There is no "goal". You should roll whatever race you like. You gain NOTHING in terms of Legacy by rolling a second Human. However if you enjoy playing Human characters, what does it matter if you unlock a Twi-lek or Zabrak? You'd still enjoy playing a Human character more. The race unlocks of the Legacy system is for people who enjoy playing some particularly exotic races. For example a player may be a huge fan of Sith Pureblood or Chiss, and therefore want to roll many Pureblood/Chiss regardless of class restriction. I myself mostly find greater affinity with human protagonists, therefore I'd only want to roll humans regardless of unlocks.

They said "Early Summer", so it probably won't be as late as that. Finally they were very successful with the Oceanic transfers all things considered. I haven't seen anyone complaining about failures in the transfer process. Since the APAC transfer was sort of a beta for larger scale transfers, with this success in mind it's more likely that global transfers will happen sooner than later.

MMOs are a bit different. Unlike those single-player games that rely primarily on the initial sale, MMOs rely more on subscription. Compared to SP games it's very normal for subscription-based games to drop in price earlier. I imagine that GW2 on the other hand won't drop price so quickly, since that game is not subscription-based. You are confused. When you select a rarity level, the search will include that rarity level and all the rarity levels above it. For example, searching for Premium will yield results for Premium, Prototype, Artifact and Custom. Alternatively if you are searching for Custom, it will find all the equipments that have all the custom slots available, even if the item is green or purple.

No it doesn't. Every flashpoint also has a flashpoint quest that's full repeatable every time you enter. By the end of the flashpoint you easily get all the DS/LS points and companion affection. A single run of BT/Esseles can usually net you over 200 DS/LS points and companion affections if you brought the first companion.

There is no point in merging. Free transfers may be free in price, but not free in direction, if you know what I mean. Chances are a lot of players will have free transfer available only to certain servers, so that BioWare may attempt to fill a number of servers up with active players from dozens of light servers. Don't expect a free transfer to heavy servers like Fatman etc. There is also no point in dropping existing servers for the time being. Chances are BW already leased those servers for at least some time, maybe a year. Until their lease runs out there is nothing to lose financially to keep those servers running, even if they are completely empty. If they continue to be empty I imagine that we won't be seeing them in 2013.

Really? Try ask 16 people if they are ready in vent. They may spam a bunch of "yeah", "sure", "ready", but the people who aren't ready may not even reply and you won't know about it. Alternatively they can count up to 15, which is a waste of time. Ready-check is the most efficient check to ensure that everyone is ready and present.

SATA 3 can mean HDD as well... What about the rest of your specs? A slower GPU/CPU/RAM can also contribute to a difference even if you are referring to 3rd gen SSD. And even if you have a 3rd gen SSD you may have one of those cheaper budget SSDs with significantly slower speed than the other of 3rd SSDs, so provide a clear name.
