  1. Actually lots of casuals did rated BGs and /or arena in WoW. How good you are doesnt matter in team mased PvP, only thing that matters is how good your team is. There aint any way to measure personal performance in terms of contribution to end goal, thats why rated matches will be only for premades.
  2. altthough it most likely allow same faction matches in all WZs. My guess it will come at same time with cross server queue.
  3. Leaving out an good feature aint innovating. Its like leaving UI out of the game and say its innovating. You can check vid on my sig for more innovations of BW.
  4. Hardcore PvPrs always has best possible gear and optimal spec and most hardocre PvPrs will have different classes to play with basedon which is strongest or needed for the team. Your SWG achis doesnt mean anything at modern day PvP, its same as linking old vanilla system PvP ranks.

Current teams doesnt matter, we stacked classes also many times in random BGs but i can assure that even that WoW had fotm and must to have classes in PvP, there was class stacking at 2.3-2.8k rating. At average player level, there is other issues than class balance, which is lower skil and worse tactics ir execution of em.
  6. No one said that we need logs atm for current easymode boss fights, we are talking about having challenging boss fights in the future.
  7. Apart of quests voice acting, that is new only in MMOs, tell one innovative thing in this game new to MMORPGs.
  8. There wont be an single team that has 8 of same classes, there wont be a single team high rated that has 4 of same advanced class. Just like in WoW RBG there wasnt 8 mage teams, or 4 mage teams at top and same with any other class. There is better and worse specs and classes in the game but seeing sorcs or sages as somekinda godmode class that you just stack your whole team wont be the case in rated high rated WZs.
  9. I know exactly how teams are made in rated enviroment and i wasnt denying that ther is fotm classes adn specin rated WZs, and classes that are no existant in high rated teams. I was just asking why would any team take 8 sorcs or a sages in the team. And i know there aint much "known" PvPrs in this game anymore if there ever was and i am leaving too, sub runs out also today.
  10. Wasted on you maybe, but to keep steady subsriction base over a long period time games need addictive hooks and thats why every sub based game has that. Afterall, majority spends lot more time at 50 than at leveling after couple of months.
  11. Actually few hours per week for most aint true, MMORPG average player plays 21.7 hours a week according to studies. Average player plays few hours a day.
  12. I agree on that, i just said that there is man people doing it, and mainly for gear. There aint anything challenging in Pve or PvP atm, nigtmare modes are a joke in operations same goes for WZs, there is nothing to play for than gear atm, in either aspect.
  13. But every MMORPG developer has bunch of psychologists to help creating addictive features and content which is most important thing, they need to hook people into playing and pay monthly subs.

  16. Well there wasnt any significantworld PvP in the game, even in Vanilla it wasnt done by lots of people and at TBC world pvP was a small niche in the game. Major releases already shown that people aint interested of world PvP in masses, its not worth to design content that most dont want to do. What coems to your LFR that came in Cata, it might killed old created pug raids from WoTLK. IF your referring to LFD tool, it didnt lkill the "community" and was a huge success in terms of participation numbers in instances. Blizz knew exactly what majority wanted with LFG tool and flying mounts usable everywhere and they delivered on those parts. They also did lots of mistakes on other things on my personal oppinion but those 2 things were awesome features to majority.

  20. Actually most people that will play this game at coeanic are already playing it on US servers ad getting free migrates on oceanic servers. And what added content are you talking about?
  21. For many yes, i just wonder why it sold less in past 2 months than in release. All the ads in papers nowdays and its selling like ****. But we will see the real sub numbers in less than 25 days when 3 monthers are leaving, or staying.
