A group of 3 level 50's lf1m in fleet is still a group of 3 level 50's lf1m if a LFD tool is implemented. If that 4th level 50 isn't at the fleet, he is probably too busy to run the flashpoint. A LFD tool has to be cross server to be of any use in lowering queue times. I believe that the real issues is that the server populations are too small for pugs.

Exactly this. I had a blast in Wrath, Cata was fun to level but the Dungeons with the LFD were terribad. And to spite the PvPers, they took the epic gems and made them raid only. Blizzard catered to the Raiders with Cata and it is costing them. I assume that they will not be repeating this with Pandaland and from all accounts, Titan is going to be targeting the casual crowd. SWTOR is fun and I hope it stays that way.

Having experienced WoW pre/post LFD I do not wish to see it here. I assume that the Pro LFD group's main goal is to decrease queue times? Is this even possible without making it cross server? If you have 3 people spamming chat looking for a 4th...with a same server LFD tool wouldn't you still have just 3 people sitting in a queue waiting for a 4th?

My BH is 42 now, I forget this ability even existed as I removed it from the action bar the same level I trained for it. If I could get a refund from the trainer I would gladly unlearn it.

I used to use AVG Free. I tried MSE based on a WoW forum recommendation....MSE found a couple of things AVG had let thru. That was an eye opener.

I started playing on a laptop with an Intel 2.0 ghz dual core processor. It wasn't fantastic but was playable anywhere outside of Fleet and Warzones. Generally, if you are going to play on a laptop you need to be willing to spend some time optimizing it. There are some great guides that people have put together on this Forum. The game doesn't run so great so you have to tweak Windows and turn off all the clutter on your end. If you didn't uninstall Norton or whatever nonsense came on your system...good place to start. Microsoft Security Essentials is great and free.

Level 42 and have yet to see it. Is there something at 50 that I don't know about?

I get so bummed when the mods close down my favorite pointless threads! They are great fun to read when I can't play.

My understanding is that combat logs are in the works. This should be sufficient for those up against enrage timers.

I might make more of an effort to do them then. I'm running mostly in mod able gear and upgrading it myself with Cybertech. But the story would be worth it.

I know how you feel. My BH is level 39 and has done one flashpoint at the appropriate level. The leveling goes so fast that if you were doing FP's you would probably be out leveling your questing world. It would be nice if they had access points to the FP's on the planets...might have made things easier as going to the fleet is a lot of hassle and you would be around level appropriate players.

I don't care what BioLucas does. By the huge investment that they made in voice acting and the seemingly lack of care or polish on the combat system...it's pretty obvious to me where their focus has been. If I could force BioLucas to do something, it would be to make this a sandbox style mmo. But I read reviews and knew what this game was before I bought it and I'm wise enough not to waste my time trying to turn this into something that it is not. The game is what they made it, enjoy it or vote with your $ubscription and go elsewhere.

WoW implemented it and now nobody quests to level alts. You stand in SW or Org and queue up for BG's or Dungeons. Warcraft = Queuecraft SWTOR is built around questing, too much complaining on the forums about end game for it to be otherwise.

Maybe an MMO is not for you? Try Call of Duty, it's a lot of fun.

Oh Queuecraft, will we ever escape you? If people are running with their guilds, as really is the best policy, then what kind a queue times will the new server only dungeon finder have? I foresee a lot of QQ incoming about needing the dungeon finder to be cross server because it will still take just as long to find a group. I have not read about any dungeon finder being implemented, I really hope this is untrue.

Nope. Hype leads to dissapointment, it is always preferable to form one's own opinions. I also did not vote for our current president, so I have not suffered any dissapointment there either.

I'm on a PvP server and can't wait until my BH is 50 so I can roll a republic alt and experience all the world PvP. It really is hard to find jedi to kill. Just because people start on one side doesn't mean they will stay there. It just takes a while to get to max level. I tried rolling a SI, but there is way to much overlap in quests for me to enjoy another Sith character just yet.

Using the Naga here too. Just got a new computer and went to reinstall the drivers...the Naga software is cloud based now, you have to login to access your settings. I will buy a new mouse before I would ever deal with that kind of hassle. I did some experimenting, the Epic Naga software is fine for use with the standard Naga (so far) and isn't cloud based. Enjoy your new mouse, I love mine.

How about just removing the factions in Ilum? You could be randomly assigned to a Red/Blue team when you zone in instead. Far from ideal but I don't understand why you would have a faction vs faction zone in any game, they just don't ever seem to work. But I don't have a level 50 yet so maybe I'm talking gibberish.

Already done. It's not like they made this game in a cave cut off from the outside world. Combat log is coming for those who wish to parse.

Me either. I think it's due to the mechanics of how your companion and player party members receive your buff. I thought it was self cast only. D'oh!

Not much on the horizon either. I would prefer a sandbox mmo, I wish I had gotten to play SWG before they broke it, but I will be sticking around here until I stop having fun. It's a game, it's all about the fun.
