    It's in the root folder for game, not biraider folder. Don't remember details but there are posts on forum about it.

    You have to change a few lines in ini file, not just delete Bitraider folder.

    I think that just refers to unlocking it for account in collections with CC.

    You have to equip the entire set on one character before it shows up in collections.

    You can still sign in to forums and game, therefore it's not dead.

    If they could do something like City of Heroes did, it might solve this. Just let people pick a difficulty level for their private quest phases.

    Aren't the missions for all gathering professions gambling then?

    3 stage class system reminds me a lot of EQ2, at least when it first launched.

    I generally see it the other way around. Wizards are usually top tier dps and warriors are near bottom of the pack of the dps classes.
