If you unsubbed anytime prior to today, you don't fall into that category and are entitled to nothing. I work eight hours a day, six days a week and I have two level 50s plus numerous alts in the 30s and 40s. There is no reason to not have a level 50 unless you were a turncoat son of a hutt and unsubbed because you didn't like the game. You all thought you were pretty clever when you were making threads talking trash about Bioware and broadcasting to the world that you were unsubbing - bet you don't now eh?

Bads will still be bad, good players will adapt and continue to destroy the bads. It was true for the last round of nerfs, and it will remain true after this round. If you're a Scoundrel claiming otherwise then you should probably step back and take a long hard look in the mirror because the real issue is your own lack of skill.

Pre-50, only the PvP Weapons have any Expertise on them. The 20/40 sets are just moddable pieces that generally have a decent look fitting of your particular class. Expertise is a stat primarily gained at 50, by aquiring PvP Gear.

No. Grade 4s are more than fine for the mission, purples is absolutely overkill. Any competent player can complete Sullust or Drexel easily as long as they have up-to-date modules and utilize the PCM properly. If you're, you're meaning anyone having issues, not able to complete it with a set of Grade 4s and the PCM then you are doing something seriously wrong. You should be completing it with half health at the very least if you are actually performing efficiently and effectively.

Sins and Shadows are the most well rounded melee ACs in the game. Vanilla Ret Paladin's were the redheaded stepchild of WoW, and only had auto attack and SoComm as there primary offensive attacks. They didn't even get a true melee strike until TBC. Trying to compare the two is absurd.

There is no need for double exp. If you can't even be bothered to spend a measly week or two leveling, then perhaps this isn't the genre for you.

I think both factions received pretty equal treatment, in my experiences. The Imp Fleet is slightly flashier in some spots than the Republic counterpart, but a few extra signs and different colors is hardly anything that would suggest a bias.

Interesting, and I agree that you should not be able to. Maybe someone has a friend they know who is unsubbed and can test it out? Then respond here accordingly, so we can determine whether it was legitimately changed and also that some users may be bugged and able to continue posting. All my friends are still subbed, and have been since early access, so I personally have nobody else to ask in order to yay or nay on the subject.

I was unsubbed last month for 48 hours while I waited on payday, and was able to access these forums exactly the same as when my sub was active. I suppose it's possibly a bug that only effects certain individuals, I'm curious to see what others have to say now that there appear to be conflicting statements.

Funny, my sub lapsed last month for two days and I was able to access the forums fine during the 48 hours that I was unsubscribed. Have you actually confirmed that you cannot? Or are you replying completely on third party statements and observations?

The community on these particular forums is pretty poor, imho, but that is only because you can continue to access the forums if you are not subscribed (a very poor decision that needs to be modified asap). The amount of people who unsubbed, yet still parade around here trolling, making absurd assumptions and just generally making a fool of themselves is quite large. I personally couldn't image having that much free time. The ingame community, at least on my main server (Ajunta Pall) is actually very decent. Of course it has it's bad apples, but every game/server does. That having been said, there are plenty of helpful individuals on AP and my other two servers (Krayt Dragon and The Maw), people willing to lend a hand, group with, or just chat to. The overall sense of community spirit is excellent, and that is rather refreshing to be entirely honest.

There will never be a rename option for your first name, however, the ability to change your Legacy Name is under development as we speak.

There's nothing silly about it, they are two separate classes, if you wanted to play a Mage in WoW instead of a Warrior you have no choice but to reroll. There is a reason that despite all the success and every convenience feature they have implemented (faction xfers and character xfers, etc...) that Blizzard hasn't implemented paid class changes. The same logic behind that decision applies to SWTOR as well. There will never be AC "respecs" (such a poor use of the term), ever.

So disable his attacks and only leave the healing abilities enabled. Boom! He'll never try to fist fight again.

Stop wasting credits on leveling your crew skills, you should have at least 2-300,000 credits at your level. It is insanely easy to make bank just by what you gain through leveling and selling trash. You are roadblocking your own progress. Ontopic: About 5.5 mil here across a few characters.
