  1. Seriously why have I not dropped this good for nothing crew skill yet, I guess its because ive foolishly invested so much into it. Other then the investment ive put into it is there really any reason for me to keep this crew skill, im looking for a hint of light at the end of the tunnel to make it all worth while .
  2. I agree people need to learn to play there roles Some Class's are not a dps class so if your not a dps class dont cry that you cant do dps. Some Class's are not a CC class so if your not a CC class dont cry that you cant CC Some Class's are not a Tank class so if your not a Tank class dont cry that you cant tank Some Class's ohh to heck with it I hope you all get my point ... People need to learn that each and every class has a specific role. If you dont play that role properly you wont do well. DONT expect a healer to own a player 1v1 .. thats simply not there role. To often I see people crying because they cant do something another class can, most often indirectly but boils down to this.. Otherwise Bioware you might as well delete all class's and just make 1 class that everyone can play. so everyone is exactly the same .. but sadly even this wont stop the QQ'ers, then they will cry nerf people with better systems then me its no fair QQ, QQ, QQ

Im very curious as well would like to find out whats in store for Cybertech as Ivce also wanted to drop it for Biochem. only problem is Id hate to drop CT and find they juice it up to being a usable craft. Ive to date RE every single mod to blue and half those blues to purples .. so yeah id be throwing away a tone of effort .. but to be honest, only my alts have benefited.

  5. Well I have to agree Ops are the biggest thorn in my side .. however I dont think they are OP. I will quote myself from this thread Ops are the scissors to sents paper .. as sents are paper to Juggs rock .. but consulars "Spock" us all !
  6. Here is my planetary wish list: Bespin The Cloud City, This planet (city) is the "Tasha Yar" of the StarWars Gaming universe .. Why there has been no love for this planet in the past is beyond me ?? Endor Ohh yes Lets bring on the Death watch .. and the Return of Death watch bunker. This would totally rule .. make it a pure PvP area .. im getting excited in ways that only my wife would know, just thinking about it. Kamino Havent noticed anyone mention this planet. I for one think It would be very cool, and artistically gorgeous to be done.

YES YES this would "bring balance to the force" ... um wait err wern't the sith all gone and a huge population of jedi existed when yoda said that ... err yeah off topic **(If I were Mace Windu, Id have said "Hell No !!!, Were dominating right now. and chop the little brats head off right then and there. mace windu = epic failed opportunity jedi ) BioWare You must hire this guy to make pvp much more fair and balanced .. !!
  9. There is nothing wrong with any of the class's .. It is the pedigree of the players playing the class's ! Thats what needs to be nerfed .. For all our sanity please please .. NERF THE GOOD PLAYERS.. Its seriously unfair how some players are just better then others. This needs to be addressed and all good players should be brought on par with the wing nuts. How can anything be so unbalanced? why did the devs not consider how some players would have such a huge advantage over others, because of perhaps mmo experience etc .. how dare they. What complete insubordinate's those devs( whom put there heart into everything they do) are for not planning for this .. And what is with all these techniques why are there so many class's to begin with? we should all play THE SAME ROLE, in pvp IE : Jedi Knights / Sith Warriors should be able to Tank, 1v1DPS, Area DPS, CC and heal Jedi Consulars / Sith Inquisitors should be able to Tank, 1v1DPS, Area DPS, CC and heal Troopers / Bounty hunters should be able to Tank, 1v1DPS, Area DPS, CC and heal Smugglers / Agents should be able to Tank, 1v1DPS, Area DPS, CC and heal Having specific roles is just too complicated and all skills / attacks etc should work with the press of just 1 unified key. omg omg omg omg omg the state of pvp NERF THE good players already !! sheesh

  11. the reason people think mara / sents are over powered. Is simply because everyone thinks we can be speced 31 / 31 /31 Maras cant do that .. Everyone thinks all maras have SUPER epic "Smash" damage. Well sorta yes but only if focus spec'ed.. when spec'ed focus a Mara / sent gives up nearly all survivability's and is as squishy as warm Jello. The mara Sent with major survivability's is spec'ed to watchman, However they sacrifice a fair amount of DPS and kiss there "Smash" damage good bye. As for combat spec .. well no one plays that .. because its just that horrible. I Do agree with the OP. His points were a bit difficult to read and comprehend. But I know what the OP is trying to say , and in a nut shell I agree. Add to the this my opening argument aswell, Alot of people argue how OP mara / sents are based on paper theory .. BUT it dont work that way and we CAN NOT spec 31 / 31 /31. If Mara / sents were so so Over powered .. why are they not dominating the score sheets .. nearly every WZ score sheet has a sage / sorc at the top of the list. Dont forget to account for number of deaths in a wz.. mara / sents topped that stat (dying the most) pre 1.2 and continue to own that stat post 1.2. Where sage / sorc class's pre 1.2 on many occasions went a whole WZ with out dying once. and still post 1.2 the number of deaths to a sage / sorce is much lower then mara / sents. However they are dying now, and this is where the thread OP's point comes in.. because now they are dying mara / sents must be over powered, of coarse makes sense. This is all due in large part to animosity because all other class's had some sorta nerf and brought them in line to what there ACTUAL ROLES are supposed to be. IE: just for example ill compare the 2 class's ive brought up. Mara / sents 1v 1 are supposed to be difficult, THATS there ROLE. They are intended to go in and kill 1! person at a time. this does equate to Sage / Sorc in that instead of killing one person at a time there DPS is spread at multiple targets, instead of all there talents being focused on a single target. Sage / Sorc Are AREA damage or healers. there role is team play. in fact they should strictly be healers .. but thats not the case at all. So yeah if your not a mara / sent then your basically upset still because you got nerfed down a little and need to take out the loss of your easy button on the class that did not get nerfed.
  12. Well I use a combination of both.. With the help of a G13 game pad.. The G13 has a mini thumb stick that ive mapped Forward, Back, Strafe left, Strafe right too. By doing this I can use the mouse to operate the camera and move if necessary (when I need to focus on key press's on the game pad) by holding down both the left and right mouse buttons. Just relying on the mouse to move forces you to always run forward in the direction the camera is facing. Being a melee class, this is a serious draw back as I must be facing my target to engage combat actions. and being able to run backwards and strafe are major necessity's.
  13. There is definitely something wrong. Yesterday I was paying close attention, Not only is there feedback animation of the targets getting hit by force sweep, There is also the yellow damage numbers showing that the targets should have taken damage. how ever the end resulting damage is not applied as if they were never hit in the first place. Again this is only happening to targets in the perimeter of the force sweep. the focused target does always take damage.

There has been some issues with this new color crystal because it VERY similar nearly identical to the crystal offered as a promotion item for purchasing one of the Special edition SWTOR Razer products. I agree it is difficult to notice any difference between the two. Yes there are arguments on the play of words "exclusive" and or "Unique". But thats where it ends is on a play of words loop hole, to skirt the fact that it had givin the intention the only way anyone could obtain a black green crystal was via the purchase of any one of the SE swtor razer products. I agree and feel that the devs simply made a mistake or an oversight, I dont think they were trying to be shady in anyway. So I came up with a solution that may work. Have a look as this -Illustration- Seeings how this is a reward crystal based on the Rakghoul plague I only thought it fitting that the saber it self should have some sort of infectious gas emitting from it. Similar to the gas cloud that looms on us when we are infected. The way the saber graphics are built in game this would not be a difficult task, as all sabers currently use an animated sprite illusion effect (set of 3 sprites partial constrained to face the camera). All this would require is a new animated sprite for the effect. By doing this, and I must admit I actually Expected the saber to be like this. That would set the Event crystal Apart from the SE crystal. Similarly the same sorta thing could be done for blaster bolts where a bolt will leave a gas trail behind when fired.
