  1. Will we ever get playable races that are not 99% human, and if so can we change the races of existing characters at that time?
  2. All the schematics are cheap on the marketplace. Level 2 and level 4 items are not worth crafting, you can get by just fine with standard items. Only 5 of the 6 purple level items have schematics. The 6th piece is a reward the first time you do the highest level space mission.
  3. L. M. A. O. Seriously though, I've very happy to see this change.
  4. All I know is my red twi'lek Inquisitor turned PINK at Dark III, so I turned off the corruption since I couldn't take a PINK sith seriously.
  5. I couldn't agree more. I literally get angry at the game every time this happens between chapters. I can't imagine how this kind of thing survived beta.
  6. I'm going to bump until I get a Bioware answer. I've asked nicely for two months, now I'm demanding.
  7. http://www.penny-arcade.com/2012/02/14/swtor3 I couldn't agree more. I literally get angry at the game every time this happens between chapters. I can't imagine how this kind of thing survived beta.
  8. Is your argument, everyone sucks so it's ok to suck?
  9. It's not as if Shadow abilities cost less. Everything uses it. I'm not understanding why Sages get a good amount and Shadows do not.
  10. What is up with this??? During my final cutscenes with my Inquisitor, I was hitting the screenshot button a lot. Sometimes they took. Sometimes they did not. I see no rhyme or reason. One cutscene is no different than any other, why is there this invisible restriction? This is extremely disappointing.
  11. Your opinion offends me. If races were meaningless, there would only be one, not 5 to choose from. A lot of people enjoy the process of character making beyond getting the best stats. Most people at least want to look a certain way.
  12. So it comes down to either putting Khem or Zash in the mind prison. The last 20 conversations I've had with Khem have gone like this: "Master, help me get my body back and I will follow you forever. Help me help me ZOMG PLZZZ HELP" So it comes down to it, I refuse to help Zash, and I lend my strength to Khem. I lose -140 points with him. W. T. F.
  13. I've read time and again that "Legacy is not JUST for alts!" but I can't find any details. Are there any?
  14. Selkath. Anomid. Sluissi. Khil. First of all, it's Basic, not Standard. Second of all, not one single person who's used that argument knows what they are talking about. Every time I read on the forums "this race can't speak Basic," I can think of at least one EU example of them doing so. And for those people who aren't EU fanatics, just use your brains. Could YOU say all the things a Jawa says? Yes. Therefore, a Jawa could say all the things you say. Ergo, a Jawa has the capability to speak Basic. Sheesh. And even for the ones who really can't, that's not a problem. The Anomid, who are in this game, use voice synthesizers to speak basic. You're telling me it's beyond imagination that other races could use a similar technology? It's no more unbelievable than all of my characters being fluent in a dozen alien languages, including ancient and forgotten Rakatan. So basically, your point is completely and totally invalid on every level.
  15. I would rather play on an empty server than a server with queues.
  16. As a sorcerer, I'm finding this IMPOSSIBLE. This fight DESPERATELY needs a tweak. I completely skipped this guy. Flat out have not finished the planet yet. I completed the Voss BONUS quest and have started Corellia before beating this guy. How messed up is that, Bioware? How messed up is that?
  17. The lack of REAL aliens has always been the #1 problem with the game, and the fact that we are not getting any any time soon is pretty near game-ruining. By the time they get around to it (if ever,) all the real players will have all the characters they want already.
  18. My Knight, my Trooper, and my Inquisitor have all encountered the exact same problem on Voss. You can get through the first three-quarters of the planet without much problem. Then BLAM Brick wall. Suddenly, violently, you are way, way under powered. Let me explain how I level. I do all the quests, and I do 90% of the bonuses, and I do all the bonus series as soon as they are available. I do the space missions every time I'm in my ship. I craft rare/blue items religiously and spend my commendations wisely, so what I have equipped it worlds beyond what I'm always offered as quest rewards. Do you know what this should mean? This should mean that, since I've gotten bonus, extra, non-mandatory XP, and since my gear and my companion's gear is twice as good as the things they offer to give me, (which should be perfectly adequate themselves, since, you know, the game is trying to give it to me at that point in time,) that ALL means I should be kicking PvE *** up AND down BOTH sides of the street. This is not what is happening on Voss. You do one quest after the other, they are all fine and doable... then comes the one. The one where no matter how many stims you chug, now matter which companion combo you try, no matter how often you try to interrupt, that mission boss is just impossible. And you still have 90% of level 46 to go through before you can get to level 47. If this happened once on one faction, it could be a fluke. But no. The last questing area of Voss needs a nerf, and it needs to happen before any of my other characters get to that godforsaken planet. Up until this one point, everything is balanced pretty alright. A person can be caught up without much difficulty all throughout the game, WITHOUT having done any silly Flashpoints or PvP, until this point. Then suddenly... ugh.
  19. "ability to destroy community" Does anyone who uses this phrase actually know what it means? I have no idea what this means. Community? We don't go to neighborhood watch meetings and hang out and BBQs. This is an internet game. We are all strangers. If you don't want it to be that way, form a guild of all the other complainers who feel just like you do. That way, you have your very own, special, exclusive community. Problem solved, stop crying.
  20. I really, really hope they do this, and that then all the people who don't like it will quit. That would make me SOOO happy...
  21. Who would play Empire more than once? The Republic leveling experience is far from perfect, but the Empire... DAMN. It's like, the level design and leveling teams worked on the Republic experience, then, quit and moved onto other things, and gave the job of creating the Sith experience to the C team. Not even the B team, they had better things to do. I mean, Imperial Taris & Belsavis... Nuff said. Nuf said.
  22. Am I reading this right? The only "new" species we are getting are species that are ALREADY playable, just for new classes. And they didn't say a thing about changing character's species. All of the rage I felt when I first learned we weren't getting any REAL aliens as character choices is coming back to me.
