god forbit it takes someone a couple of months to get this gear. if you are losing to people and you are full champs... you may be out of luck in the skill department.

haha i agree, played wow since launce, lets be honest it was not a perfect game, but was fun and hard. also the paladin class was probably the worst class in the game in terms of usefulness our goal in raids were to go half way into hour healing talent treee, throw the rest of the points away and buff people every 5 minutes. so after every pull essentially. and we couldnt tank despite having a tanking tree and our dps was litereally completely dependent on procs. (seal of command if i remember coreectly.) we had no attack buttons besides judgement. that was the one button we could press to do stuff in out "dps" tree. you were completely gear and group dependent. but hey it was still fun the class was broken but had its moments and was still great to play ahaha. so i dont mind the bugs. if anything enjoy them wile they last and the game becomes very homogonized because everone wants everything. not all the bugs like the crappy ones but the unique classes and stuff

yeah to op who has 3 for his 21 he opened your missing 2 i would say that that is not bad.

honestly you should get 1 pieces a week. i dont see what your complaining about. ive raided in wow and pvped in other games and it takes longer to get more pieces. maybe it seams worse since you have opened up 21 but if you think about it you have aready gotten three weeks of items in what i assume is 2 weeks. this does not seem like a bad pace.

no they are saying that this is what caused the bug. that is all. there is no sub text to this. Stop reading into bioware hating its fans. Also it is a bug from coding, not caused by people leaving. people leaving is what causes the problem but not what caused the code error. if anything this should alert people to not leave the warzone no matter what. I wish it would stay like this so people would be encouraged to stay but it will be fixed and people will still leave. now cant you see why this is such a hard bug to figure out. think of all the conditions that could have come to creating this bug and it was something arbitrary like when the first person leaves the match. so testing for this would be especially hard. anyone who thinks bw is sitting on their butts please explain to me how this could have been easily fixed and identified.

i stopped reading after this. its a gear grind what are you going to expect. unless they get rid of the gear in pvp (which no game has ever done like this) you will have to have some sort of gear grind get over it. takes longer in wow to get your good gear.

lol love how it was on the ptr and you guys complain about it when it is live instead of testing it. and then when they are asking for your feedback you are still mad at them, like ugh now they are asking us our opinions! what pig. **** anyway the ui change at first bothered me, but affter playing with it i got used to it and liked the cooldown color ontop of it, the only change i would make would be to have abilities that cant be used even when the gcd is up be light up and abilities that cant be darkened. or something of the sort. if there was no change i would be hapoy as i find it very useful now.

wow finally some truth, just as they are about to make it real easy to get your pvp gear. why people go straight into pvp at 50 is beyond me. i wont untill i at least have some 49-50 mods in my gear that are purple. no point otherwise. why do people feel like they should be able to go in from low gear quality. low gear is low gear .

your in greens and blues. how could you expect people to have the same health as you. you probably couldnt even raid with that gear. why does this suprise you at all.

yeah agree with you ive raided before and it has taken me months to get a set of gear so people complaining about not getting something once a week seems to be impatience. but this is not as much of an issue anymore since they are increasing tokens and decreasing the chance to get a peice of gear. which is cool but at the same time it will now be an effort thing

hybrid specs just mean the tree is not working. it doesnt mean that they are getting rid of hybrids. there really shouldnt be hybrids. altho to go even further really these trees dont leave much room for anything interesting. not that i mind. you get to make some decisions so im happy. Id rather the tree be good then not good and people feel they need to hybrid. altho i dont think they need to force people out they should just buff the top so hybrid doesnt seem good.

why is bolstering bad and or how does it not work from 10-49? the ability differences are different which effects play but not drastically. i get killed by low level players and im talking when im 40 ish. if anything people at a lower level can have the advantage because from what ive read bolster works best if you have good gear for your lvl so at lower levels it is easier to get lvl appropriate gear and higher wuality gear. so you will have a stat advantage most of the time. and people are having fun in brackets. there is no reason to get rid of the system. people who join at lvl 31 will be at a significant dissatvantage to someone at 38-9 and as it is now there is only a small advantage in the way of abilities from lvl 10 players to lvl 49 players.(small probbaly isnt the best word) the brackets above tho would be a good idea, but you would have about zero matches for someone is is 60-up. people dont realize that they can just gear up before they go into pvp at lvl 50. instead of just pvping do something else to get purps and then you can supplement with pvp gear or vise versa. also I don't see why people mind random. they just need to add more warzones. really they just need to add a quitter debuff then people wouldnt leave even if their team started of with one turret, but ended up winning.

this should be a non issue. submit a ticket and get your points back. by other gear in the interum or by gear of the gtn

yeah the only thing is we don't know what they will do in terms of towning down the gear. this could mean a nerf to everything on them stat wise, or they could just change expertise to do something else not increasing damage. We don't really know so we just have to wait and see how they fix it. my oppinion on the matter should be the damage component removed and the damage reduction should just be kept. that way there is an advantage but your dealing the same damage as a normal player. i dont think this solves the problem because pve gear will still work so well in the game which will be a problem going into the future if bioware does not address it(may be a problem now)

so pritty much coming up with a formula and who ever times everything right wins based on that formula as opposed to a game that has some form of combat that isnt about killing 8 people, like objectives not saying tor has a great system but like arenas in wow it all boiled down to who could counter what and timing cooldowns which takes skill but is boring because it is not spontanious. once you get down to it you can figure out who is going to win every time. tor to me feels less formulaic compaired to wow which i just couldnt do well in. Idk if its because i know what to expect from this kind of pvp or what but i just function better in this game. im not great at pvp or anything, but i feel like i can handle this game better (maybe thats an argument for how little skill it takes idk.)

yeah agree the op should just ammend his statement to be "whinny posts about nerfs are not helping the situation. the missinformation that is spread by these arent very helpfull. i dont know why i even read these forums.
