My toon is too pretty to cover her face. That is how I beat the baddies. I give them a big smile, wink, then dance around, and when I'm behind them, I yell "sucker", as I introduce them to my blade. Works like a charm.

They need have a planet called Waah, and King Babysitter gives your toon the best gear, overpowering buffs and weapons, boss's die as soon as you walk into their zone, and you are "king of the world"!

I'm sure crafting will have a major expansion in the coming years. If they put everything into one game, it would create to bad conditions for Bioware. One, only add to the list of things that have bugs. Two, give you another reason to keep your subscription by adding new content, and only having to deal with the problems associated with the new content.

I bought the game because BW marketed it as a story driven MMO, much like Knights of the Old Republic, but with co-op functionality. Seems like they nailed it. Whoever bought this game because they thought it was going to be the greatets PvP since well PvP, is either ignorant, mis-informed, stupid, or lying because they are stuck in WOWie land. There are tons of videos on YouTube that shows you exactly what this game is about. If you rushed out and bought it before making sure it was the game you are looking for, is that your fault or BW's? My suggestion if you don't like it is unsub and return when you see a Youtube video that demonstrates the kind of PvP you want. Otherwise, continue your quest for the holy grail of PvP. I hope your patient, because I doubt you will ever find anything that satisfies you, because your problem is what is within you, not what is in a video game. "Hell is never satisfied, nether are the eyes of man content".

Farm away, and in the words of Arlo Guthrie in Alice's Resturant, bring plenty of "implements of destruction" to harvest the loot of the baddies.

The dialog, the story, my ship, my comps, Tatooine, Hoth, and Alderran (they do need a weather effects option on/off at some point), and my smug Smuggler.

Its funny, Tatooine is the only planet where I've been mugged and killed my some baddie evil Sith's. And that is the extent of my PVP after 3 weeks in the game, and level 35 Gunslinger. I like to stay about even between my lvl and and reccomended class quest lvl. I want a good battle where I may or may not die the first couple of times fighting a quest boss. Keeps me on my toes. If I can't beat him after a few attempts, I do some side quests or heroics, then come back and make a mockery of his arrogant jesting.

I'm sorry, you can pray to Blizzard's WOW gods all you want, they can't here you, and this game is here to stay, unless the entire economy collapses. Then life will become a real world MMO.

I just rolled an operative and I have no plans of changing it. They have cool spaceships and british accents. I could care less about buffs and nerfs. "It is good to have an end to journey toward; but it is the journey that matters, in the end."

I find the fun in competition is losing enough until you figure out how to win. Makes winning much more rewarding. I never get fired up in a video game until its beats me a few times. “I know the world isn't fair, but why isn't it ever unfair in my favor?”

The key to not overleveling is to first know the level range for the planet you are on. Then focus only on the class quests. If you hit a class quest that is too hard for your level, then get someone to help, or lvl up doing side quests, space missions, flashpoints, or heroics. Then go back and take on the class quests. This will leave a lot of side quests and exploration left untouched when you roll another toon, and also make the questing much more of a challenge. If you do overlevel then do only the class quests until they become too difficult to beat without leveling. Another approach for the second time through is just do group heroics and class quests only to level up. Playing with different people makes it a different experience, and makes leveling much less of a grind than redoing old quests. The key here is subscribe to a popular server.

Wait a minute, anybody play Mechwarrior on AOL. It was a great game for about six months until somebody figured out you could hack the game by changing settings in a simple text file. Suddenly the bots were able to fly around and not die. About a week later the game was dead and gone. But for a short period of time me and buddies owned it. Ah, the good old days when games where perfect, NOT!

I went the other direction, I switched from Bio-Chem when I was a lvl 19 Smuggler to Cybertech. Mainly because I like creating gadgets more than potions and drugs. I wish I had a better reason, but I don't.
