Please fix this. If you crash out of the game, there should be a grace period where you do not have to wait in the queue to reconnect. There is not much worse then being in the middle of an instance with a group, crashing out or getting disconnected, and then having to wait while you are 678th in queue. An hour and ten min later the group has moved on.
