This game has been boring for quiet some time and I honestly hated the healing as it is. I put out some awesome numbers but it's just not there against coordinated teams. After reading 1.2 patch notes, I un-subbed my 75 Sage.

Oh, yea.. being out played.. You know, cuz it's very hard to go in, tag the guy who is capping, pop your defensive cooldowns and hold out as long as possible, right up to the point where your buddy is taking his 2-3 sec speeder ride back down to do the same thing. That's not being out played... that's baddies hanging on, desperately, because the game allows them to cuz of horrible game design. Trust me, if each one of your death, took away 1-3 points from the total socre, like it should, we'd be singing a different toon right now... cuz baddies who die 15 times per game and then talk ****, even if they posses no skill at all, would be the ones crying cuz they get beat by being "out played".

This game is nothing bug a giant PVE fest... even in PVP. It rewards stupidity and suicide over smart play and killing your opponent. This will never work in competative enviroment since objectives are so easy to take and the game's respawn/death system is horrible. It actually encourages baddies to die over and over again because even if they die 20 times, which I've seen numerous times, they can still win and get rewarded for it.

None, Sorcs are getting a buff in 1.2. People gonna ***** about it but Sorcs are completely useless when fighting good melee trains or anything else on the smaller scale/good teams side.

This HAS everything to do with WZs. I come here and read the forums and I HONESTLY think that 99% of people who play this game, either play a different game or are completely missing any brain cells. I mean, I do play with a great bunch of people.. Most of our mains are all 80+ but... outside of me, NOBODY plays a Sage in my guild. 4 other guys re-rolled Sentinels and Vanguards and it's just beyond stupid how amazing the classes are. The vanguards, assault spec, posses burst damage that's basically un-matched by any other class and on top of that, as far as objective and team play goes, they have a pull and their two taunts.. The Sentinels on the other hands... they have the best, sustained single target damage in this game.. especially Watchmen. They hit CRAZY hard.. and it never ends. Not only that, but the amount of defensive abilities is just ridiculous. I've said this many times before, a good Sentinel/Mara will last longer with 1% HP then most other classes going from 100% to dead.

The funniest thing about PVP and Bioware and all the PVE'iers hating and calling PVP the minority... As per Bioware devs, people doing PVP in this game has surpassed anything they have expected. They litereally had a post saying that and they even said that they have doubled their PVP dev team to deal with the issues in the game. I just think that any modern game has to have a good PVP component, if it wasn't longevity.

I feel bad for you... All healers getting somewhat if an improvement on healing in 1.2 as per Georg Zoeller.

Sages can't do 1/3 the burst damage that PTs can , lol.

Post a screen shot of this ridiculous amount of damage and healing. P.S. If you do the top 5 damage and healing, I'm going to backhand your *** through the PC screen.

I'll see if I can run my fraps tonight and then do some duels while clicking. I don't see why you wouldn't be able to click and strafe especially with the 1.5 sec GCD in this game. idk, strafing is nothing more keeping your target in LoS as you're kiting and even in melee situation, when getting circle strafed, you should be able to circle strafe yourself by just holding down your strafe keys and then the opposite camera control key.

You can strafe and click, I'm going to fraps it tonight when I get back home. However, I know some amazing players that click but all in all, your skill will improve if you key bind, if nothing, your imput will improve just by a bit which will make your life a lot better especially in small fight situations.

Here is what I can't fathom as a pearson who ABSOLUTELY hates keyboards and PC gaming... yes, I grew up with a console so I don't really care for the over priced piece of hardware that never seems to work when you you need it... look at this game and Ilum for example. Majority of these "key binders" say that it's impossible to move and strafe while clicking, seem to be the clickers themselves. How does one strafe with the mouse? It's not possible. My strafe keys, are bound to the keyboard and then the most neccesarry abilities, especially my instant heal and shield on the sage, are bound to the closest buttons next to the strafe keys... rest of my keybinds are on my mouse, 1-9, which are modified by alt and shift, which are bound to buttons right underneath my space bar and make my life a whole lot better. I do wanna say one thing. You can strafe and click at the same time. You can move and kite and click at the same time. Nothing changes between kiting and strafing while clicking and while using the mouse. It's not like you have to hold your mouse to strafe, it's done vie key input.

Look at the screen shots I posted. You can clearly see 4 of them same ones in both... and they aren't COMING close to killing anyone, lol... Not only that but there was like 6 in the first SS and two off them left, after they got annihilated right at the start.

Did you see the horrible Sage armor, lol? It looks like someone took a brown tarp and stretched it out, really, really far and then of course, they forgot to cover their arms for some odd reason. I have no idea how that armor is going to look on a male but I assume it will look like the rest of our drag queen/hobo armor. Seriously, if I ever meet the lead Art Dev, I'm going to kick his gonads into the stratosphere.

Sages don't kite people, Sages TANK. (Like a boss ) To be honest with you, with the way roots and leaps work in the game, this is excluding the Melee Operative, there is no such thing as kiting in this game. Maybe some limited forms of it in 1v1 situations but any fight that bigger then that, you're rooted in place and getting gang banged by melee and or range, which all posses roots and leaps that interrupt and such even if full resolve bar. Sages is the perfect example of a class that seems much greener on the other side. 99% of them suck for that exact reason. Most are just cannon fodder spamming one attack which then prompts the other cannon fodder to come to the forums and cry about them. Edit: Just to be clear with all the QQ'ers about Backlash. The ability was in the healing tree back in the beta and right before the game live, they moved it from healing into the Lightning tree. This is of course for the same exact reasons that they'll most likely move it back... the QQ'ers. Irony at it's best right here.

Explanation? Unlike the 99% of completely terrible players that come here and post 10 reasons why Mara's are gimped, or Sorcs are OP, that guy actually plays the game like it's supposed to. If I posted screen shots of the two sentinels I play with, doing 600+k damage constantly in WZs, people would probably tell me I photo-shopped them.

Lol, that's exactly what went through my head... I have no idea why people accept mediocrity... I guess something is better then nothing but my god, all of the Sith armor looks 100x better then the Republic.
