  1. Not sure if this should be in here or in the Jedi Guardian subforum but I have a question for the devs that they will hopefully answer in this weeks Q&A. My question about the Jedi Guardian is, why did you make the changes that were made for 1.2? I, and many other JG players alike, feel that you did nothing to improve the tanking tree. It looks more like you guys took a shot at the Hybrid tank specs (18/23/0 for example). Why did you guys take out the Protector perk from the vigilance tree (would rather have it in the defense tree) and why wasn't the defense tree buffed up even more so that we could keep threat on mobs, instead of just single targets (Sure the boost the guardian slash is nice, but our threat is still single target)?
  2. Good tanks know how to float their guard from target to target
  3. If you are having a problem with this, then you really need help. Not hard to figure out left and right, east and west, and grass or snow. I understand them all. Adapt or die and L2P.
  4. I really don't see a problem with this, since Guards/Jugs have either a 9 or 12 second cooldown on their sweep/smash, depending on how they spec. So for 9 - 12 seconds they are completely useless in damage because their only skill that is actually useful is there force sweep/smash. Yea they crit like a crazy (Because of the focus spec/whatever the shared tree for the jug is), but you should be able to kill them before they get a third one off.
  5. OP is a scrub, he's need to L2P or just unsub.
  6. I find it funny that someone would sit at level 49 and farm lowbies. It's like they are scared to face someone who is equal or stronger than them. Oh well, it will not matter after this patch once those losers hear that the gear is gong to be free in 1.2. They will still get farmed though, because anyone who does that is actually really, really bad.
  7. Just get rid of it already. You put Warzones for the daily and weekly for Ilum. No point in keeping Ilum now when it's easier to get Valor by doing warzones. Just saying.
  8. It's a big must right now. In order to balance out the servers, besides merging them, would be to offer character transfers very soon. Right now, no one wants to switch servers due to the fact that they have gotten so far on their current toon. If you spent hundreds of hours on your toon, but your server is dead, you shouldn't be forced to start over completely on a new server. This along drives people away from the game. So please Bioware, hurry and make server transfers available to everyone.
  9. It was all about earning your gear through valor ranks, now it's just "free." Your rank lets you customize the "Color" of your gear. What? that does nothing! Who gives a crap about the color of your gear! This is Bioware's fault and the players who are entitled to everything.
  10. Good to know I wasted my time through that stupid RNG system and bag system, only to get shafted by free gear. eff you people who want everything on a silver platter! I earned my shet!
  11. If you get focused fired on by 6 people, of course you are gonna die. You are not god, you don't get any advantages when 6 people jump on you. You're dead. Stop crying now please.
  12. As the wise Yoda has said: "Two there shall be. A master and an Apprentice."
  13. Resolve has no diminishing return. Maybe if they gave the CC breaker a diminishing return, or even both resolve and the CC breaker a return, things would be fine. But I will admit that if you space your stuns out, you should be able to fit 3 before the resolve bar goes off and that's fairly easy to do.
  14. No matter what you say, or plead, this overpowered class is getting nerfed. Kind of sick and tired of seeing hybrid specs. It's usually knock back, run away, heal themselves, and then lighting/pebble you to death and the attack slows you. It's equally frustrating when the whole enemy team is nothing but sorcs/sages. I play on both sides, and sages and sorcs alike are equally annoying.
  15. Dude you are being moronic here. Look. This is not an exploit. This is fairly easy to counter. It fills your resolve bar after about 2 times. So on the second time USE YOUR CC BREAKER. To make things easier, bring a friend with you to cap a turret. This is by no means an exploit, you are just bad at this game.
  16. Ops/Scoundrels don't need gap closers. They have stealth, great burst damage and tons of stuns. What more do you want?
  17. Simple solution. Make some friends, join a guild, and go zerging everywhere. Trust me, you'll get gear fast.
  18. Roll an Op or Scoundrel. That's what I did to figure out what the crap they were doing to me. Sometimes you need to learn the class by playing the class. I don't mean to sound disrespectful but I do say this modestly. Good players who want to get an edge usually roll the class that is stomping them. In turn you might really love the class too. It wouldn't hurt, assuming your current toon is geared.
  19. For the past two days on my server, The Courageous (Low pop server in case you are wondering), Me and my guildmates (Republic Legacy) have been facing off with our Imp counterparts (Dark Intentions and Anatomy guild). The war started small but surely escalated when the Imps started massing more forces and our side began bring in more people. Next thing we know, we have two large groups of 30 or so going at it. Our server is pretty balanced in terms of Imps and Pubs but we have more Pubs that do PvE. The fighting started in the center and then it spread across the map as the two Zergs went on, trying to cap objectives and fight for them. This raged on for two days and then finally, the two sides just went to standing across and killing each other. I'm not gonna lie, it was a lot of fun. Yea the lag was killer, but both sides had their fill of fun. We just wished there was more objectives than just 5 of these lame bases where we blow up crawlers or walkers. Still with no real objective, it kinda got boring after a while and old. It eventually led up to the two Zergs just trading kills and pulling people back in forth into the two zergs to be farmed. This is where Ilum is broken. But just for once, Ilum served a purpose!
