Ghostcrawler is pretty much single handedly responsible for WoWs decline over the last few years, so I don't really consider him credible. Considering he is going to dumb the game down even further when MoP drops, I wouldn't put much faith in his words.

What? You could bid on your own auctions in WoW, I used to transfer things cross faction through the Gadgetzan AH all the time. Using a single account. That was back in the day before they allowed x-faction mailing, but regardless, you definitely were able to do it with a single account.

Exactly. The real issue here is people's own false expectations, they think Bioware can magically service millions of customers all at once. Clearly none of these individuals ever worked at a call center. PS: Blizzard's wait times at launch for ticket responses and out of game support often took weeks. Instead of praising them for what they have accomplished after having 7 years to do so, you (you meaning complainers in general, not the quoted user) should be praising Bioware for what they have managed to accomplish in a very short period of time.

It's not Shadows or Sins, either, which are your main examples for comparison. The conspiracy theory about Surge is exceptionally comical.

For many of us that vehicle starts up instantly. You list all the reasons people play MMOs as not being interesting or fun for you, so why are you even here? It's not hard to form a static group in a game where the max size is 4 players for a normal mode FP. If you don't consistently have 4 available friends or guildmates on at all times it might be time to reevaluate whether or not to join a new guild or make more than a small handful of friends. TLDR: You're doing it wrong.

People need to be held accountable for there actions. If Bioware adds a "fix" everytime someone becomes complacent and makes a mistake that was easily avoidable/preventable (resulting in some form of currency being spent), then people will just stop paying attention completely because they know they don't have to. There is a huge difference between a QoL fix and catering to the stupidity of a minority group of players.

Guard and Jugg have the best mitigation in the game and the hybrid vengeance specs are extremely powerful. You're just not the greatest with that particular class, despite what you may think. Your comments make it blatantly obvious that you have an extremely elementary understanding of how the mechanics for Juggs and Guards work. Time to do some homework and educate yourself.

World bosses take a maximum of eight minutes to kill. 8x20 = 160. The amount of time your guild has invested is trivial at best, time to stop calling what you've done an accomplishment. You farmed some stuff and now you're angry out of spite because others won't have to spend a whopping 160 minutes to "accomplish" the same feat. Drama......

SWG is dead. Time to accept it, and stop trying to force elements of a game you once loved into a game that is not designed for it.

There was a time in your gaming life that you didn't even know what the abbreviation DPS meant. Instead, you improved over time and learned how things work, just like anything else in life. Trying to single someone out as being "bad" when they are simply inexperienced and could use some practice/advice is exactly the attitude that has turned these games from a primarily social beast into a cesspool for youngsters to swim around in and splash all the adults.

So you ground out V65 and then decided the game was over? You're missing the entire point of having ground out that rank and gear if you're not even going to utilize it. Quitters never win, they do get stomped by legit PvPers though, every single day.

It takes an hour and a half to roll any new class and go 1-10. Another week and you're 50, assuming you have free play time regularly. It's quite a trivial amount of time spent, just reroll and be done with it.

If your companion isn't a part of the group, but three other players are, then no - you have absolutely no right to do so. That is straight up ninja'ing, whether you are willing to admit it or not. No amount of glossing over makes that deniable. You rolled on an item you yourself cannot use when another member of the group was able to use said item. That is the very definition of the term. Where do people come up with this garbage? Stop trying to justify being a greedy, self-entitled twirp and start conducting yourself like an adult.
