I think a lower number would be more accurate representation of pve to pvp ratio. tip: Use lower number for more dramatic effect

Ill break it down for you: Obviously things didnt go as planned, They are very well paid developers, they wernt just sitting on their *** doing nothing. Take a look at the patch notes, they put in work. 1) They push the patch out with rated wzs broken result: community lashes out about ranked wzs being broken and exploited, free ranks given out, free gear earned for exploiting etc. 2)They hold back the patch. result: community lashes out for the next 2 months about the patch being held back for ranked wzs. 3)Hold back ranked wz, push out patch result: this. all in all, its damage control. They are doing what they can, and like someone said in another thread (or this one, im posting a lot tonight) If you are playing swtor for pvp, you are playing the wrong game for pvp.

Take 2 hours out of your week, go donate plasma, Acquire new vid card!!
