  1. Generally pvp at end game just feels like a dps face roll with such increases to the expertise damage. There is no point to have any other button but a main dps button on your toolbar.
  2. Stop making expertise 20 plus percent damage increase at BM level.....easy fix, done.....but of course BW doesn't appear to be even that smart.

  4. I"m a Battlemaster and the pvp boost to damage is ridiculous right now...I'm over 20% with my current basic BM stats, which has made pvp a glass cannon battle with people dying nearly instantly. I can bring in my powertech BH (armor buff cylinder and defensive spec) with a pocket healer and still drop near immediately. I can't imagine once people start stacking even more expertise with the new additional options. The only people who aren't dropping immediately are marauders, likely due to ridiculous defensive cooldowns...they simply have the best of both worlds, wreck multple people and stay alive 10 times longer than everyone else. This has made marauders the point of much complaints. Expertise was fine prepatch and if anything it should have been slightly decreased if healing was the goal to nerf. Once everyone gets their expertise stacked even further, pvp will be unbearable, completely non-strategic, and simply not enjoyable (its close to that already).....this is coming from a player who generally loves pvp and has since the start of TOR. Please Bioware, stop the glass cannon battles before you lose your pvp player base
  5. I'm trying to finish up an operative for crafting purposes (since they aren't good for anything else currently lol). Which tree would you choose to level with? I'm currently using concealment and it is very poor, especially for boss mobs. Any suggestions?

    I'm pissed.

    PVP is only about medals now because there are so many required to get any type of reward....strategy is completely out the window. Thanks BW!
  7. Don't worry, we'll be stuck with this mess of a pvp balance and system while they do nothing but focus on how to make premade rated. lucky us.....
  8. I simply don't understand how an MMO developer can make one class so overpowered. Bioware's incompetence has reached new heights with this patch.
  9. People quit warzones because the devs have made warzones pointless for players when they are losing. Noone wants to stay in a warzone for 20 minutes for 30 commendations...plain and simple.
  10. Prepare for a free to play MMO because that's where this game is heading with its incompetent developers
  11. Clearly imbalanced, probably the worst I've seen any class thus far in SWTOR. No point to even fight against these classes 1 vs 1.
  12. Yes sadly, there are so many problems currently I'm sure there are many top 3's for people.
  13. There are clearly significant problems with pvp once again after patch 1.2. Here are my top three problems with current pvp. Feel free to comment or make your own top three for dev feedback. 1) WARZONE COMMENDATIONS Warzone commendations are awarded at WAY too low of a rate. If you are on a losing team, you can spend 15 minutes in a warzone and only end up with 30 commendations at the end of the match. This is of course leads to everyone leaving losing warzones (another problem). Meanwhile, everything purchasable by commendations has increased. So basically I can spend 15 minutes in a losing warzone, be awarded 30 commendations and purchase 1 pvp stimpack for 20 commendations. Where is the reason in this system? Even a winning warzone will be lucky to award you 90 commendations and that is with the 8 minimum medals (another ridiculous requirement). 2) GEAR PROGRESSION Gear progression should be an actual "progression". Basically you can buy tier 1 pvp recruit gear immediately upon 50, be in full Battlemaster gear (tier 2) in under a week of consistent pvping, then it require well over a month to months (for a casual gamer) to full outfit yourself in warhero gear (tier 3). This is not progresion when everything is handed to you for nearly nothing, excluding the final pvp set...then that tier takes forever to obtain. 3) MAURADERS/JUGGERNAUTS There is always a class or two way overpowered when a game attempts to "balance" or "rebalance" a pvp system. Mauraders and Juggernauts are the new flavor of the month and severely overpowered. I don't understand how the developers can't see this when testing the game, but nevertheless there is litterally no reason to go up against either of these classes because as it stands they are unbeatable one v one, placing a severe imbalance in the pvp system.

  15. Well that is because BW is choosing each class by the most complaints from the forums to nerf (all non-jedi of course). Then these nerfs don't do any sort of balance but utterly destroy the class (example: operative on the last big nerf). BH will be the next casualty. He who complains the most is getting rewarded...
  16. I agree. Open world pvp is non-existant in this game; what is the point of having pvp servers at this point? If you said "none", you are correct.

  18. Yeah getting ready to do the same thing. Don't get me wrong, my merc is solid dps, and the survivability is outstanding but I'm frequently seeing powertechs with hybrid specs and even tank-based specs doing equivalent damage as my merc (sometimes more) with the benefits of a lot of other useful pvp abilities. Its frustrating to see so I'm just going to go heals on merc and hit up the powertech...here goes the leveling again.

  20. So I"m looking to put a secondary suit together for pvp BH healing and was wondering what you BH healers prefer as your 2 complimentary stats (crit, alacrity, surge, accuracy etc). While alacrity is many times associated with healers, is it really useful with BH healing?
  21. Every game releases too early these days and by the time they get it right, they have lost most of their customers. Customers do not like "significant" game changes after official release. SWG and AoC both come to mind. Heck AoC is even a decent game now but it's too late...way too many changes.
  22. Yes, to myself and many guild members. For me, it will happen in streaks and stop counting for 2 or 3 in a row, which is extremely frustrating when attempting to complete a daily.
