I know he is a powerful force user but this was quite high - I don't think the typical Sith or Jedi would survive it.

Hey, thank you for your input! I must say I am impressed that you are putting so much thought in him as a character you don't like. I am not a writer but I guess it isn't easy to spend time thinking and writing about characters that you don't like or find boring or even hate? But it sounds as if you are trying to write him as a believable character - I mean I like to read fan fiction but sometimes the NPCs in these stories feel more or less out of character (at least in my opinion) compared to what we see in game. I would love to read your fanfiction if you don't mind and have it somewhere accessible. I agree that he might be a virgin or not - for me it isn't important. I think he might have had some encounter during his younger years before fighting in the war. But as you said - he might had reasons to not get intimate with others. During the fight on Odessen I think the Outlander touches him briefly and he really gets furious about it and even shouts that he shouldn't touch him. But this might only be because he really hates the Outlander and his father so maybe it is just that and not that he don't like touching at all.

It is still no proof. Everyone is free to head canon what they want but even the game says it is a rumor and this is not a fact or proof at all. And I did not say that this implies he is a virgin - I just said that it isn't a fact that he and Acina had something together. I don't think he is a virgin too. And I don't agree with your choice of words regarding adult males that are still virgins - there might be other explanations and reasons for that. And we actually don't know if Arcann is impotent or not - but it doesn't matter. If you really want proof then someone with a twitter account can try to ask the writer about this. She might know something about it - depends on who wrote the codex.

The codex (from Empress Acina) states it is just a rumor: "Whispered gossip suggested their relationship went much deeper than mere political alliance though little exists to substantiate those rumors"

No of course not There are quite some armor sets that I am not buying just because of this hood problem. But the one you linked I actually bought because I still think it looks awesome and I will probably use a small head circlet to hide it. But really, they would sell more armor sets if they had the hood hide option.

I am currently working on my next character that is going to romance Arcann. She just started Kotfe. I am playing a Sith Inquisitor - Darth Nox so DS but only slightly. I take a lot of LS choices with her too. She wasn't orginally planned for Arcann but I really wanted a SI for him although I think my SW will be a better match for him. I am especially interested in seeing little differences in dialog compared to my other classes. For example in Kotfe chapter 1 when you speak with Arcann on the way to the throne room he comments on the data they found and that you are impressive. I think the first answer you can give is class specific and remarks on that he is strong in the force too. When my Jedi Knight said it he replied "I suspect we have more than that in common". With my Sith Inquisitor she was asking him if he knows how to handle his strength. And he replies "You are not here to educate". It does fit as the female Sith Inquisitor always sounds for me like a combination of annoyed and arrogant but I did not like that line so I choose the third option and told him he should be more concerned about what she is going to do. So far I liked the JK response better. I am not sure but I think his response for the JC is the same as for the JK? I played it with two JCs before but I haven't recorded it.

Yeah I am guilty of buying some coins - but I had some saved due to the monthly grant and I normally don't buy packs and rarely other things from the cartel market but instead from the GTN. What I bought now was old stuff I was missing and what was too expensive on GTN or new stuff not on GTN or too expensive.

Yes I was wondering about that too - and the twins. Senya said she asked them to leave with her but they refused. If Valkorion was ignoring them why did they stay rather with him instead coming with her in the first place? I mean I guess this was before Vaylin was taken to Nathema? At least I got the impression it was. And on Nathema I guess Vaylin was already hating Senya for telling Valkorion that she is dangerous which led him to imprison her on Nathema. But to hate Senya that much that she wouldn't even leave Nathema with her is hard for me to understand. I mean she could have used Senya to escape and punish her in a different way later. Maybe she saw Nathema as challenge to grow stronger and to return and get her revenge? Although she did kind of submit to her father without him having to use her condition phrase.

True - if they kill Arcann and/or Senya before Vaylin can do it herself it will surely upset her greatly. Not sure if resurrecting her will be enough reason for her to overlook that.

I did buy quite a lot: - Watchman hoverchair (I have the other two and was looking quite a long time for this one but it was always too expensive in the GTN) - Cybernetic Varactyl (just looks amazing and while I am not normally a fan of animal mounts I really like the Varactyls in general) - Flair corrupted command (was the only one missing except the newest prosperity one that I don't like) - Exterminator Armor Set (just because I like it) - Saul Karath Armor Set (for my troopers as additional outfit) - Dark Honor Guard Lightsaber (for at least one of my SIs) - Dark Honor Guard Vibrostaff (mostly for my Vectors to be honest) - Force Apprentice Armor Set (for one of my JKs) - Sith Cultist Armor Set (for one of my Agents) - 2 dyes (deep red/dark gray + deep gray/dark purple) But prices in the GTN are currently dropping for many items - I suppose due to the ultimate pack. I got the havoc squad armor and Shae Vizla Armor for a nice price.

Really, the ship has not sailed with Arcann as you say it. There have been in vanilla games pretty messed up things that you can do including having unhealthy relationships - with Ashara, with Quinn and so on. Some people will do that others not. But as a player we have options for playing our characters. Thing is that some people are completely fine to do messed up things in game or just play as DS who kills everyone but then try to convice other people that the way they are playing is wrong. Because when it is something they don't like it becomes wrong and abusive while in their case if they do what they like it is totally fine because it is "just" a game. Which it is - a role playing game. But for everyone who plays it and no matter what they do. And I am sorry to hear what happened to you in RL - you have my sympathies.

They gave us the possibility to play as different classes including Sith and to do good or evil things in this game. How you play your characters says nothing about you in real life. Just because someone plays a DS Sith who is torturing or mudering people doesn't mean they are evil in RL and just because someone plays a LS Jedi doesn't mean they are like that in RL too. People might even have several characters that they play quite different from LS to Neutral and DS. It is called role playing. This is a game. A MMORPG where players expect to have options and choices and the possibility to play other characters. While they are of course kind of limited you do get several ways to play your character (at least in the vanilla story). You can play a LS Sith and you can play a DS Sith too. In movies, books and games you see that Sith can be pretty ruthless and even in this game it is about the apprentice one day killing the master and how the master tries to kill you. There should have been an option to refuse recruiting companions like Ashara or Skadge. And in some cases like these two companions a kill option (additional to a just let them go option) would have been needed. If you play as a Sith who doesn't tolerate disobedience then you would likely not let Ashara just walk away after attacking her. Of course the dialog will fit to some people depending how they play their class but it should have an option to play as an evil or ruthless Sith too. Because to be honest - while I am playing mostly LS and to this day the only companion I have ever killed is Scorpio - when I think about Sith I don't think of them like somewhat darker Jedi - I think about Vader or Maul or some other Sith I know about. Would they just let Ashara go away? I don't think so. And if you see how many people you (even as Jedi) you can kill casually in this game and if you see how you could kill some LIs like Quinn later then yes, I absolutely think there should be more options including a kill option to deal with Ashara.

Me too - I have several varactyles and the cavern one was always my favourite but this one looks so interesting, I can't really take my eyes off it, guess I will end up buying it... The Dark Honors Guard Electroblade is an item I really like too but I don't know for which character I would use it. Those who can use it would rather use a light saber. I guess it would be something for Khem? But as much as I like Khem I wouldn't buy it just for him (although I bought the Dark Honor Guard Curved Vibrostaff for my Vectors). And finally I got my Watchman Hoverchair - I was waiting for it such a long time. And I got the corrupted command flair that I was looking for. Really glad they did this direct sale although yes, as some people have already noticed some things are missing including decorations. Oh nice! My strongholds are mostly empty except for Coruscant + Dromund Kaas. I always have the trouble that I can't really decide what to do there. I mean - how do you all see your strongholds? Is it the stronghold for a single character that you have? Or for several like a family stronghold? Or like a Jedi temple or vacation retreat? Oh that looks interesting. It kind of reminds me of Kiefer Sutherland. But I think I prefer the shaved version for Arcann.

Congrats And I really like your Agent I think that is very fitting how you describe Arcann here. Despite everything Arcann and Vaylin did I do feel bad for them. With Arcann we can now see what a different man he can be. I wonder if Vaylin could have been similar to redeemed Arcann. OMG, I didn't expect to find someone else who loves Blind Guardian! They are my favorite band too! I love especially the Nightfall in Middle Earth album. That being said I do think there is a similarity to Mordred. And with the phantom of the opera when I think about it.... and now I imagine having Kotfe/Kotet being told in musical form... maybe I should stop posting for today....

Well I guess after Yavin he needed some extra power - just wondering why he stopped with Ziost and didn't followed his plan to kill all in the galaxy. But it may be that Marr + our characters arriving changed his plans.

It is not temporary - it brings your active companion to influence level 50. You could do the same by giving gifts or farm approval from flashpoints it is just a faster way.
