live on ships, and nothing has changed on our fleet yet. Highly doubt this is going to have a global impact. all I hear is that the sky is falling.

the ship gtn is a neutral gtn you can buy for 5 mil and i think level 28 legacy unlock. It's already in game, and i dont see how that would be a mistake. Who cares where someone clicks on the GTN box? it gets clicked on either way.

clarification: all new armor sets after rakata should work this way.

my vendor pet needs them. if you dont like them feel free to mail them to people who have vendor pets who need a steady stream of gear.

you had to of done all of the previous quests up to that quest the day before. you can only do one NEW quest each day you completed the previous new quest the day before. i missed monday, so I am one day behind the new quests each day. IE: If you did all of the quests up to it TODAY, that quest will become available to you tomorrow.

reason: just because you are a seasoned mmo veteran does not mean everyone coming to the game automatically knows the combat mechanics of an mmo. The first few quests are always tutorials on how to swing a sword, shoot a gun/bow, or cast a spell. It is a reality check for people who have logged into an mmo for the first time, and a grind for those of us who know it. Later in the game you there are reasons why you are killing people and larger monsters, but essentially it is still 'kill more rats' but this time there is a back story to the quest. If you want an innovative MMO? Pitch the idea to someone who has enough money to make it happen.

Figured it out, this is the 3 second phase while you are blowing up. i watched someone else blow up and kept the mouse over their debuff. my guess is i started blowing up while i jumped from the vip area and it bugged the debuff on me because i killed myself in the middle of the mutated transition. yes a vaccine cleared it and i restarted the process.

This isnt the light headed or feverish, i dont want to die and lose the debuff. will if i cant figure out what else to do with it, but this isnt the normal debuff i've been getting non stop since sunday.

I contracted a new rakghoul virus, been more than 15 minutes and i havent mutated yet, on the fleet on sith wyrm server, name is lucien. it says: Mutated Rakghoul Virus A deadly, mutated strain of the rakghoul plague. Any ideas on what to do with this?

as many as you want, but you can only play an account 1 at a time. so you need multiple accounts to run 2 pcs at once, or you can run your 1 account on any pc it is installed on.

maybe through a huge amount of legacy. alot of the datacrons would be simple to get with a flying mount

Yes you can, I infected 2 in the alderaan warzone and it counted towards the daily.

It isn't a problem with our routers, and yes, it knocks my entire internet connection on my computer down. I never get disconnected from Mumble or any of my other programs I have continually open unless I am connected to the SWTOR client.

Probably, wasn't paying too close of attention to when exactly it unlocked, but I know at 50 it is either way, you arent getting a stat increase from a class unlock, you are getting the class buff that you could get from anyone running around you.

if you level an alt to 50 you get their class buff on all of your legacy characters. You don't 'have' to have it, but it will make it easier than trying to get 3 other classes to buff you instead of being able to just self buff. You get stat increases from maxing out companions. When you get all of the arch types of companions maxxed out in affection and complete their stories, all additional companions give you a buff to your presense stat. only useful when companions are out. You can be sad if you want, but this is the way it works. Max out the game to get the best stats. Nothing is 'required' for flash points and ops, but having all of the buffs in a group of all bounty hunters will make it easier to progress

Rakata is the tier 1 set the new stuff coming in 1.2 is supposedly the tier 2 set. Tionese/Columi/Rakata all give you the same set bonus, they are just slightly better than eachother. I haven't seen the name, or the stats on the new sets from the new ops coming in 1.2 yet to decide on if they are marginally better, or worth the effort. Also like your ideas on better using the world bosses. No one I know is even thinking about taking htem down. Too much effort, too little reward. Even if it was achievement titles it would be better than it is now.

I could, but that would be taking the rakata gear out of the hands of the guildies that haven't gotten any rakata at all yet. There is definately a chance I will get the tokens to replace the gear, but that stunts getting my dps set that I was planning on building out next. So either way I will wind up gimped in the end. Long story short, we weren't told they were going to rebalance the existing rakata, and we were told to remod as needed to be useful to our groups. I'd gladly pay the 30k a pop to pull out the mods i placed in the gear if I got the proper mods in the rebalanced pieces, but I didn't waste 30k a pop to save the mods out of the gear I didn't need. I am not asking for something for free. I am irritated that I will be missing out because of bad information, or lack of information, provided by the devs at the summit.

Everything you said is true. But to answer your question about 'who cares'? I care. I want to have the intended stats for my gear.

if this is the case, then they should refund the gear for tokens and the mods that aren't originally from that piece should be put into your inventory.... I erased the original mods for best in place mods, now I am finding out that I am going to be punished for doing what we were told to do from the devs.....

more story, and story mode flashpoints as well as correllia dailies. Sounds like there is a bit for everyone this time around. but you are right, it isn't ALL for the soloers....
