It was amusing, as a Sorcerer I have been gaining some notoriety as well. When i see some of the Pub's premades that we play against - I know which one's will focus me , unsure why tho because i am spec DPS hybrid rather than heals.

It shows up on his Stat's now. I Gave him and Khem a little Test this am in Illum. Against a champ he actually fared better than Khem - which was never the case before. I am swapping him for my dailies now.

As a sorcerer I have taken down many Tank specs. Although, a Tankasin will eat my lunch..and leave me hungry...

I wouldnt mind it at all to develop a market for reusables. Currently the only market are for Bio's whom do not want to RE or spend time to farm or purchase the ( usually cheaper to buy off the market unless you farm all the mats)Mats to make them. Rakata's could stay BOP would be fine by me....

I play on Shadow-Hand . There is one Pub Guild that has been notorious for cheating. Myself and others have reported them for months. Although as OP stated - here of late I havent seen some of their big Guns on. Either they are taking breaks, quit or BW came down on them not sure which....

I have been doing Ok with the Hybrid 1/12/28 and force isnt usually an issue . Curious if this build is force starved? Also, I would assume you do the affliction/ FL/Wrath/DF/CD Rot with this also ..while throwing out some shocks etc...

I agree- However, with BW trying to gravitate classes into Pure spec's rather than Hybrids ( I would think that would be fairly strong mixed with the Madness and DF) and you wouldnt want imho LS to outdo your 31 Point Ability whether it was CT or TB. My Merc HSM hits like a truck (it obviously is designed for your TM stacks) and I use it for a finisher. Why is it that my Main class Sorcerer -doesnt have that capability in any of our Trees?

Same here..Lightning tree should contain some burst DPS ( easy fix strengthen TB ) - if you Like DOT then Madness. All other AC have burst dps in their tree we have ..well TB...WTH?

I would like to see whom is the Best on each Server/World in each class and mixed. Flighted - recruit-BM-WH . Maybe stop some of this insistent whining on the boards and see who really brings it for their class/server. GM hosted event would take all the cheating out and really see what 1V1 looks like with the best going at it...

If someone would be kind enough to link that 5/18/18 spec I would appreciate it. I am pretty sure I know how it rolls and rot's but just want clarification to try it in a few WZ's.

what ....sorcerer's really?? Boggle. Hardly do I ever see another Sorc's on the other teams or mine, they are typically loaded with PT's, Marauders , Sins, Ops....

As a Sorc.. I actually beat for the first time a Marauder 1V1- Kiting. I am full BM gear with one WH piece. I can only surmize that he was really bad or geared poorly and I was lucky

I am staying here in hopes that they will get there act togther with PVP. Frankly, it really only requires a few tweaks with balance, implementation of what has been promised . They have a very good blueprint , they just need to execute . Obviously, they have let down a lot of their customer base with 1.2 - not sure if its irreparable .

I dont Tab Dot for Clarification ,I simply meant this spec is more of a DOT play style/rotation with spamming -Affliction- FL(Double Dip Lightning Barrage off Affliction Crits) Wrath Proc-DF-CD..throw in some shocks ..CC.etc rather than nuking..

Funny...I was slung up on a vertical in Huttball . Free casted basically the entire match and took very little damage from them trying to get to me or knock me off.

I would really like to play the Lightning Spec( more of a sorcerer imo) in PVP. However, it isn't viable at the moment. I run the 1-12-28 and while I still post decent overall damage and Medals due to the constant dotting rotations. I have felt ignored many times ( when they realize i am no healer)in the WZ and that is probably why I post decent numbers. I do very little healing , so I am guessing they are taking out the big guns( good strategy) first and saving me for last...not necessarily a bad thing. Yet it does give the impression that "meh why bother with the dotting sorcerer " it sorta feels like the ole Rodney Dangerfield A/C....

Here, Here I second it . Hopefully it will take notice and the WZ will start to actually fill back up again so we can have some decent matches rather than quit-fest....Glad you guys recanted .

I have respec'd many times trying out various builds. The one that works for my personal play style and brings some nice total damage in WZ's is the 1/12/28. You can move a few points around in madness and Lightning to suit your style and survivability ..

Prior to 1.2 I was using a beta 0/20/21 that I tested- I could hit 300-350k . Now with the same rotation, without CL obviously . I am in the neighborhood or 200-250k . Not sure what I am doing wrong. I may have to respec. Could be that I am dying alot more though thus not hitting the numbers i was use to or it could be a mechanics issue. Anyhow , I am determined to stick with DPS

I wouldnt bother until they fix this mess...you will get 3 shotted even with your Barrier up. It would appear there is some type of mechanic's issue relative to expertise . Or at least it seemed that way in the two WZ's I played in . Folks dropping like flies ....

Wow...again WoW, I played a few WZ's during my lunch today - simply amazing how fast folks drop now!
