  1. Balance the shared tree compared to the hybrid is absolutly gimped. Balance: Both instant Top damage ability: sever force- single target 1500. 11 point ability: force in balance multiple target~1300 aoe telekinetic: Top damage ability: single 3000 (1.5 sec cast) 11 point ability: tele wave multiple target ~2600 aoe (3.0 sec cast) Hybrid gets instant 11 point ability: force in balance multiple target~1300 aoe 11 point ability: tele wave multiple target ~2600 aoe (3.0 sec cast) Yes both tele and balance (shared tree) wear a gimp suit when talking about the hybrid dps spec.
  2. - The class is not op but 2 of the 3 trees for sages are broken, roll a telekinetic (gimp suit tree) and then complain the class is OP.
  3. How about fixing the 31 point telekinetic tree. Top of the tree instant crit 2.8k 1.5 second cast lol

  5. Vanguards are very powerful in pvp but op..... They have not way to avoid fights, no stealth, no heal all they get is good dps. They have great control and that pull is very useful but thats what the class has it is balanced around going into every fight. I struggle to beat them with a sage straight as it should be and they only have one chance to catch me if I decide to run away.

  7. Sages have the same problem with an interupt. No burst damage is our problem.
  8. +1 melee has forms they benefit from. What would be the benefit of granting the two forms if its bh like damage spike count me in.
  9. Stop the presses: Balance must mean one button pvp. We must fix Mara, Sin and Operative to spam a single attack that does next to no damage compared to their several burst attacks.

  12. No, taking auto face would ruin any sort of cast. Since you could just run through the person. You would have to implement casting on the run for that to make sense.
  13. Your numbers are off. As a sage I get hit by opps for 3k, 3-5k and 2-3k on crits. Most sages do not make it out of stun.

    lvl 10s in some greens and blues get values to main stats and endurance similar to lvl 50 cent gear. level 20-39 is actually the ones at a disadvantage not lvl 10s in terms of hp and damage. Armor rating though does not improve accordingly though and hence lvl 10s get eaten in the damage they take.

    Telekinetic Sage

    I switched from a full tele to the hybrid spec you mentioned about a week ago. It is much better at everything than a full tele. However regardless of the spec being decent, 1v1 with almost any class the sage still loses, unless you are better geared. Though the original post is more related to the telekinetic, I am curious as to what would improve it to be viable in PVP.
  16. At lvl 50 sorcs are actually weak when compared with other classes. Operatives can kill a sage before the stun wears off. Bh put so much damage down that a sage cannot compete. Melee tears sages up. All a sage can do is dot and run away. While all classes have a method of slowing, or closing the gap between sages. At sub 50 yes sages can be op, at lvl 50 pvp only healing and hybrid is viable. Truth.

    Telekinetic Sage

    A full 31 point telekinetic sage is a non viable option for PVP play. At lvl 50 all sages are hard to play but a full tele build is useless. What changes do you think would have to be made for it to be viable and competitive with other classes such as gun commando etc. Remember tele sage has longer cast times than gun commando and much less damage. On a side note what is the sage's hard counter in pvp? It seems to me that almost all classes can take one down quickly 1v1. Even balance and hybrid sages are weak 1v1.
  18. level a sorc to lvl 50 enter pvp and then come back. I have done it they are not op except maybe the hybrid spec. The truth is that the dps sage telekinetic is very underpowered.
  19. So far Gear dependent: Agent/Smuggler, Sent/Mau, Sage (Damage) Sages are dependent on gear for damage not defense (abilities)
  20. In terms of what damage output? Health? poetic literature? From my experience all classes are equally dependent and balanced without gear, though I wanted to see what other members of the community thought on this topic.
  21. I was open for a pass but the ballcarrier did not see me. I decided ok he is in trouble let me pull him to me. I was right behind a acid pit, he died shortly after and lost the ball.
