There are still going to be hybrid builds viable. I know my dps build is getting buffed. It's a lot of qol buffs which I won't complain about. I will complain about lack of love for the sorc heals. I guess that brainstorming thread was just to get our hopes up.

A couple things. The best way to counter a class is by knowing who they are going to attack. If you don't use your cc breaker along with your own cc correctly you are going to die. If you don't have a cc breaker sorry that's life you are probably going to die. Just because you can not survive a class without using your defensive CDs does not make that class OP. I have only seen 1 match where a group of operatives showed people how the class was supposed to be played. It took 4 OPs but they were able to almost global a sorc healer and a tank killing them in no more than 4 seconds. The problem was that because our team was so shocked they were running around like chickens with their heads cut off. So instead if actually focusing down the ops they would attack other random enemies while the ops went behind the turret and recharged their energy to repeat their process. The point is if Ops can take people down in a quickness. It is their role. It is the job of the TEAMmates that are not getting attacked to make sure the Ops stay out of stealth and fight with their weak defensive CDs. 8v8 is about team work you may not be able to 1v1 that 1v1 class but you can outnumber him.

Operatives in arenas should be healers. Dps struggle. Sniper get focused a lot in solo arenas. If you like the sniper play style it will be worth it though. All 3 of the tanks in arenas are relatively balanced a PT is just as good as a jug or assassin depending on your playstyle.

This has been said before but might as well say it again. Enhancements should not cost as much as a piece of armor. 1200 ranked comms and 600 reg comms would be the perfect amount without making them too easy to get. For those of us with multiple alts min/maxing obroan is way to time consuming

I can not comment on sages but I can tell you about the Sorcs. If you are looking to because more powerful than any Jedi has ever dreamed of becoming go become a Sorc. You will have unlimited power, so much in fact you will create a crushing darkness that surrounds your opponents and drains their life fueling your own. You will be able to electrocute your enemies with such agonizing force they will be unable to move. You will have such force you will cause storms that cripple those around you not strong enough to bear the pain. Or you can become a slave to the force and be a Jedi sage...

There is a simple way to do this if you are on the fleef. All it takes to get the mission you want is to go to a loading screen. Send a random companion on a mission and then head to your ship. Once you are on your ship your new missions will appear. I do this with my slicers.

Unfortunately you can not use the armorings from pvp items because they are bound to head,chest,hands, ect. and hk uses parts and sensor units. The best substitute to make up for your expertise is going to be presence and high level pve armorings.

I gave my hk the conq mods and enhancements from my sniper and merc and just used purple lvl 54 armorings if I am ever feeling like a baller I may get the 72s but that is doing the most. I have 600 presence and augmented his gear with full power augs so he sits at 30k health and packs a punch.
