  1. while im not 100% positive this is whats wrong with your quest others have posted about lost class quests and the only thing they where able to do is put in a ticket for it, but let me tell you this, if that's the case for you don't expect a response back anytime soon, EA's customer support is terrible. I really hope it is something else other then a bug for you but if it is it might be faster for you to relevel your toon, id expect it to take 2-4 weeks to get a CS response back then its a very small chance that it wont be a automated BS response saying to bad.
  2. They also promised that this game would never go a full year again without new multiplayer content. What happened to that promise? Should we as gamers just accept that this is ok and normal business practice and keep paying them money? I think not.
  3. And another thread where EA/BW propaganda officer attempts to make himself seem hard, at some point im sure you have to ask yourself "am I being a douch with these types of responses" but the more I think about it the more I think you are about 15 and your brain just hasn't fully developed beyond the bad***** know it all teenage stage.
  4. people like you really bother the F out of me on game forums, if it bothers you so much why even look at the thread? so you can come in here and try and talk down to someone for asking a question and try and make yourself seem intelligent? in every single game iv ever played I have asked almost the same question as him so I don't grab some broken, nerfed, boring class and the best way to figure this out without sifting through outdated info that might not be relevant in the current rendering of the game or spending a week of your time lving up random classes is asking the experienced players what their opinion is on the matter. all that being said Id the best advice I can give you is skip that lv60 token, play through the game, the best part of the game is the original class stories, also get the added advantage of learning your toon as you lv it up. But if you must skip it id start with the commando or merc, at least they wear decent armor so they are a little more forgiving, both have a little bit of healing in dps mode so that's a bonus.
  5. Safe travels, and Happy New Year... id say you should check out Camelot Unchained, will be out this new year, made by the creators of Dark Age of Camelot, at the very least id go and visit there website, read about it and see if its your thing. Im using GW2 as a filler until then.
  6. See this is the reason why I think more games should follow along the lines of DAOC, they didn't have a gear based game per say, so you didn't have to raise the max lv and add new teirs of gear everytime you wanted to add content (most of your armor was crafted or free class specific stuff though class quests, weapon were drops that you picked out for the proc you wanted and were swapped alot and accessories where gotten from drops for the /uses on them, this stuff only changed when you changed your set up and where saved for other uses, other then that you used the same gear for years it stayed relevant) they went with skill based progression, the more you did something (pvp for DAOC but this could be adapted for PvE) the more ability points you got to spend on special skills, and it got harder to earn them the higher you got, this gave the game some insane replayablity, hell I played DAOC for over a decade it didn't see a xpac for most of that time and it still stayed extremely fun, it just got outdated after that long. .....cant wait for Camelot Unchained
  7. Im waiting for Camelot Unchained, if you are into good pvp these guys are the best, from the original creaters of dark age of Camelot....all others are fillers for me atm, its in alpha stage, should be out sometime in 2016. check it out at camelotunchained.com
  8. ya I hate this new story, the new direction of the game caused me to move on, it dosnt "feel" like Star Wars anymore, in all reality you could remove the Star Wars name and it would be just a futuristic almost MMO, without the conflict of Republic vs Empire or Jedi vs Sith it looses the Star Wars feel.
  9. well I guess if you want to run as fast as possible from one cut scene to another the easier the better, but with story being pushed as end game content then you have to make the "trash" challenging otherwise what else are you doing? might as well just watch a movie....
  10. after all that answer this 1 question...do you find the combat in this game outside of operations and wz's challenging?
  11. come on, his ship droid beat it while he was naked, sure he threw a few punches but regardless if it was a elite "trash" mob it still should be nowhere near that easy.....answer me this, do you believe that the combat in this game outside of operations and WZ's has any challenge to it?
  12. I guess ill have to rewatch it because I didn't see the marauder healing his ship droid as it beat the crap out of a gold mob. If you are arguing that this game has some sort of challenge in combat outside of operations then you are just flat out wrong, this game has zero challenge to it.
  13. Id say Malgus would come out on top in a FIGHT vs. both of them, if you have read the book Deceived it seems like Darth Malgus is about the best Warrior Sith around during his time he just despises the political games and underhanded backstabbing that it takes to rise further in the Sith caste system. He also prefers to be in the action, fighting against enemies in person not sitting back plotting against other Sith, so in a straight up fight, Lightsabre vs Lighsabre Darth Malgus would come out on top, im really not sure how many on either side during his time could beat him in a straight up 1v1 brawl.
