  1. In another post not sure which The supplies crates were confirmed to be still in the game by Eric himself, so this thread is no longer needed. Found it
  2. Want to bring this back to the front as they need to add all customizations to all the characters classes and species types. If I want a blue eye Chiss then I want a blue eyes Chiss. If I want tattoos on my jedi or a certain hair style fro a male for my female or female hair to male or even makeup on a male more than the very few I have seen. Goth makeup is unisex. Tattoos should be not limited to jugs or mandos More eyes more makeup more scars, more complexions, more skin tones, face types and so easy since they are already in the game just restricted.
  3. I would love a full feature expac with no changes to anything else. A new planet every so many months to add to the game. on top of the planets we have. 16 planet to get to Ilum. makeb, yavin, rishi, Darvanis, CZ 198, Ziost, manaan, oricon, Iokath, zakuul, odessen, ossus, dantooine and Onderon Umbara, Nathema, Dxun, Rakata, Copero, taral V, Directive 7 planet, Colicoid War games planet, Cademimu, Athiss, Mandelorian raiders, Kaon, and several more partial planets. Could all be expanded on to be full planets like any of the Corellia and below. with their own planetary quest lines. 2012 until now a planet every three months. say twenty quests per planet. 28 we got 14 plus a bunch of limited planets either part of a flashpoint, uprising, chapter or Operation. Had they added planets to the game and a few dozens quests to go with them the SWTOR game would be an entirely different environment. Planets I can fly to on the galactic map. Manaan is the simplest planet with just a flashpoint on it to the full daily planets like Yavin. I am tired of ranting to deaf ears that do not understand or mouths that will not explain.
  4. I have heard many of these in game and a few not. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xsx05iGapR8 Another good combo. The biggest thing is that music is a different animal than most IP stuff. Each song is separate and it may be in this game and some of the music from that game is in this one but not all as they may not have wanted to pay for the rights to each song. But ya I wouldn't mind a broader selection of music to play in the game.
  5. Crafting is a credit sink not just for sending out missions but the new white mats come in green and blue as well and are expensive compared to the rest. Add on top the entry fee of a half million per craft and it adds up minimum to have the all is eight million. Add on fuel(white mats) and then gathering time {Time is money, friend} and you have a credit sink which a non crafter does not see. If augments are going to be as hard and expensive to craft for mk11 then the prices you pay now for mk10 are a drop in the bucket. Your set bonus will vanish and not be transferred to the skin you are using it will be on any previous set gear that you acquired. Whether level fifty all the way to 258. I just hope they do not miss any single piece. Buying 230 gear is a good plan if you have no skins left. Augmentation. It will only be done once per piece. Most I am sure from the data they have wear the armor they augmented so ever long ago and use the outfitter for the look. There are those that do not use the outfitter as they like only that look and that is the armor they augmented. Now they will have to augment the new set gear they get and use the outfitter. Once that set piece is augmented that is it. No more augmenting. A new set piece and yes you will have to augment it. Once you have a set then you can pass it around with augments to other alts if it is a general set so works with many alts. To be honest they could have taken away all gear and just given you slots to fill on your character sheet to put the armoring, mods, and enhancements in. (This would give a new meaning to fighting naked.) That the crate question has been answered is nice, but the jilting of the community is still going to sting. Just think that the new gearing will be easy and hard at the same time. All new gearing levels are no matter what game. My goal is a BiS set of gear a leveling set I pass around and maybe a healer tank set that I pass around. Four to five sets at most and I do not expect to get it any time soon. I just hope there are no unseen time gates with Tech fragments. That the mat time gates have been completely removed from crafting except for final gear IE 306 or the crafted set bonus. Expect the worse, hope for the best, settle for something in between. Still, doesn't make me less angry.
  6. Onslaught Gearing. Rule 1 Forget everything you know about gearing. Rule 2 Accept the RNG gods are out to make your experience a living hell. Rule 3 Play the game “Cough” your way “Cough.” Rule 4 Ilevel is King, Queen, and Jack Rule 5 306 gear is just like 230 gear. It will not give you enough points to hit every break point. Rule 6 You must wear the gear that is the highest you have found to get the next highest piece. This will make your stats jump all over the place. If you are picky do not complain it is taking forever to get to 306 as you are gating yourself. The first toon to level will take the longest. Rule 7 You have to buy the set that you class needs and you must know what that set is! This will make someone very angry if you need on a piece that is not for the class you are playing! Tertiary markers Alacrity 1.4s GCD 1214 7.15% 1.3s GCD 3206 15.39% Getting these numbers or a bit higher is the goal, but having 1500 alacrity is not going to affect your DPS unless all your attacks are casts. From a reddit Yes, Cooldowns and dot ticks are affected. That is why so far we have confirmed only classes, which are using instant attacks/dots which are not long enough for ~5-8% to be worthwhile. For example, CD is 6 seconds, you lower it by 0.6 seconds (10%). You will still use it on the same GCD in rotation, but it will be available for 0.5 seconds not being used, so it's a waste. For DoT case, you have 6 second dot. You lower it by 10%, and it does it's damage in 5.4 seconds. But you can use it in the next GCD, so you actually did not increase it's up-time on target. In case you have 18sec dot, that makes 1.8 sec lower duration. So you can cast it 1GCD sooner, and that is worthwhile. Point is, for instant attack characters, it does not matter if you have anything in range from 7.15% bonus until 15.39%. There is no APM increase. So, with the same amount of attacks, you want them to hit more to increase DPS. That's what this thread is about. Accuracy 105% for PVP 109.99% or 110% for PVE (that one miss per 1000 is not going to hurt.) 1589 is the new target or 1349 with mk10 stim or 1323 with mk11 stim. Critical Cap Critical is important as the soft cap is around 42-3%, and the multiplier is at 70%. Anything more than that should be pushed into Mastery unless you power is low than power. (This can happen with the way the new mods work.) Once you have the 1214+ in alacrity and the 110% in accuracy then every thing else should go into Critical. For certain classes this will lead to over 3000 points. If the amount is way more than an augment worth of points then they might want to switch to the 1.3s GCD as they might do okay with their crit. This would mostly affect healer classes that do not use accuracy. Gunnery has a 3% utility to Alacrity so their numbers are much lower so going for the 1.3s GCD will be much easier without sacrificing too much crit. Certain specs like lightning or sentinels can gain timed boosts to alacrity and may need to hit a different number than the basic break points. Those that use the clickable Relics with Alacrity may have a different target number as using them gives them so much up time at the higher break point so may need to adjust their base so when the Relic is used they hit that break point. The adrenal Advanced Polybiotic or Kyrprak Efficacy Adrenal adds to your alacrity but it may not increase you DPS as much as the Attack adrenal that adds power or the one that adds critical. However, it maybe an item that will allow an increase in your burst at key points in a fight on a bursty class. Gearing and what to wear. You want to have a balance of stats while you play, but I have to confess that is only on how far you want to take it. In this new expansion of play your way this is the one thing that is not so play your way as it is play their way as far as getting to the higher level gear. You have to go from 268 all the way up to 306 and the closer you get to 306 the slower the RNG gods will make your trip. Save all 306 drops or the highest five or ten you have for your other toons. The more 306 you have the faster the alts are going to level or just have a trash set for PVE conquest or whatever dailies. The next toon just wears the 306 pieces that it can and gets the other pieces it cant to level 306 and you repeat this for every toon until you have a few sets in reserve. Now that you are at 306 for gear you have saved the armorings, mods, enhancements and general set bonus gear skins that you have collected along the way. These can build your first set bonus. Set armor is in the skin or shell of the slot piece. It can be a general set like Stimulated or Berserker or it can be a class specific like Death Knell for the Deception/Infiltration. For those internal pieces that dropped they are free and not really trash until all your toons are at 306, but you don't have to save them if you choose to gear swap between toons. IE BiS gear does not matter for alts. Just do what you want, but realize that what you do will speed things up or slow you down. This is a compromise between how fast you gear compared to how fast you gain tech fragments. Armoring for DPS 471 Mastery 409 Endurance. Every R-1, R-2, etc changes the number. 469 M 411 E for R-2, 467 M 413 E for R-3 431 Mastery 451 Endurance is the tank BiS I think. Hard to remember since I can't look at the PTS stuff. Mods Mods are bit more difficult to balance or to find the bis item, but I have done a bit of looking for all the piece I have had and found oddly enough any that do not reach the 727/8 combined number of Mastery vs Power then you have a poor mod. 728 is the highest number you can find. However, 727 or 366 Mastery 361 Power is the mod that you want as it increases you base and bonus damage the most. High mastery and low power is okay but the closer they are together the better base. The key here is not getting exactly those numbers on each piece but to hit the combined number of 727 or 728 anything other than that and you are hurting yourself. Enhancements Are the funny ones. Best tertiary number is 451, but at a sacrifice of power and endurance. 431 is what the ears and implants give you so if you have that number than you are fine with a good power number and low endurance number 285 or 313 endurance is about average. Again the combined number between the tertiary stat and power should be considered, but not to the point it is set in stone. Finding a true unlettered Enhancement never happened as the weapon drops have varying stat spread even if unlettered. The key here is what you need for Enhancements, and augments to reach your numbers. You have the target numbers, 1214, 1589, 3206, 3000+ so what first? Accuracy of course is first. Stim 240 Accuracy and 99 critical 431 x 3 = 1533 not enough so you get an augment (228) 96 accuracy. (451X3+240=1593 but the sacrifice of power may not be good.) the 242 augment will have 58 points so 1533+58=1591 1629 is the new number but you are over so you have an Enhancement that has less accuracy on it but more power. So you swap out a higher power enhancement for a lower accuracy of 391 to get the 1589 accuracy for a gain of power. This is different than going for the least amount of enhancement/ augment combo you can get. MK11 augments will be better, but the chance to get them is for the long picture and not the basic easier stat balance. Rule 8 Use what you have found or bought first to get there improve later when you can depending on how much time/credits/tech you want to spent trying to get better. Tanking is a different subject and there are many different ways and break points to look at. This is what I am going to do with my tank if I even keep a tank. Though I will have at least one each side. These are my basic goals and not theorycrafted numbers. 50% shield 50% Absorb As low of a defense score as I can get (25%) and the highest power/endurance rating I can get. This means using DPS mods and even enhancements if need be. High mastery/endurance mods versus defense if sticking to only tank parts. Not sure if using critical will matter, but in this I don't see the need to have more than 50% in either is needed. I would rather be able to hit harder or maybe sooner if it was possible to get to 1214 alacrity on a tank not sure if it would matter much but getting a GCD to be available sooner is nice. This will also be the place where the current 236/238 or 240/242 augments will still have use as they have a lower tertiary stat with an increase in power and endurance that maybe better to have than the absorb/shield. Healers I did not make a viable healer or even see much in the way it would go for stats, but in did start to look at what I would have for numbers seeing as you don't need accuracy you have 1349 to 1589 points to play with. The 240 accuracy and 99 critical gets replaced by 240 mastery and 99 power, so no real change to Tertiary stats. 228 augments 96 points 14*96=1344 Enhancements 431*10=4310 (451*10=4510, but not sure how much power you will lose.) This give a total of 5654 plus crystals, plus relics there are static relics now not sure if they will stay in the game so I am going without either of these. 3206 alacrity 2448 left over for Critical. 3000 gives about 40% so not exactly there. The static relics may get to the 3000 plus critical, but not sure if the sacrifice is worth it. Examples of NEW GEAR MODS IN 6.0 that do not show R-1-20 versions. It also does not show the mods that I have seen in game as being unlettered. I got from Vulkk. https://vulkk.com/2019/08/15/swtor-6-0-pts-updated-lists-of-new-armor-sets-and-tactical-items/
  7. I put this in the other post it should have been in here. This was expected as you want everyone to be one the same level. This was also expected. "converted to credits at a low rate" Now this is normal BW cheap Expected, surprised for you to admit it. What do you mean known issue at launch if the new expac has not even launched yet? You know you are launching a broken 6.0? Expected as the way the utilities were set up changes. Nothing new here. Really wondering on this as I have a 216 set that when I was on the pts did not convert over properly to show that there was a set bonus originally on the gear. I am sure some still use level fifty skins that had the set bonuses as well. Really a disappointment if this does not work right. Bad enough I lose my set bonus that I have had for years to then lose it on the set I first earned it on. So no one in a guild that does not get the new guild target level will get a conquest guild reward and then if they do the toon most likely will have to have had the 50k points as well. So this is is going to upset everyone even before they can even do the first quest. Yup I want my rewards I don't care if it is the old type reward or the new. What do you mean by "track against you?" This is expected. Spend your command tokens/UA/Crystals on anything you can as they will give you pennies for what you have. I earned the 100% but then again it is so much like you to steal what does not really affect you at all. You think I care whether I get anything in this new expac? You just make it harder and harder to do things going form 5000 to 160000 to gain a crate and then take away the bonuses we worked for to get things faster. We did the work you need to leave the perk alone. Stop stealing when it does not affect the game and only gains you negativity. I expected that you would be cheap on converting all the current in game currencies, but frankly my dear you sure know how to show your Bogart. I really hope your cust service team is ready for the storm of complaints that it is about to receive on top of all the other complaints as they witness what you did to the game. There is going to be shock on top of shock. I have had my shock since I was on PTS, but how many people really tested out the PTS? 1 percent? If I am able to play on launch day I will be either glued to the chat box or completely ignoring it.

  9. Throw Everything You Know About Gearing Away! I think gearing is going to go fairly well even with the rng gods hating us at times. I have a gearing plan and it will revolve around one or two farmers to get that gear. From there it is all about the wait for the right internal pieces to drop to fill those slow to get set pieces. Armorings will be the easiest to get BIS, the hardest will be the Enhancements as I did not see all of those and get a good feel on them. Mods were okay once I figured out what gave the best basic damage. Armorings 471 409 is BIS Mods 366 mastery 361 power 313 is about the best I have seen. Might be better ones but I doubt it. 728 is the high number. 366+361=727 Enhancements can go up to 451 for the tertiary stat, but not be the best for you to get as the drop in power is a negative. I still need to find a good balance of numbers, but I expect 431 to be a better target number per enhancement. I plan to get to the base I need 1214 Alacrity/ 1589 Accuracy with the least overage. Critical I will try to get as high as I can. Crafting Hope that it will not be the mess that we fought with on the PTS or you will go Why Bother. I hope there are plenty of nodes. I hope the schematics are not full of undesired mats making everything hard to make or impossibly locked behind a time gate like the conquest mats. Sure I would like to see more uses for conquest mats, but not what they had on pts. Story I hope it is engaging and has many repeatable sections that are not too much of a pain to do. I want it to be interesting and give a well thought out story even if short. I pray that level sync will not make the operations either too hard or impossible and on the other hand way too easy that you only need four for the eight man ops to complete. I would like it to stay as challenging as it is now were you could maybe get away with one dps down. If they do not plan to keep even a hair of challenge to story mode than they might as well allow companions to fill the empty slots. That would be unexpected. I don't think there really is going to be any surprises more than what was seen on pts. Getting all remaining missing companions back in the onslaught story line would be the biggest surprise, but we will be lucky with two is how pessimistic I have become. Will I like Onslaught now that will be a surprise. I just hope it is playable and not too much of a hindrance to those who struggle with gearing. Them giving up will hinder us all.
  10. Or how about First aid? Oh wait they gave that to tailors in WoW. I would just like to swim and climb in Star Wars. Fly my ship or myself freely around even if it was in an instance area a little bit bigger than a space station.
  11. On one toon The Emperor died in the Dark Temple and showed up again. She did go through Revan and my head cannon for this toon puts the events of that to a disturbed Revan who was sadly mistaken that Naga Sadow was the spirit of the Emperor. Ziost is just fine and not destroyed. So this toon still has Kira has retired with her and the rest of her team, with Doc, Rusk, and Scourge being their playmates.
  12. Dec 17, 2017 was the last real post by the admins of the site.
  13. I just down voted this post so why can others not vote? The button drop down is on the bottom of each forum page. Simple
  14. Since I have so many companions can I send them all out? Each gathering or mission crew skill has about eight missions so being able to send them all out would be about 24. I think treasure hunting has more than eight per level. Unrestricted missions and I am sure it will not tax the system too much to and the timers and tracking for the missions. The 4th crew skill would be nice but not a useful if still limited to eight missions, so no point to get that without the other. If anything history states we should gain 2 more mission slots to send out.
  15. As far as reverse engineering anything I always had problems learning everything even at the 60% chance which was a subscriber perk which I do not like losing. I did find that if something critted than the chance to reverse engineer the item was much higher. I reverse engineer at least two stacks of 4 or 6 items with the sixty percent chance and got the next level nearly every time. With the new 20 percent I would use at least five stacks at once for the 20% and it worked half the time. ten stacks worked at least once, but I was out of mats by the time I got a purple stim. That is as far as I got and I tried 18 /268 items and did not learn a single upgrade. MK 11 crafting is dead useless and will never work unless it is bought closer in line with the other ranks of crafting.
  16. You will need to deconstruct items to get the tech fragments and complaining about too much loot is counter to what everyone wants. I personally want a lot of loot so I get the chance to choose what I will keep and what is to be deconstructed and 4 pieces per boss is not too much loot. If you found a pirate treasure and it only had ten pieces inside a chest that could hold a thousand and a note saying the pirate didn't want you to get too much loot. Would you not be miffed???
  17. Did you activate the GSI terminal to track you and see if the boost it gives is still there? 18k for Makeb is way too low to do anything. 33k is really the minimum for that planet.
  18. My deception sin got 15271 and on my guardian I got 16618 no guild perks at all. Being a better than average player and a clicker I find that okay. a few of the really good players are still not hitting the 20k mark on their toons. been using the 1.4gcd as close to 1214 as I can get with the gear I have. Short fights I have seen 17400-21k.
  19. Never could do the every six months even if cheaper. I like the drop this in a month pay by month. If 6.0 stays the way it is and with crafting broken why would I need to stay subbed if I am not crafting? I have money in the bank, but with how there are a dozen different credit sinks now I will be broke in no time. Vote with your wallet is getting tempting even for me a diehard fan since 1977. Bioware and EA at this point of the development is all hug yourself and crunch the expansion to finish. What I would really want to hear is the programmers finally growing a pair and walking out together leaving EA's buildings silent.
  20. I still want the new crafting to be changed to mirror every other rank. New is not better it is crap. The new gear is Bind to legacy on Equip. Managed to make thirty of them before I ran out and not a single one upgraded to the next level. I got the attack adrenal to purple by deconstructing 53 of the blue at once to counter the 10%. It really does not matter how many mats you add or subtract from the plans unless you remove the isotopes and the matrix. Who is ever going to buy a mk 0 268 if we get them for free after one run through Onderon/any other content that drops gear? Who would buy anything if buy the time they can craft the good stuff they have to charge 1 billion credits just to break even??? You think 258 is to high wait until the first person can craft a gold 306? I can see Armoring, mods, and enhancements that are unlettered going for tens of millions. MK 10 will be used by everyone for a very long time. Crafting is in this form broken, useless, and pointless. Maybe by next year people will have a few of the new augments if they are not filthy rich. Or gasp you can just stop with the new dung and KISS the entire expac!!!
  21. Hope you reported the bug as it happened and in the bug report thread.
  22. First cost is 500k per craft. 1.5 million per toon. I have twenty two so lets say 18 are ready for Onslaught. That is 24 million credits just for learning the next level. Even if I limit it to just the six, six, and four it is still eight million credits. The cost of white, green, and blue fuel (vendor mats) is way up as well. Which will leave me to hunting for the mats in the world which everyone else alone with their brother, sister, cousins all the way to tenth cousin tenth removed will be farming. Even if Onderon, Mek Sha, and the new section of Corellia is set up like Darvanis/Yavin in how populous the nodes are I doubt there will be enough to make farming worth the time. One green cell craft per node is not very rewarding and that is if you are lucky. With your development team in Bioware crunch time I doubt you even have the energy to even change more than you have, but I can not say this any more or any less. Keep crafting the way it was simple for the basic items. Keep the Reverse engineering for subs the same 60% and only increase the costs as the gear gets closer to being BIS. Then again is the gear even BOE? If it is not no one will craft anything.
