  1. If you quit, why are you here posting? Not getting enough attention elsewhere?
  2. Isn't the Ewok "homeworld" actually a moon of Endor? I think Endor is a gas giant, and you wouldn't have much fun adventuring on it since there's no "land mass" and the gravity would kill you instantly... Anyway, yeh... I'd like that "planet" (snicker), and also Dagobah, Kashyyyk (moar wookies plz), and Lehon , since we already have some rakata in storylines on belsavis and eternity vault, why not the temple of the ancients and the star forge...
  3. If you already have nadia and haven't bothered to equip zenith he will be weak. My zenith has 5 rakata, while I'm still missing chest, head, feet, and his rest are columni. My nadia has full columni. But yeh, I remember getting him at or before hoth and I just plowed and plowed.
  4. Then they are complaining from an experience prior to a week ago, or they are lying... is this what you're saying? Have you done ops with masterloot on lately? I wouldn't dare for fear they screwed something else up. Rakata has always dropped in HM+ for me.
  5. Zenith is amazing soloing. Properly geared i leveled with him quickly and easily because he kills so much faster. Nadia is amazing soloing. Give her hand-me-downs or duplicate gear.
  6. Ok... check this out... http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=349821 but yes, I agree the devs are not obligated to allow you end game content in a MULTIPLAYER game, solo.
  7. If you "want" them, then do what it takes to do them and make friends who will help.
  8. Different companions are good for different playstyles. If you're not playing your toon to its potential, using interrupts at appropriate times, with a good dps rotation, it won't matter which companion you use. Many people do fine. You're arguing a bad system because you don't care to try harder and learn.
  9. Your guild has been doing ops with masterloot on or you are lying, or not correctly setting to hard mode ops. Hard and nightmare have the same drops. Normal has columni. Hard and nightmare have rakata.
  10. Also, yes, good players can do hm in full tionese. The numbers are there. Most of the fights are pure mechanics, not math. Bad players can't in full columni.
  11. Your raid leader hasn't bothered to read forums anywhere for information and screwed you out of your rakata drops in hard mode. Don't set masterloot in EV or KP. It makes Rakata not drop. By now I don't blame the game. I blame people disinterested enough in others' fun by not researching. Make sure autoloot and area loot for all are turned off. You should have 1 person loot, and loot one thing at a time, so you don't have 60 seconds to discuss all the drops. Maybe 2 rakata of same archetype drop? Looting one at a time, seeing who wins the roll, then appropriately need/greed on second drop blah blah blah /common sense mode off
  12. /RAAAAAAGE But I liked this part alot! HEHE! Try 1 person on a planet. Read this... http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=354678 and this... http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=351653&page=2 and read other threads once in awhile.
  13. LOL, damnit. Stop it. Repair your gear. Go do 10 warzones. Go to repair gear: no repair bills.

    Champion Bags

Much more rare chance for item drop, but more commendations per bag since... 1.1.3?
  15. "Orange" gear is whatever color the armoring, mods, enhancements etc are. If an "orange" has blue 50 stuff plugged in it, it is a blue 50 piece. If an "orange" has purple 50 stuff in it, it is a purple 50 piece.
  16. Huh? Why should a fight like this reward credits at all when you're getting raid drops? Hell, I don't even notice anymore what stuff drops. I just click absent mindedly moving on to pay attn to the next encounter. This must be a troll. edit: also it's funny you chose this boss fight for this post. I have never been in a wipe in normal or hard on this particular encounter. It's like you can do it forever even if people keep missing sorno's heals or don't kill the droid right away. Come on.
  17. KP is easier, on both normal and hard. KP may have more of a learning curve, but once met, the fights in practice are easier.
  18. Also, see my response in this thread... http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=343070&page=13 Maybe the reason you are having trouble is for the same reason you can't take the time to read over things, and make duplicate threads.
  19. You don't "need" planetary heroics and flashpoints to level to 50. When I leveled on release there was 1 person higher than I (and we rarely spoke) and no one on my planet, or the planet before. I was still second 50 on my side. I did no heroics or fp's after 30 and even that was to "drop back" and do them with 24s on tatooine. Heroics and flashpoints while leveling are nice for the stories and gear, but not necessary. Find people who want to gear you, hell just have them give you stuff. It's not everyone else's job to make your toon good.
  20. Kill pylons on the way down through the transition phases. This helps. Otherwise, especially on normal mode, having raid awareness and watching (and appropriate person/people eating) lightning balls will make the job very easy so except in that instance, the only person they have to heal is the tank. A mediocre tank who is not getting hit by the dropped pylons with 2 mediocre healers keeping him alive can work Soa practically forever. DPS needs to be right on those mind traps and freeing trapped people immediately, except on Soa burn. It should take no more than 5-7 seconds if not on Soa burn when stunned. On Soa burn, everyone (EVERYONE since unless there is a loose ball no one is taking damage!) should pop offensive cooldowns (relics anyone?) on a communicated and anticipated burn. Someone on your team is bad. Look over who is screwing up and help them learn, or lose some more.
  21. I'm really tired of threads like this every couple days... Are you in an active guild? Do you spend time grouping with people to have fun and help each other or only want to do what's best for your toon at the time? Have people grouped you in the past and passed the word you are bad? Do people even know or care who you are? It's a multi-player game... are you involved with multiple people? It's not everyone else's job to group you when you want to group. It's not everyone else's job to help and teach you when you want to learn. It's not everyone else's job to advance you and gear you so you can progress. If you don't care for the social aspect of a multi-player game, it doesn't care for you. Go play Mass Effect 3.
  22. There IS a luck factor but only in 1 of 2 attempts. Yes, a person can be tossed right after eating a ball or dropped from tossed right into a ball. This is how you should spend your 1 rez. Yes, Soa can bug-out and reset when almost dead. This is something BW needs to fix. The rest of the fight is practice, practice, practice... focus, pay attention, look for cues, and some more focus. There is a learning curve. Once you have beaten him and seen it done it becomes very easy. Some people may never "get it" because they aren't articulate or focused enough to make good on the "lucky" half of attempts. Sorry, but these people are bad and should stick to alts. Edit: the factor with keeping people in the middle is only really important with 2 sage/sorc healers to maximize efficiency of ae heals. That is your answer to that part of the question.
  23. Gamer : I play maybe 15 hours a week, including raids. My constructive use of time online affords me repairs for my above-mediocre guild to wipe a few times on mistakes in 8-man ops. I have about 1.5 mil in the bank. Entitlement: I pay 15 dollars a month to play this game. I deserve to be able to do laps around fleet station, cause 15 wipes a week for groups and wear the best gear in game while complaining everything requires too much effort. It's simple.
