You dont have to play a cathar neitehr do you have to understand teh BW choice or their hype (neither do I)... SO just just throw Thundercat quotes at anyone actually playing a Cathar ingame then.

Suuuure OP, all your PVPbased "fixes" so gonna "safe" this game! PVP/PVE mixed content would totally p.. me off, btw. I still crave for pure PVE servers free of any PVP content, but thats gonna stay a dream.

The old masks were just player masks and I actually liked the new ones and didnt notice anything off or unfitting them. Anyone got a screenshot of the new ones maybe? But the question I got is, why did BW invest (waste?) the time and resources on creating animated special masks for the dread masters?

So what? Buy your saber hilt with daily comms but craft your own enhancments and color crystals and rakata! relics. That is 1 out of 4 "taken" from you. You just need to learn to deal.

Pick up Diplomacy as Crew Skill or do any Flash Point, because every Flashpoint will give Light/Darkside Points. (varying around 50-200 each run) No Daily or Weekly gives Light/Darkside Points. At 50 you could simply solo the lower Flashpoints in Story Mode, no xp, little cash, but full alligment and social points (later only if you dont do it alone)

Same point as in having any other companion of course. PVP folks cant understand one of couse, though.

I think any MMORPG with a monthly description should have a free trial acess, be it a trial-island or open acess to the starting areas. Normal games give free2play trial versions, too.

It is Legacy wide and it is explained in detail ingame on your Legacywindow. You get the unlock for the companion bonus not for max affection but for getting through all the conversations with that companion. And last conversation usually becomes available during last story chapter and an affection in the mid 9000s.

This suggestion is due to the really long loading times for Corellia. Please, make it so, that one can enter the Black Hole directly without having to load Corellia first. Maybe a selection box when leaving the player ship for Corellia? (Should be an easily added feature, shouldnt it) While a lot of people dont have issues with the load times, a lot of us are suffering really long load times. Corellia takes several minutes (like 5!) to load for me and being able to enter Black Hole directly would be absolutly great. I got 3 lvl50s now, that go to Black Hole once a week for the [Weekly] and thats a lot of time staring at the loading screen, just to have the chars travel between Fleet (because of GTN and the odd FP group) and the Black Hole. Thank you! (PS: saving for a SSD but that will take some time still)

Not to die until 50 is easy... avoid all Heroics, avoid all bosses, avoid doing Flashpoints and avoid anything that may even look challenging... also be a tank with healer pet ...which means that you will never reach lvl50 because you die of boredom first. This is the reason why there is no achievement title for not dying til 50, because being boring is none. ..and you can die in space missions, seen my ships explode before. That totally counts as dying in my books, even if you dont have to repeair your ship afterwards. 8))

I dont play on Fatman, but I find it more likely people transfer their old chars to their new server. So the question is, what happens with the double Legacy? (My guess is that one is deleted either automatically or by player choice)

Noon is NOT prime time. Prime Time is in the evenings, say 6pm to 12am cet. The current patch times only bother those, who do not have a day job or dont go to school. So sorry, you can rave all you want about this, but it will not change. Get a dayjob or go back to school or whatever and you wont even notice the patch times.

I enjoy the VO and think it has to stay on a high lvl. There are so many random NPCs in the game that I am sure they use random BW employees for them (anything else would be a dumb waste of money), BUT for anything some NPCs says your char will answer something and on player chars and companion BW is "stuck" with the original voice actors to create new content. Having a player char or companion say stuff witha different voice would totally suck.

pre Vader Anakin had visible Sith corruption in the end, with vains and yellow eyes. However, I dislike that my Sith Pureblood turned pink. I also dislike that the corruption turns the sides of the mouth dark... makes my chars look like they are either sick or really big "Joker" Fans (as in wearing all smeared up makeup)

I want the LFG tool like yesterday. And with LFG tool I mean a true LFG tool and not an auto-match-auto-group-up-and-port-urlazyass-intothenextFP tool! As it is now, if you want to find a FP group you have to hang out in Fleet (extremely boring, I wasted hours and hours this way by now) With 200 people in Fleet it doesnt take that long to find a group, but with 50 people in Fleet folks pop in, see not many on and considering it pointless to even look and then just go somewhere else, making it increasingly difficult to find any group except at peak times in the evening. With a good LFG tool, you can go planetside doing dailies, space missions, story, whatever. A good LFG tool does not auto-group you but simply makes it easier to find other people, wherever they are: You log in, open the tool, mark what you would like to do and then either wait until someone with a group contacts you or you check the toolfor existing group in need of more players or you start a group and start contacting people. Right now barely anyone uses the LFG flag and if someone does you dont even know what role they are fullfilling and if someone added a bit more information to his LFG flag text you cant even read it!

If it is labeled LEGACY, then it should be a global unlock. There is no point in making it character-specific, since the unlocking legacy level ist global anyway and what is the point in having people transfer credits to each (lower) char for the unlocks? Just make it global, thus it is one (expensive) achievement, if it is char-specific it just gonna be a lot of (annoying) cash mails.

Just play other games during downtimes. Patchtimes r part of life of any good and evolving mmorpg. Heck, how old r u that u think BW would switch servers on and off at ur liking? BW is looking at what times is affecting the least players globally, or u truly think their techs love to pull the plug in the middle of the night? (2am their time!) BW is patching announced and usually needs a lot less time than the ETA. Since I am used to unnanounced downtimes that r a lot longer than the way too late announced ETAs, I think BW is doing an AWESOME JOB here! In europe the Tue patch is when most people r at work or in school, thats a good pick, europe servers usually get a lot less lucky on that one.

Seriously, if this was my forum I would not allow advertisement for other games here and delete such threads asap. GW1 was boring after the initial 20 lvl story and GW2 will be no different. Maybe I will check it out but only because its F2P.

I couldnt disagree more. My trooper dps commando goes with a dps companion (Yuun now, since I cant stand that thundercat dude), kill fast, pull aggro on urself, use knockbacks and snares to laugh at melee NPCs and throw the odd heal on urself. With heal companion the fights feels a lot longer, resulting in me taking a lot more dmg and the freeze skill of Elara is pointless, since i break it with AE in a jiffy. tank companions just make me scale down my own dps because they need too many heals or die. With my SI dps Sorc i made the mistake to concentrate on Xalek, thinking he was a cool dps tank with his double-bladed saber and his ae lifetap, but he is BUGGED. Worst companion ever until his absorption and shield ratings get fixed! While my SW tank Jugg is very happy with healer companion, having the option to live through long fights vs tough boss NPCs too. Or with other words, except for the bugged trash like Xalek, any companion can be a good match, just depending on your playstyle and spec.

****... good post! There is no way to check the base dmg/rating of any weapon or armorpiece right now. Well, exect to ripp everything out first and inspect the empty shell. I simply assume -until NOW!- that alls weapon shells for a certain type and all armor slot for a certain armory type and slot would have the same base dmg and would only differ based on the mods. So either this is a huge flaw or maybe maybe maybe you found a single bugged weap with the WH sniper or the custom sniper not having the correct base dmg a "sniper rifle" should have. Cant be item lvl, right? the WH sniper and elegant custom sniper are both lvl50 items? First thing Ill do when I am home is get on my Artificer and compare base dmg of the schematics for the lvl20 and the lvl50 lightsaber shells!

- Separate buffs, self-proc buffs, and debuffs please. Especially the situational proc buffs, there are lots of those in the game for all classes and all of them are critical for combat and usually got a very short duration and are hard to see/notice. - seperate the resource counter (energy/ammo/heat) bars, eg so one is able to move the hp and char window to the top and leave the combatimportant resouce counter somewhere in the center. - add a grid to help allign windows in UI customize mode, incl. a "snap this window to grid" button - when in customization mode a window is selected it gets an overlay that hightslight that window and shows it name, add an option to fade or turn off that overlay because it makes alligning windows very difficult. - add a way to load/safe keybinding profiles or at least an option to export the current chars keybindings to all other chars on the same account. - add some color schemes. Maybe even a dynamic colorscheme that adjusts itself to the chars dark/lightside points? Which would be a cool feature for someone like me, playing a lot of different chars on the same UI profile. - add a scale option for secondary windows, having them on global scale only sux, because now you have to adjust their size first and cant change them afterwards unless you want to readjust all others primary windows again one by one too. Great job on the customizable UI, I was truly impressed once it came live. (though at least a pre-version of it should have been there since release)

Yes, I totally LOVE standing on fleet for hours trying to find an FP group and not having any chance at all finding a FP group when on the planet either levelling or grinding dailies. As it is now, I go (with alts) to fleet between planets, try to find a FP group for like half an hour to an hour and then continue on next planet... with the result that I getting alot of boring time and that my alts are missing out on the mid range FPs. I want that LFG tool badly.

Yes, it also makes accessing your account impossible if your security key bugs eg when your phone crashes, you get a new phone or the hardware gets wet or your screen flickers too much for it or whatever.
