Why don't you compare it to other Sci-Fi MMO's like EVE Online, Star Trek or the upcoming MechWarrior?
EVE is completely different and cannot be compared with really, as for Star Trek, well that particular MMO is such garbage that it would be rather insulting if it was compared to SWTOR.
Only good thing in STO is character creation.

You know, I'd LOVE to see a queue right about now.
I see queues on my server ToFN on regular basis recently, new people are coming and it looks like plenty of people have re rolled there.

They need to modify and allow Kaliyo to be a same sex romance option, seriously, it's very obvious that Bioware had something like that in mind when they created Kaliyo in the first place and wrote her dialogue.

SWTOR rocks in my opinion and will continue growing and improving, i am most definitely not interested in the competition MMO's.
Nothing tops Star Wars in my book.

I believe that the Legacy system is going to add a whole new level of depth to this game for a long time,sounds great.
I agree, it will be a great addition to the game.

Realizing that, try this. Read a post out loud, using all of the punctuation and pronouncing words as they are spelled. If someone were to be in a physical conversation do you think that things like being able to pronounce the words they're saying and put the words where they are supposed to go in a sentance will make them sound more or less credible?
If someone does not understand the english language particularly well, why should I accept that they know the nuances of a system being discussed in english?

Actually, you didn't until just now. But you'll find that things like grammar, punctuation and spelling WILL make you seem more trustworthy in general.
You need a reality check, English is not everyone's first language here and comments like this makes you look ridiculous.

Legacy looks good to me, really interesting.
However i am of the opinion that we need a few more character slots once it gets implemented, i saw many topics about this so i am under the impression that no one would really mind having a few extra slots.

Because the game is great and on top of that it's Star Wars we are talking about here, competition with it's generic fantasy crap cannot top SW as far as i am concerned.

Not beef but theres a thread on the forum talking about people leaving and stuff...theyre canceling subs.
I still see a bunch of whiners on the forum saying they are canceling subs, they started saying that three months ago and yet they are still here with the same crap story, hilarious really.

I would be more than pleased if they would gave us a few additional character slots, they are needed with the upcoming legacy system and i am sure absolutely no one would mind a couple of extra slots.

What's obvious is this is an amateur dev crew that has no idea what they're doing and that has been obvious from the start.
They are in way over their head.

Just got an email from you know who about their scroll of resurrection. They're now giving away every expansion including cata free to people that come back and you can create a level 1 character and immediately boost it to level 80 as well as a free faction and server change. If $10 off swtor for 1 day only at amazon = swtor is dead, what does the new scroll from you know who mean?
It means SWTOR is a success and it also means that the ones you mentioned are bleeding subs like an artery cut in half, so they had to lay off 600 employes in the process and then issue a statement how all is good and going as planned.

December 15th start of staggered launch - Game sucks, will be dead on launch
December 20th - Game will be dead after free 30 days
January 20th - Game will be dead mid-way through Feb, Bioware just got lucky
February 20th - Don't worry, wait til March....
yet 1.2 is right around the corner but lemme predict what it's gonna be next
March 20th - Game will be f2p by summer
