  1. I haven't played since Friday and only played for about a hour on Friday. I feel like if I play I'll be forcing myself to play not for the fun but just to level. I am still subscribed but at this point I'm seriously considering starting a new class or going back to playing Skyrim.
  2. I am losing the will to play as well. I started in early access and played in Beta, but I have only managed to level to level 40 so far. I haven't even logged in for 3 days and really have no desire to. It's not like I don't like the game, in fact I really enjoy the story but I really dislike the grinding feel of the game. The side quests are often boring and I'm tired of killing XX mobs over and over or clicking X switches on every quest just to see the next part of the story. I played WoW for over 5 years but I quit because it became boring, maybe MMOs aren't my thing anymore I don't know. This is really the first MMO I've tried to play in about a year and ultimately I love the storyline but hate the grindy nature of the game. I am still subscribed so maybe I will get back into it, I'm not sure. I would at least like to hit level 50.
  3. I don't believe SWTOR will fail. Regardless of what some people hope this game will be around for many years to come. However, if I find it is no longer enjoyable I would simply continue playing console games and I plan on trying Guild Wars 2. either way.
  4. I think DC UNIVERSE ONLINE did a great job with 1. The appearance tab, look how you want to look regardless of gear 2. Having a fast paced action oriented combat system 3. Having single man and 2 man instances where you teamed up with important well known NPCs that weren't worthless in combat.
  5. OK I'm ready to call it with 0.000001% of all players reporting in, I'm ready to declare SWTOR dying and soon to be canceled.
  6. Actually it's not my position. I plan on subscribing and I enjoy the game and believe it was worth the $60. What I feel are fair and honest answers are when people that say they will not be subscribing but admit that the game was still worth the $60 in entertainment value. Whether it's someone that complained about bugs or not having "X" features or not having content at level 50 or PVP being horrible whatever their reason they say they dislike the game, at least their honest enough to admit the game was still worth the $60 of entertainment.
  7. Hmm...I forgot about the CE. How much was that version?
  8. This isn't a thread about whether you will subscribe or not subscribe or have already unsubscribed this thread is about what the topic says. Was SWTOR worth the $60 you paid for it to you? Do you feel you got your money's worth? Did you get $60 worth of entertainment from playing SWTOR for a month? Personally I can honestly say I bought a lot of games in 2011 including but not limited to Portal 2 L.A. Noire Gears of War 3 Batman: Arkham City Forza Mortorsports 4 Uncharted 3 Ico/Shadow of the Collossus collection Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim DC Universe Online Mortal Kombat There is only one game I bought in 2011 that I have sunk more play hours into than SWTOR and that is Skyrim. Considering that I feel most if not all the games I listed were worth the purchase price of $60 and I actually got less hours of entertainment out of them than I have SWTOR so far I would consider SWTOR worth the $60 to me regardless of whether I subscribe or not. In my opinion I more than that got $60 worth of entertainment hours out of SWTOR so far. And you?
  9. I want this too, I gave my Jedi a Padawan hairstyle when I created him because it made sense but now thar he's a master I would like to change his hairstyle and maybe even give him some facial hair.
  10. Doesn't surprise me at all the last time I played WoW over a year ago it was a dead world/server everywhere but the main cities. Every zone was like a barren empty wasteland, even with the sharding in SWTOR I still encountered more players on a regular basis on every planet I played on than in WoW.
  11. It should of been part of the game, it was an integral part of the movies. A Sith would try to make a Jedi turn to the dark side and vice versa. It only makes sense that Sith would want to convert and recruit Jedi to the Empire. The 2 faction system doesn't make sense for every MMO.
  12. The conspiracy theorists that believe EA paid off every major website, magazine, or video game TV show to give SWTOR a good review I'm nearly positive are the same kind of people that believe that we never landed on the moon.
