Neither SOE nor BW has the "rights" to any Star Wars title. But you knew that. LucasArts as a subsidiary of Disney owns the rights to all things Star Wars and grants licenses to third parties to proceed with titles under pretty extensive conditional useage contracts. But you knew that. Yes, LucasArts renewed the name "Star Wars Galaxies" back in December. Yes, SOE made a crypic announcement alluding to former players of SWG "coming home" soon. Do the two events have anything in common? Spectulation only, but it sure does look like it. I'd say BW needs to get their ____ together. Between this and Star Wars Attack Squadrons it's going to be quite a challenge for them soon.

Black Desert is a title I am very much anxious to play. It also looks like a title I had better beef up my system to play as well.

Looks like a very unexpected and critical hardware/software error going on. All West Coast servers are down, so it's at the source of the feeder hub. Things break down eventually. Even the virtual world.

Codex needs its own window and a complete re-design plain and simple. Player frustration with it starts on Tython with not being able to enter Sateen and steam-rolls exponentially after that. We have to assume that BW knew about this game in development, so that leaves a few questions... Did they create GSF purposefully as an early out-of-the-gate response to this in the hopes of keeping players here when AS comes out? Why create and move GSF up in the work queue if Disney had licensed Area 51 to make a space battle game when so many enhancements, expansions, and changes are desperately needed? Why not just break GSF off and make it a stand alone Xbox One game (it clearly is anyway)? Why didn't BW just fix the space missions it already had in place (like simply taking the darn ships off the darn rails ). Was this just all about creating Cartel Market items? Now that BW has gotten this out of their system, can we PLEASE have... guild homes/ships, interior decorations for our own ships, same-sex companion romance, more races (e.g., Yoda's Species, Wookie, Togruta, etc., etc.), more faces/hairstyles/bodies, redesign Belsavis, redesign Corellia, new PvE sandbox worlds, new PvP sandbox worlds, option for even-level duels, give us a costume tab, more quick travel conduits, and blah, blah, blah... Oh, and give us a dang PvP Toggle Off! You know I love you SWTOR, that's why emotions run so deep.
