  1. Oh, yea I agree. I played with two of the best Melee OP back in the beta and even with a nerf, the class is just fricking ridiculous after they hit 40+. Nobody can get up from one stun cuz they hit so hard. This is a running joke in my guild right now. Literally, if you wanna win all the WZ just pick one of our 50 Smuggs to join your group... People fall over like they're stones.
  2. Utterly the most OP class I have ever seen... in any MMO I have ever played. Our level 50 guys pretty much pop on someone and they're dead. Tanks, healers or whatever else if you wanna win in this game, get some of your people to level them up, lol.
  3. You have to be level 50. You have to trade in 200 Warzone and 200 Mercenary commendations for a Champion's Bag which has a chance at one piece of Champ gear and generally between 3-5 Centurion tokens. The PVP daily you do at 50 also rewards one bag. The PVP weekly you do at 50 rewards 3 bags. Oh, you can also trade in Warzone comms at 3:1 ratio for Mercenary so you could, for 800 Warzone comms, buy one bag at a chance for gear and comms.
  4. I'm 400 Artifice here and I can make level 47 Orange crystals. So far I'm up to 31 Endurance and 31 Crit on the purples.
  5. Nice man! I'm gonna load it up just to give you more views! I hope you guys are doing well now that the beta is long gone.

Well, this is how it works. As far as Biochem is concerned, they DO get purple Stims and Health Pots that are on two min cooldown and NEVER run out. However, they MATCH the green in effect and the only difference between the green/blue/purple is the lenght of the time it lasts and the ability for them to last through a death. If you're soloing a lot without a guild, then by all means go ahead and pick up Biochem. If you have a guild and good buddies in it, they can either supply you or give you pots and stims to use. I have 400 Artifice/Treasure Hunting/Archeology aright now and I like it a lot to be honest. I'm already making purple crystals, hilts and mods and they're selling for like 50-75k creds per... I mean, my level 47 purple orange crystal with 31 endurance and crit sells for 75k creds in seconds... since the second best thing on the AH is like a level 21.
  7. I have lost like 4 Warzones since this game started. One Huttball and few Voidstars... but that's cuz it was like 3 AM and we were all half asleep. There is plenty of higher level Imps on this server but the reason we rolled Republic was to smash them... and it's working out.
  8. I just hit 50 on my Sage. This will be the 6th time from when I started playing Closed Beta last December. A. Healing Trace is god mode since you regen force while you cast it. B. Fully specced Cleanse and HoT cost no force so you can easily use them to keep people topped off without expanding ANY force at all C. If by some miracle you start loosing force, Healing Trance crits proc a FREE Noble Sacrifice, which then infact means that if you know what you're doing, you'll pretty much NEVER run out of force in PVE D. If by some chance or skill, you actually wanna multitask and DPS and heal, you Balance/Seer and spec full TK and Presence of Mind. You'll do a TON of damage by spamming TK which then regens 1% of your force per hit which then procs your Presence of Mind and keeps it up pretty much full time, which then means that you can Weaken Mind and Mind Crush insta any time you feel your group is set on heals. E. If you're bellow 50... do me a favor and shut up. Sage is an amazing class in every department. Healing or DPS or both at the same time.
  9. No such thing as a pure healing set. You have one with higher endurance and lower willpower and then you have an assortment of different stats. You have some alacrity on it but nothing amazing to the point where you say, "I'm getting that just to heal." I have a full set of Blue's.. Mediocre stats on them, mostly Willpower/Endurance/Power. The expertise addes does give you a bit of an advantage. Wrist and Belt do no thave expertise on them and the 46 Saber is kinda bad. I crafted a Radiant Blade for myself with custom mods and then took out the Mod out of the 46 Saber and placed into that. The Radiant Blade is better then the highest level PVP Saber right now since I added 47 purple Orange Crystal I crafted and a 49 Purple Hilt, I'm up to 120 Endurance and almost 90 Willpower on it. I've just started collecting Champion's Bags. So far, I've only gotten Centurion Tokens out of them... Surprisingly, you get about 4-5 per bag if you don't get a armor piece, so it's fairly balanced grind for that gear. Also, no set bonuses on these basic sets. Soon as I start equiping the higher level ones, I'll get back to ya.
  10. I've played a Sage/Sorc for almost a year now in the closed beta.
  11. http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#600GGMRbd0zZrZfMzRs0z.1 There you go. TK main source of damage as no cooldown and cost no force, as the 1% return actually regens more force then spent and of course, you get a Presence of Mind proc that's pretty much up full time. This then allows you to easily do very good damage with a insta cast Mind Crush, Weaken Mind and Force in Balance. If you wanna DPS instead of healing, you can easily and get top numbers. You can also get the 2.5k damage medal if you pick up the damage buff and crit on Force in Balance. You still pretty much have your whole Seer tree and if you want, you can easily top the healing numbers as well. If you're good enough, you can top both of them at the same time.
  12. I'm gonna have to disagree with that statement, lol. Consulars, especially Sages, can and should be the best PVP class in this game, depending on the player of course. So far at level 27, I've put up 300k damage and 100k healing at one time. Generally speaking, I'm around 150k healing/damage done currently. I just hit 45 so I can effectively pick up very nice DPS abilities while still retaining the majority of my heals. This means that: A. If needed, you can easily dispatch of most people 1v1 and even 2v1. In Alderaan for example, I can easily hold one flag for minutes against multiple opponents by kiting and interrupting their caps, while my team does work on the other side. This of course can change the outcome of a game. B. The ability to crit over 2.5k with Force in Balance and then heal, VERY EASILY, for over 2.5k will results in two medals. Getting to 75k healing and damage should be fairly easy as well, as long as you know how to play and allow yourself ONLY to DPS when you know your team is safe without healing. This way you can win warzones and end up with 8+ medals per match. C. Yoda was a Consular Yea, that's about it. As far as the Consular is concerned, it's by far the most complete class. The trees work very well with each other and if you know what you're doing, you can easily be the deciding factor in winning or loosing a Warzone.
  13. Simple and short. Raid frames DO NOT update properly. This issue has always happened in this game, even going back to August when I started playing the closed beta. Either Bioware is going to give this some serious looking or they're going to loose a lot of customers. Game crippling bugs like this shouldn't be in game for more then a few days yet here it is, 8 months after the Devs knew about it.
  14. The title says it all. We need a forum that's a bit more intemate and less spam-filled then the general forums. I've just hit 30 and I've noticed quiet a few peeps that have tested this game with me, going back all the way to the December of last year. Making any personal threads about our fights in Warzones and such is pretty much out of the question when it comes to the current forums..
