  1. /not signed - I don't play a online game to experience single-player adventures and I'm far for impressed over all by the story lines from a Star Wars perspective with a few honorable exceptions. I'd much rather see EA/Ware invest their monies in more horizontal game-play features, open up and expand on what is already present.
  2. it's strange that EA/Ware ain't focusing on DA and ME as MMO's- it's their property, no licensing and and no creative "boundaries" and... EA/Ware having both a fantasy and a sci-fi franchise MMO in their portfolio. even stranger.. Blizzard having Warhammer.. uhm, Warcraft and 40k.. erm.. Starcraft..
  3. he did specify commendations, not credits.. but in any case I agree and I pvp tons and tons and tons.. the gear vs gear we have these days are no good, bolster really does not do anything.. I prefer the old entry pvp gear over bolster really. With a slower tier-progression rate we would see a more even playing field, more and more people would get the to pvp gear and be able to compete and enjoy pvp more than you do today- sucks when you finally get geared up, itemized etc and ta-daa! new gear grind..
  4. briefly played the games so not seen em all I guess but aye!- them Starkiller armor pieces are awesome.. the style is very much to my liking
  5. I know exactly what ye think and feel OP.. the side quests are utter un-creative, repetitive and not fun at all.. I did most once on my main, ever sine I've slowly pvp'd, heck even space to get some xp and levels to boost me trough the planets, not even the planet quests these days and to make it worse.. each class story has the same route, so you know you'll have to do this planet, then this one.. then this one etc. etc. imagine all the dollars spent on these side quests, filling up the planets.. coding and voice acting... huge amounts of poor content imho.. BioWare could learn a few things from Bethesda when it comes to quests and more open-world dynamics. it's not BioWare tho, more and more games are focusing on telling us the players what to do, when to do it, where to go and how to get there so they can "introduce" us to their "awesome" story.. basically taking out the "gaming"
  6. I've cried and I've laughed at Rep and Jedi outfits since launch..
  7. that's so true.. SWTOR are at times just another fantasy mmo with all them flashy force powers and ridiculous armors.
  8. it's possible to create custom channels and advertise it in-game- create a "language" speaking channel only for anyone interested.
  9. aye! that's just a most awesome idea, in full support
  10. personally I don't want any more class stories but I see that it is scoring huge so far... - if I wanted "class" stories I'd play a single player role-playing game. - huge amounts of dollars spend on content that you burn trough, space-bar trough even. more open-ended possibilities, sand-boxy features is the way to go imho within the core aspects such as crafting and economy, pvp, pve, space + other Star Warsy mini-games.
  11. aye they did and personally I'm very happy about it- besides SWTOR is one big fantasy-carnival already with all these ludicrous outfits already all year long
  12. aye, in either case they should look into it and make some changes- personally I don't find them attractive at all, perhaps the smuggler head piece only. I'm just storing the kits, hoping that BioWare one day will change it around.
  13. *sigh* stop being so limited... nothing will change for ye, we're talking about every species able to sport cybernetic appearance-tech.- you'll still be able look the way ye want.
  14. disagree with ye on this one, tho I don't know the intentions of the OP but the it does not change the fact that BioWare messes up Cyborgs as a "species".. well humans with some tech parts on their faces only.. stuff like this is quite high on "paper cut" lists.
