  1. Too little too late. So many people have left over the last 4 months and they're not coming back. If BW wants people to play this game they need some deep space combat, some achievements, a reason to explore and get out into the worlds they've made instead of standing on the fleet, a better game engine, more fluid animations and response time, tab targeting that works, actual mini games like sabacc or pod racing, and new space bars for everyone that wore theirs out skipping all the worthless dialogue they crammed in this game.
  2. Bad journalism? They're glorified bloggers, not journalists. Not like its their fault the link got pulled either.
  3. Hilarious article. They've been gearing this game up to be F2P ever since people started leaving the game in droves after 1.1, and I'm sure the lukewarm reaction to 1.2 and the subsequent mass departures after the Rakghoul event just made them start working even harder to turn this game into F2P. Even if the game was truly free it still wouldn't be worth playing.
  4. Which didn't start until like 6 years after the game launched.
  5. Pandaren, the only way to save this game is to confuse people into buying SWTOR instead of WoW.
  6. Because everyone is just dying to level a new character on the PTS. As usual you miss the point. If we are going out of our way to help BW test this patch, you'd think they could follow through with character copies. Instead we have a repeat of 1.2.
  7. There aren't even enough people to adequately test the LFG tool on the PTS, so I highly doubt they have enough. Given the quality of the patches we've gotten, I doubt they've ever had enough people testing.
  8. At any rate, its damn near impossible to test the LFG tool because most people that filled out the survey can't get their character copied to the PTS. Out of 3 50s I've gotten 0 transferred, and everyone else in my guild is in the same boat. If they can't even do PTS character copies, god help us when they start doing server transfers.
  9. Not if they're on your team. All it takes it one person not pulling their weight to throw a game. Run into the other team with no armor, no defend a node being capped, only auto attack....etc. There is a lot people can do to grief their own team. The fact is people are going to do what people are going to do, whether they have x-server or not. If the reason we don't have x-server for pvp is because they think it encourages jerks, but doesn't in pvp for some reason just doesn't make sense.
  10. That is a pretty inane argument, made all the more inane by the fact that they want to do x-server pvp for ranked wzs. If people are jerks in pve you can bet they'll be even worse in pvp. Either all x-server is bad, or it isn't. They can't have it both ways. The fact is, people will be jerks no matter what, regardless of whether lfg is x-server or same server.
  11. 1 hour is optimistic. Even on a heavy pop server I bet queues will be at least 2 hours for dps, and then go higher a week or so after the "new" has worn off of LFG and everyone remembers why they didn't run FPs to begin with.
  12. That and the fact that PvP is still way too easy to get and is still decent to run OPs with, even Hard and Nightmare mode OPs. Why bother with FPs when you can run WZs for a week or so and get better gear.
  13. Lawl, there won't be anywhere near that many populated servers. I can make stuff up too though. Every server will have its very own leprechaun after the transfers go live. And honestly, that is more likely to happen than for this game to have 40-50 highly populated servers.
  14. Pretty much what is going to happen unless they make it cross server. GG BW.
  15. If 1.3 was about PvP balance they'd have done something to buff DPS Commandos to be something more than a free kill.
