  1. Are you using the in-game AA or forcing AA through your video drivers?
  2. No such claim was ever made, in fact no sound issues were fixed till the fourth patch after 1.2 where they stated, "Corrected a sound issue that caused a loud, unintended sound on the Republic and Imperial Fleets (and potentially other areas with many characters present)." That's one specific fix. They have also already said that the issues are being fixed but it would take some time.
  3. They already said they are fixing it. Not really their fault you have no patience and totally unrealistic expectations.
  4. It's probably 2,147,483,647. That is the maximum value for a 32-bit signed integer.
  5. Is it possible there were two separate bugs for this? The patch notes only talk about applying the correct stats when you equip it ("Earpieces and implants now properly apply their stat bonuses when equipped on companions."). When you resummon them, might be a separate issue. *shrugs* Not trying to defend, just don't want to jump to conclusions.
  6. Really? That's your conclusion? "Wasn't fixed instantly, so they obviously do not care!" There are lots of bugs, running the gambit from insignificant to game breaking. They all have to be prioritized and triaged. Then of course there is the matter of how hard it is to fix. It could be the #1 bug on their list, but if it's difficult to reproduce, track down, and fix, then it's going to take some time.
  7. "Visit the in-game News Terminal, located on Carrick Station or Vaiken Spacedock, to discover the mystery behind the spreading plague and begin the mission to earn a Rakghoul Pet!" That's right above the video.
  8. Front page of the website, announced in fleet every 5 minutes, all over the forums, all over chat, etc. I'm sorry, but they can only do so much to get the information to you, at that point it's up to you to do your part. Additionally, announcing anything via in-game or even out of game mail is just not feasible. It takes them at least a week to send mail to everyone in the game. Just look at the Taun-taun pet, the window to get the email is nearly 2 weeks. It's just too many mails to process through.
  9. You are not missing much anyway. Open world PvP really isn't all that fun until you are level 50. This is because if you run into a 50 you have no chance to win/survive (unless you have help) because the difference between a level 50 and just a 49 is far to large. This is why they had to create separate warzones just for level 50's.
  10. Once something is unlocked, it's always unlocked.
  11. Or, you know, it just could be the fix for the mount issue was easier to fix and was done faster. They have more than one dev you know. And no, you do not want all the devs working on the same issue. Would just be a huge waste of resources and potential.
  12. Same issues here. They have already acknowledged the sound issues though. I would be surprised if Tuesday's patch didn't include some fixes for it.
  13. SWTOR also has the Legacy system. Which is brilliant if you think about it. Leveling is obviously the core of every level based MMO and every one suffers from the same problem of once you reach cap, you are stuck there for least a year till the next expansion- and even then people can burn through the ~10 new levels in a really short time period.. Legacy adds a whole new leveling system on top of the normal levels and its really easy to add more levels and rewards without needing full expansions. They have already said 1.3 will add a ton more rewards to the system and presumably a bunch more levels.
  14. I got my one day. My billing date went from the 19th to today, the 20th. Most likely, they are applying the one day in waves as not to overwhelm the system.
  15. There used to be a grace period.. maybe its not working.
  16. That's pretty much the problem I have with it. The amount of damage is fine really, but the radius is so small it's practically a single target skill- especially when the knockback just tosses them right out of range.
  17. Be a jerk more please. Everyone is allowed to ask for whatever features they want. Just cause you don't want it doesn't make it any less valid.
  18. Kinda forgot the "we're sorry", but it's a great gesture none the less. Thank you Bioware for listening. And for the record- I still don't qualify, but i'm okay with that.
  19. Bioware rewards people for being valued and loyal. I don't get it. The only logical conclusion is that I am neither valued nor loyal in Bioware's eyes.
  20. But don't you see the irony in that someone who unsubbed is "valued and loyal", versus someone who hasn't unsubbed since day one, just because they reached level 50- a stat that so very clearly has nothing to do with value or loyalty.
